分析了组合夹具的特点,对组合夹具与专用夹具进行了比较,介绍了组合夹具的诸多优点及其广泛的应用范围。     

四次B-B开曲面片的六次升阶算法

本文将文献 [1]中的闭曲面造型算法生成的 G1连续的B B曲面片由四次升阶为六次 ,并计算相应的六次曲面片Beaier控制点 ,从而得到闭曲面S具有明确控制点信息的几何形式 ;并讨论了在放开或删除一个控制点后 ,不再生成该控制点邻域内的所有曲面片 ,从而开放闭多面体的边界 ,将闭曲面造型算法延伸为开曲面造型的算法 ;最后 ,绘制开曲面真实感造型实例的图象 ,证明了曲面S的连续性     

天线罩介质对圆形贴片天线辐射特性影响的分析

应用FDTD法进行全液分析,采用理想匹配层吸边界条件,对圆形贴片和同轴线的馈电部分采用共形技术,在求解出的谐振频率与实验结果吻合的条件下,求解辐射方向图,着重讨论随介质性质和尺寸变化方向图中主极化和交叉极化的特性。     

基于HFSS的不同形状微带贴片天线的仿真设计

微带贴片天线的贴片形状是影响天线性能的重要因素．通过HFSS软件对矩形微带贴片天线和圆形微带贴片天线进行设计与仿真,比较了两种不同形状贴片天线的尺寸以及各自的S参数图、方向图和输入阻抗图．仿真结果表明两种微带贴片天线都存在带宽过窄的问题．综合考虑天线的各项性能指标,矩形微带贴片天线要优于圆形微带贴片天线．     

梯度直方图约束的多尺度块先验模型

块先验模型在图像复原领域取得了较大的成功,但其整体模型强制局部性的缺点,易出现局部伪影、视觉观感较差的问题,提出一种新的集成多尺度块先验和梯度直方图先验的图像复原方法.对原始图像实施滤波和下采样以保持尺度不变性,在多尺度上施加同一局部块模型,即保持块低维模型的简单性,又在图像较大区域实施非局部性;将梯度直方图全局统计先验加入正则约束中,利用Wasserstein距离对复原图像与参考直方图的相似性进行度量.借助半二次分裂和最优传递理论,求解所提出的模型.通过在图像去噪和去模糊实验,相比传统方法无论在客观质量评价还是视觉观感上都更有优势,验证了方法的有效性.     

利用压电补片修补裂纹板的效能分析

采用有限元方法分析多层压电补片修补裂纹板的应力强度因子,研究压电补片的电压、压电片层数、几何尺寸等参数对裂纹板应力强度因子的影响,并据此评价采用压电补片修补中心裂纹板后的修补效能。结果表明,利用压电补片修补后的裂纹板,其裂纹尖端的应力强度因子显著降低。适当增大电压可以获得理想的修补效果,但过高的电压可能不利;在电压相同和补片厚度一定的条件下,增多补片的压电片层数有利于提高修补效能;在一定范围内增大补片的几何尺寸也可提高修补效能,但尺寸超过一定限度后继续增大,对修补效能的进一步提高效果甚微。     

一种槽加载三频贴片天线

提出了一种新的三频微带贴片天线的设计方法.通过在靠近矩形贴片的两辐射边处不对称地开窄槽,使得在三个谐振点处显示出相似的辐射特性,从而实现三频工作.设计天线的测试结果验证了本方法的有效性.     

Foraging by the flower-dwelling spider,Misumenops argenteus (Thomisidae), at high prey density sites

In this study, the foraging sites of the crab spider Misumenops argenteus on Trichogoniopsis adenantha (Asteraceae) were investigated over a 2-year period. The choice of sites was examined in relation to prey density in rainy and dry seasons, in leaves versus stems, reproductive branches versus vegetative branches, and in flowerheads in different phenophases. Misumenops argenteus generally occupied sites where the prey frequency was high, indicating that this species was able to evaluate the quality of the foraging sites, as predicted by optimal foraging theory. One exception to the rule was that adult males occurred at all sites, independently of prey density, as also observed in other spider species in which males search for females and not for prey. In addition, young (third and fourth instar) spiders occupied flowerheads with few prey, but which provided shelter.     

一种豚鼠心室肌单细胞膜片钳标本制备方法

首次报道一种改良豚鼠心室肌单细胞标本制备方法．运用此方法能获取２０％～６０％的具钙耐受性的心室肌细胞．全细胞记录显示其静息电位和动作电位时程分别为（－６９．７±３．２）ｍＶ（ｎ＝７０）和（５１５±１１６）ｍｓ（ｎ＝２５），同时能检测到多种电压敏感型离子通道电流．以上结果与国外同类报道一致     

A novel pattern of fast calcium oscillations points to calcium and electrical activity cross-talk in rat chromaffin cells

Slow oscillations of cytosolic calcium ion concentration – – typically originate from release by intracellular stores, but in some cell types can be triggered and sustained by Ca²⁺ influx as well. In this study we simultaneously monitored changes in and in the electrical activity of the cell membrane by combining indo-1 and patch-clamp measurements in single rat chromaffin cells. By this approach we observed a novel type of spontaneous oscillations, much faster than those previously described in these cells. These oscillations are triggered and sustained by complex electrical activity (slow action potentials and spike bursts), require Ca²⁺ influx and do not involve release from intracellular stores. The possible physiological implications of this new pathway of intracellular signalling are discussed.Received 30 July 2004; received after revision 14 October 2004; accepted 1 November 2004
