On-Line Scheduling with Rejection on Identical Parallel Machines

In this paper, we consider the on-line scheduling of unit time jobs with rejection on rn identical parallel machines. The objective is to minimize the total completion time of the accepted jobs plus the total penalty of the rejected jobs. We give an on-line algorithm for the problem with competitive ratio 1/2 （2 ＋√3） ≈ 1.86602.     

Endocrine-dependent expression of circadian clock genes in insects

Current models state that insect peripheral oscillators are directly responsive to light, while mammalian peripheral clock genes are coordinated by a master clock in the brain via intermediate factors, possibly hormonal. We show that the expression levels of two circadian clock genes, period (per) and Par Domain Protein 1 (Pdp1) in the peripheral tissue of an insect model species, the linden bug Pyrrhocoris apterus, are inversely affected by contrasting photoperiods. The effect of photoperiod on per and Pdp1 mRNA levels was found to be mediated by the corpus allatum, an endocrine gland producing juvenile hormone. Our results provide the first experimental evidence for the effect of an endocrine gland on circadian clock gene expression in insects. 基于深腾1800机群系统的分子动力学并行仿真研究

介绍了分子动力学并行仿真计算的软硬件环境,分析了现有的几种并行算法,确定采用区域分解法作为并行算法,并在此基础上提出了基于区域二次划分的分子动力学并行仿真算法.另外,阐述了原子链、原子近邻表和原子亲属表的概念,提出了基于永久序号的消息传递策略.最后,设计了分子动力学并行仿真程序,并分别在1、2、3、4台结点机上进行了实验,运行结果表明:加速比随着结点数的增加而增加,并行效率虽略有下降但都在87.5%以上,并行效率并没有随着结点数的增加有明显的降低,说明并行程序具有很好的扩展性.     

半色调误差扩散算法研究综述

误差扩散算法是数字图像处理领域中半色调技术的重要问题.通过跟踪近年来误差扩散算法的技术发展,介绍了误差扩散算法在并行处理、分配系数、阈值调制等方面的改进方案.

电源的串联、并联与电桥连接

在电子线路中，有许多电子元件的串联、并联问题．对直流电源的串联、并联问题，目前没有得出一种简捷明确的形式．采用基尔霍夫定律，通过对电路的分析，得到直流电源串联、并联电路中总电动势、总内阻与各电源电动势、各内阻的简明关系，使用等电位分析法可推广到电源的桥式电路中．     

3-PCR并联减振机构动力学分析

为实现多自由度减振，以3-PCR并联机构为主体制定多维减振平台；利用拉格朗日法建立机构动力学方程。Matlab数值仿真结果表明，三驱动关节的驱动平衡力相位差为（2／3）π，随动平台相对定平台的位置增加，关节的驱动平衡力减小；当定平台边长增加时，驱动平衡力减小，动平台边长增加时，驱动平衡力增大；移动副轴线与定平台夹角减小时，驱动平衡力减小。     

热传导方程的一类区域分解差分算法

把求解区域分成若干个子域,在不同子域中采用不同的计算步长,对方程的紧差分格式在特殊情形下采用区域分解法,并给出相应的先验误差估计式。
