硅灰石在涂料生产中的应用

根据硅灰石的各种物理化学性质，研究了硅灰石在涂料生产中的应用，在涂料生产中用硅灰石粉代替一些贵重原料，从而大大降低了涂料成本，提高了涂料质量。     

超声滚压表面粗糙度的研究

超声-滚压强化工艺是在一般滚压工艺基础上发展起来的一种复合工艺.它是利用超声和机械的特点,对半精加工后的金属表面进行光整强化的一种新工艺.该工艺效果非常明显,它既可以大幅度降低表面粗糙度,又可以提高零件表面显微硬度、残余压应力,还可细化表面金相组织,因此,它可提高零件的接触面积、承载能力、耐磨性、耐蚀性、耐疲劳强度和配合稳定性等性能.本文仅对降低表面粗糙度进行试验研究,并得出了一些有益的结论,对生产实践有普遍的指导意义。     

PRIMARY APPLICATION OF THE WATER SOLUBLE POLYURETHANE (WPU) TO PROTEIN FABRICS

The primary application of the water soluble polyurethane (WPU) in protein fabrics was investigated. Both WCRA (wet crease recovery angle ) and DCRA ( dry crease recovery angle ) of silk fabrics finished with WPU were increased, and the other properties were only slightly influenced. As a formaldehyde - free silk finishing agent, WPU was proved to have a great future. The felting shrinkage ratio of wool fabrics treated by only WPU was reduced to 12.5% from 36.7%. On the basis of Oxidation/ Resin process, the felting shrinkage ratio of treated wool was 8.7%, and almost reached "Machine washable" level.     

REDUCING HAIRFALLING AND PILLING STUDY IN RABBIT HAIR/WOOL WORSTED KNITWEAR——CHOOSING AND EVALUATING OF FINISHING AGENT

In the paper, the effects of reducing hairfalling and pilling were compared in rabbit hair/woolworsted knitwear by adding various finishing agents. Reducing rates of hairfalling and pilling wereof 6.7％—66.7％ and 9.3％—73.5％ respectively, while fabric handle changed from grade 1 to grade5 in 12 treating method groups. To evaluate the severity of hairfalling and pilling and the conditionof fabric handle of knitwear objectively, quantitatively and comprehensively, we advocated usingthe concept of "geueral evaluating value(GEV)". The results indicated that GEVs of acrylategroups were low, but GEVs of silicone resin groups were high, especially the group with finishingagent solution containing 7％ silicone resin No.3 in which reducing rates of pilling and hairfallingwere of 53％ (National standard: grade 4.5) and 62％, respectively, and washing stability was verygood, while knitwear's fabric handle almost did not change.     

冷溶法生产氯丁胶

在生产油性氯丁胶涂料时，因温度高，易失火，给生产带来极大的危害。阐述了冷溶法生产氯丁胶防水涂料的原理，针对生产中存在的问题，提出了相应的解决方法，确定了合理的生产工艺。

由于二氧化氯具有很强的反应活性和氧化能力 ,因此在水处理中表现出优良的消毒效果和氧化作用。详尽介绍了二氧化氯作为水处理剂的反应机理。     

基于知识的锤上模锻终锻型槽设计支持系统

结合当前人工智能技术和知识工程技术的发展，研究了锤上模锻终锻型槽设计过程中知识集成和应用的基本方法，包括：终锻型槽设计中知识获取、知识表示和基于知识的设计方法．说明了面向对象的知识表示方法，知识对象的框架由关系槽、属性槽、规则槽、方法槽组成，并给出了终锻型槽设计中知识对象的关系模型．基于以上方法开发了基于知识的设计支持系统，该系统是一个引导型系统，在整个设计过程中提供合适的知识，引导设计人员完成整个设计任务，并用一个实例说明该系统的这些特点．     

Viscosity behavior of magnetic suspensions in fluid-assisted finishing

Magnetic fluid-assisted finishing has been verified both theoretically and experimentally as an effective fabrication technology for optical mirrors and lenses. The purpose of this paper is to introduce a novel design of polishing tool and demonstrate the possible applications of this technology. The work includes studying the viscosity of the magnetic suspensions of micrometer-sized Carbonyl iron particles under the influence of a magnetic field. Both the cases of magnetizable suspension with and without abrasive cerium oxide particles are studied for their ensuing polishing effectiveness. Determination of material removal function is conducted using a Wyko Nat1100 interferometer. Experiments to reduce surface roughness with the proposed tool are also performed using a K9 mirror as the work-piece. Results show that the surface accuracy is improved over three times to less than 0.5 nm after two cycles of polishing.     

竹纤维低甲醛免烫整理技术研究

用双氧水对竹纤维织物进行前处理,低甲醛树脂PS-14对竹纤维织物进行免烫整理．讨论了整理剂用量、焙烘温度、焙烘时间对免烫整理效果的影响;通过测试在不同整理条件下织物的折皱回复角、白度、断裂强力等性能,获得了整理优化条件,即低甲醛树脂PS-14160g／L,柔软剂20g／L渗透剂JFC 1g／L,160℃下焙烘4min．     

黑色色精与白色涂料质量配比对涂层表面光反射率的影响

首先,在水溶性白色涂料中混合不同质量比的黑色色精,形成几种混合涂浆,将混合涂浆均匀地涂在纸板上,并自然干燥,得到不同灰度的表面涂层试样.其次,通过一种称为圆盘-亮度的方法测量并计算每个试验样品的光反射率,并验证圆盘-亮度方法测量涂层表面光反射率的有效性.最后,根据Kubelka-Munk散射和Lambert-Beer定律,推导出涂层表面光反射率的计算关系模型,并根据该模型进行实测数据拟合.结果表明:涂层表面的光反射率计算模型可以很好地用于拟合实测数据;提出的计算模型或经验公式可用于指导白色涂料与黑色色精混合配制,获得所需的表面光反射率涂层.
