工时充值法在生产管理中的应用

根据企业生产管理的需要,创新性地总结出了“工时充值法”,并对工时充值法的指导思想、内容、适用范围、操作程序、意义、实际工作中应注意的问题等进行了诠释和探讨。     

鲁北地区商周时期的海盐业

采用XRD和XRF分析测试方法，研究了山东省渤海湾地区滨州市阳信县李屋遗址和寿光市大荒北央遗址出土的商代晚期的陶器——盔形器及附着土壤．样品的Na元素和Cl元素XRF分析结果表明：李屋遗址和大荒北央遗址出土的盔形器的含盐量明显高于其他样品，显示这二地的盔形器与早期海盐生产有关．李屋遗址出土的盔形器表面附着土样用去离子水过滤后，滤液结晶体的XRD分析结果，进一步表明该盔形器是商周时期渤海湾地区海盐生产的器物．大荒北央遗址出土的盔形器的内壁沉淀物与长江三峡中坝遗址出土的花边陶釜的内壁沉淀物具有基本相同的物相，这进一步表明其与海盐生产有关．     

一类排列的计数问题

基于JIT的生产计划与控制方法研究

在介绍传统生产方式和JIT（Just In Time）生产方式基本概念的基础上,比较了两种生产方式各自的特点,分析了JIT生产方式在生产计划与控制中的应用,其中重点对订单随时增减变更情况下的生产计划与控制措施进行了探讨.

详细介绍了S1200-16型鼓风机在北方铜业冶炼厂的使用情况，以及S1200-16型鼓风机的结构、技术参数，提出了为确保风机的正常运行所采取的处理措施。     

Fecundity of the blood-feeding insectRhodnius prolixus increases in successive periods of egg production

The fecundity of the blood-feeding insect,Rhodnius prolixus, was observed to increase in successive periods of egg production, each period being triggered by a single large blood meal. As previously published, the fecundity of mated animals was significantly higher than that of unmated animals for the first period of egg production. For a second period of egg production, fecundity increased significantly in both mated and unmated animals. By the fourth period, fecundity had returned to first-feed values for mated animals, but remained high for unmated animals, and the fecundity of mated and unmated animals was not significantly different. Thus, during successive periods of egg production, the processes which maintain fecundity of unmated animals below that of mated animals are overcome.     

Lack of effect of dihydroergotamine on endothelial and smooth muscle cell proliferation and endothelial cell prostanoid production

Summary The most important effect of dihydroergotamine is venoconstriction, but certain metabolic effects and changes in vessel prostanoid activity have also been suggested. In this study endothelial cell production of 6-keto PGF₁ and TxB₂ was quantitated in vitro. No evidence of altered prostanoid production was noted after incubation with dihydroergotamine (exposure ranging from 5×10^–3 to 5×10^–7 g/l). Similarly, no effect of dihydroergotamine on the growth rates of endothelial cells or smooth muscle cells in vitro was documented.     

安装误差对正交弧齿锥齿轮副接触区影响的分析

本文从理论上分析了正交弧齿锥齿轮副的各种安装误差对啮合接触区的单独影响和综合影响,建立了安装误差作用下齿面接触区的数学模型,并通过具体实例讨论了各项安装误差对啮合接触区单独影响和综合影响的程度以及综合影响的“叠加效应”和“互补效应”,提出了满足接触要求前提下降低安装要求的措施.     

FMS生产计划的柔性研究

通过对影响FMS利用率的因素进行分析,本文提出了FMS生产计划的柔性的概念,建立了柔性的指标体系,并对柔性的归一化和综合评判等问题进行了研究.需要特别指出的是,本文首次将系统可靠性理论引入FMS生产计划,并根据其不同运行阶段系统可靠性的变化情况,对制定生产计划提出了建议.     

Loss of antibody production accompanied by chromosome loss in a cloned hybrid line secreting antibodies to sheep red blood cells

Summary Somatic cell hybrids between Sp2/O-Ag14 mouse myeloma cells and lymphocytes derived from BALB/c mice hyperimmunized with sheep red blood cells (SRBC) were produced. One hybrid producing IgG₁ antibody to SRBC was selected, cloned twice and subsequently transferred to BALB/c mice. After a number of transfers it was found that the antibody titer in ascitec fluid gradually decreased. Cytogenetic analysis revealed gradual chromosome loss in the hybrid clone, which produced progressively less antibody.
