纸上吸光光度法测定人发和饮水中的微量锰(Ⅱ)

本文提出应用1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)与锰(Ⅱ)在弱碱性溶液中,形成不溶于水的有色螯合物Mn(PAN)_2,沉淀在滤纸上,建立了纸上分光光度法测定微量锰(Ⅱ)的新方法.应用在饮用水和人发中锰(Ⅱ)的直接测定,结果满意。且具有快速、简便、灵敏、准确、无有机污染和节约试剂等优点。
