Crystal structure and photoelectricity property of Fe(Ⅱ/Ⅲ) coordination supermolecules

Three new mixed-ligand Fe(Ⅱ/Ⅲ) complexes [Fe2(μ2–btec)( μ2–H2btec)(phen)2(H2O)2]n (1), [Fe2(btec) (phen)2(H2O)4] (2), and {[Fe(o-pha)(phen)(H2O)]·H2O}n (3) (phen=1,10-phenanthroline, o-H2pha=o-phthalic acid, H4btec=1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid) have been hydrothermally synthesized and detected by single crystal X-ray diffraction, showing that complexes (1) and (2) are both bridged by the betc4? ligands to form 1D chain and dinuclear structure and complex (3) is bridged by the o-pha groups to form 1D ...

Crystal structure and photoelectricity property of Fe(II/III) coordination supermolecules

Three new mixed-ligand Fe(II/III) complexes [Fe₂(μ₂–btec)(μ₂–H2btec)(phen)₂(H₂O)₂]_n (1), [Fe2(btec) (phen)₂(H₂O)₄] (2), and {[Fe(o-pha)(phen)(H₂O)]•H₂O}_n (3) (phen=1,10-phenanthroline, o-H₂pha=o-phthalic acid, H₄btec=1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid) have been hydrothermally synthesized and detected by single crystal X-ray diffraction, showing that complexes (1) and (2) are both bridged by the betc⁴⁻ ligands to form 1D chain and dinuclear structure and complex (3) is bridged by the o-pha groups to form 1D chain structure. The coordinated modes of the carboxyl groups adopt μ₂-η¹η¹ηη¹η¹ and μ₂-η²η¹ respectively in com-plexes (2) and (3). The betc groups in complex (1) show two different coordinated modes: μ₂-η¹η¹η¹η¹ and μ₂-η¹η¹. In addition, the hydrogen bonds and π…π type interactions make the complex molecule further connect to three-dimensional and two-dimensional networks respectively. These complexes are detected by IR, UV-Vis-NIR and surface photovoltage spectrum (SPS). The SPS of complexes (1)–(3) indicate that there are positive SPV responses in the range of 300–600 nm and show p-type semiconductor characteristic. Because the structure, the valence and the coordinative environment of the Fe ions are all different in the three complexes, the intensity, position and the number of the response bands are different obviously. The results of SPS are corresponding with UV-Vis-NIR spectra.     

从三元黄铜矿结构CuM（M=In,Ga）X2（X=Se,S）到CuIn0.5Ga0.5Se2的价电构、熔点和光电性能的关联性分析

应用＂固体与分子经验电子理论＂（Empirical Electron Theory,EET）系统地研究了三元黄铜矿结构CIGS的价电子结构,以此为基础分析了CIGS（Cu（In,Ga）（Se,S）2）的熔点和光吸收性质.计算结果和实验值符合的很好,计算得到Cu的3d电子与In,Ga的s电子杂化后的跃迁可以使CIGS吸收光子.CuInSe2的禁带宽度在1–1.16eV之间,CuGaSe2的禁带宽度在1.54–1.74eV之间,CuInS2的禁带宽度在1.4–1.61eV之间,CuGaS2的禁带宽度在2.36–2.44eV之间.用球磨、退火的方法得到CuIn0.5Ga0.5Se2单相,通过XRD得到晶体结构,差热分析得到熔点.根据晶体结构和熔点,用EET计算得出CuIn0.5Ga0.5Se2吸收光子的能量主要分布在1.17–1.56eV之间,禁带宽度接近较小值.黄铜矿结构的CIGS都可以吸收紫外光,其中CuInSe2的吸收效率最高,主要吸收峰在紫外区,CuGaSe2吸收紫外光的效率最低.

一种蜗杆─行星轮自动定位机构的设计

分析了采用蜗杆─行星轮机构实现包装过程中自动定位的基本原理，给出了传动机构的设计方法和结构简图，为自动定位机构的设计提供了参考实例。

量子尺寸效应对超微粉TiO_2表面态的影响

本文研究了ＴｉＯ＿２的晶体结构、粒度分布及表面光电压谱，结果表明，量子尺寸效应对表面态有很大影响。
