7-硝基苯并蒽和12-甲基-7-硝基苯并葸光化学反应动力学研究

本文对12-甲基-7-硝基苯并蒽和7-硝基苯并蒽在紫外光UVA照射下进行的光化学反应进行了研究，并对主要光化学反应产物的结构进行了分析，研究结果表明；它们的光化学反应均为一级反应；7-硝基苯并蒽在紫外光UVA照射下进行的光化学反应的主要产物是7，12-苯并蒽酮；12-甲基7-硝基苯并蒽在光照条件下发生的光化学反应产生的主要产物是12-甲基-12-亚硝基苯并葸-7-酮。     

2-氯吡啶光氯化夺氢反应机理的量子化学研究

用PM3方法研究了2-氯吡啶光氯化夺氢反应生成不同氯代产物的两个主要基元反应过渡态,并计算比较了不同反应路径活化能的高低.结果表明,不同产物以生成2,6-二氯吡啶的活化能最低.生成2,6-二氯吡啶两个连续的基元反应的活化能分别为9.43和15.56kJ/mol,反应优先生成2,6-二氯吡啶.     

芳基重氮盐光化学反应的化学诱导动态核极化研究

化学诱导动态核极化是用核磁共振的方法研究自由基反应机理高度专一的新技术,广泛地应用在自由基为中间体的化学反应研究中。芳基重氟盐在紫外光的照射下会发生自由基反应,本文利用CIDNP效应讨论了几种重氮盐光反应的特征,研究了其反应机理。     

视觉光化学过程中的构象电子跃迁

本文应用构象电子跃迁理论讨论了视觉光化学过程中的构象电子跃迁,证明了维生素A从All—Trans构象到11—cis构象的跃迁几率大于到9—cis构象的跃迁几率2.8倍,与实验及自然界前者优于后者较好地符合。     

气-质联用技术检测光化水处理中间聚合产物

用吹扫捕集法和萃取法结合气相色谱-质谱分析光化反应中间产物进行检测，确定了测定苯酚中间体聚合物的方法。结果表明，萃取法制备样品可获得较多的中间产物，有利于中间产物的分析，且在反应的过程中有聚合物产生。     

大气中臭氧的存在形式及环保对策

根据环境化学和环境保护的新近资料,综述了臭氧在整个大气环境中的两种主要存在和转化形式,讨论了臭氧化学的主要反应以及相应的环保对策。对于高空平流层中的臭氧层—屏蔽太阳光紫外线的滤网,应予充分的保护,以防止臭氧洞的发生和扩大,减少太阳光紫外线对人类皮肤的辐射。对于大气近地层中的臭氧—人类活动的二次污染物及光化学烟雾中的主要毒物,则应给予有效的控制,为此应对近地层臭氧的前兆物质NOx及活性有机化合物进行切实的检测和可靠的限制。     

蒙特卡罗法模拟光化学烟雾的形成

在微型计算机上，用蒙特卡罗法模拟了光化学烟雾的形成，以Hech和einfeld将81个基元反应缩合成的15个反应的基础，得到光化学烟雾形成的条件，结果与文献的实验结果较一致，为今后进一步研究光化学烟雾的形成机理提供了重要的研究工具。     

Effects of gravity waves on the distributions of O3 and OH in the mesopause region

A dynamical-photochemical model of atmospheric gravity waves is used to study the influences of gravity waves on distributions of atmospheric minor species through transportation and photochemical reactions. We mainly study the effect of gravity waves on the distributions of atmospheric trace gases through the nonlinear photochemical reactions. O₃ and OH are taken as examples in this note. The calculations indicate that the effect of gravity waves on the distributions of atmospheric trace gases is mainly through the nonlinear photochemical reactions in the mesopause region. The contribution of the nonlinear photochemical reaction caused by gravity waves can exceed the nonlinear transportation and the eddy diffusion.     

Oxidative photochemical decarboxylation of zaragozic acid A

A unique decomposition reaction of the novel squalene synthase inhibitors called zaragozic acids has been studied. Under very mild conditions, e.g. by merely exposing their solutions to air and visible light at ambient temperature, these compounds, characterized by the 2,8-dioxabicyclo[3.2.1]octane-4,6,7-trihydroxy-3,4,5-tricarboxylic acid core, rapidly decompose. As relatively stable intermediates in the cascade of decomposition, the biologically active 2,8-dioxabicyclo[3.2.1]octane-6,7-dihydroxy-4-keto-5-caroxylic acid (or 3,4-decarboxy-4-dehydro) derivatives of these compounds have been isolated in ca. 20% yield. Derivatization on the highly reactive 4-carbonyl group yields stable derivatives, several of which are potent inhibitors of squalene synthase. Further decomposition results in the elimination of C3 and C4 atoms and the carboxylic acid on C5, the oxidation of C5 to carboxylic acid and the liberation of the oxo group on C1. Specific results obtained with zaragozic acid A, a key representative of the family of these potent cholesterol-lowering agents, are presented in this study.
