酸性铬兰K固体石蜡碳糊修饰电极溶出伏安法测定痕量钴

在pH为8.5,0．2mol／L,氨性缓冲底液中,以酸性铬兰K（ACBK）为修饰剂,固体石蜡为粘合剂,制备了ACBK碳糊修饰电极。在-1．0V电位下富集,将钴以Co－ACBK络合物的形式吸附在电极上,以阳极溶出伏安法制定Co2+,在十0．106V（VS．SCE,以下同）处有灵敏的氧化峰,其一次微分峰电流与Co2+浓度在1．0X10~-12～1．0X10~－5mol／L范围内的负对数呈良好的线性关系,此法的检测下限为5.0X10~13mol／L.

新型生物反应器处理番茄酱加工有机废水的实验研究

采用好氧-厌氧耦合反应器处理番茄酱加工有机废水,主要研究了反应器在驯化期与运行期的性能,并初步考察了反应器对总磷的去除效果.结果表明：在室温下,采用间歇式进水和连续曝气的方式,反应器在22天内达到较好的驯化效果;在运行期对CODCr、BOD5和TP的平均去除率分别为93.08%、95.81%和83.60%,pH值平均达到7.70,新型生物反应器具有很好的CODCr、BOD5去除性能和TP去除效果,适合于番茄酱加工有机废水的处理.     

碳糊电极线性扫描伏安法测定微量铜

建立碳糊电极阳极溶出伏安法测定微量铜的分析方法。在pH=2．2的B-R缓冲溶液中,通过在-1．20V(vs．SCE)电位下富集Cu^2 后．在-0．40- 1．0V电位范围内作阳极溶出伏安扫描,在 0．29V处有一灵敏的氧化峰。峰电流与Cu^2 浓度在0．5—5μg／mL范围内有良好线性关系,检出限为0．4μg／mL。

碳化对水泥石和砂浆的结构及砂浆渗透性的影响

用压汞法、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射及渗透高度法研究了碳化对水泥石和水泥砂浆的孔结构和显微结构及砂浆渗透性的影响．结果表明,碳化生成的碳酸钙在毛细孔中沉积后会堵塞毛细孔或将大的毛细孔分割成小孔,使水泥石和水泥砂浆总孔隙率降低、孔径细化,从而可提高砂浆抗渗性．     

Survey of nutrients and quality assessment of crab paste by 1H NMR spectroscopy and multivariate data analysis

Crab paste is a traditional and popular food for people in the coastal area of China.Visual inspection is currently the only method of quality assessment.We developed a new analytical method of a comprehensive survey of nutrients and quality assessment for crab paste based on a combination of 1 H NMR spectroscopy with multivariate data analysis.The aqueous extract of crab paste was dominated by amino acids,sugars,carboxylic acids,nucleotides and amines(including 19 first-time-reported compounds such as choline,uracil and guanosine).Two grades of crab paste had significant compositional differences in terms of amino acids,lactate,N-acetylglutamate,choline,dimethylamine,uridine,1-methylnicotinamide and 2-pyridienmethanol.These results provided important information on the grade-dependence of crab-paste composition,and demonstrated that NMR-MDA was effective not only for the comprehensive survey of nutrients,but also for quality assessment of crab paste.     

膏体增稠剂底流固相分数和屈服应力的循环变化行为

The trouble-free and efficient operation of paste thickeners requires an optimal design and the cooperation of each component. When underflow discharging is suspended, alleviating the vast torque that the remaining solids within the thickeners may place on rakes mainly lies in the circulation unit. The mechanism of this unit was analyzed, and a mathematical model was developed to describe the changes in underflow solid content and yield stress. The key parameters of the circulation unit, namely, the height and flow rate, were varied to test its performance in the experiments with a self-designed laboratorial thickening system. Results show that the circulation unit is valid in reducing underflow solid fraction and yield stress to a reasonable extent, and the model could be used to describe its efficiency at different heights and flow rates. A suitable design and application of the circulation unit contributes to a cost-effective operation of paste thickeners.
