提出了一种基于信令机制的可扩展NSIS网络管理协议,定义了NSIS网络管理协议的服务原语及数据单元,以实现协议的主要通信过程及管理操作流程.利用Petri网对协议进行了形式化描述,并对协议的逻辑正确性和性能进行了验证分析.利用NS-2对整个协议进行了仿真.相关验证及仿真结果表明,基于NSIS的网络管理协议兼备IP的灵活性和信令的高效性,保障了管理信息的安全、可靠传输,能够满足基于IP承载的新一代多业务网络的管理需求. 相似文献

为解决目前信号处理系统中数据传输的瓶颈问题,设计并实现了一种基于可编程门阵列(field programma-ble gate array,FPGA)的高速实时数据传输方案.该方案借助Xilinx FPGA的ChipSync技术,稳定地完成了数据的串化/解串,以及通信链路相对延迟的精确测量和调整.同时,利用提出的数据传输同步方法一系统同步和串行低压差分信号(low-voltage differential signaling,LVDS)总线技术实现板卡间大量数据的高速传送,有效地保证了多通道传输的同步性和可靠性,并大大降低了系统互联的复杂度和系统成本. 相似文献

本研究利用数据挖掘和网络药理学探讨女贞子(Ligustrum lucidum)-黄芪(Astragalus membranaceus)治疗转移性去势抵抗性前列腺癌(Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer,mCRPC)的作用机制。利用中药系统药理学(Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology,TCMSP) 数据库与分析平台检索女贞子-黄芪的有效成分和作用靶点;利用R语言对芯片数据集GSE77930进行分析,筛选差异表达的基因;利用Cytoscape 3.8.0软件构建有效成分-靶点网络及蛋白互作网络;利用R语言对核心靶点进行GO富集分析和KEGG分析;采用Cytoscape 3.8.0软件构建女贞子-黄芪活性成分-靶点通路关系网络。结果表明女贞子-黄芪的关键活性成分共33个,包括槲皮素(Quercetin)、山奈酚(Kaempferol)、木犀草素(Luteolin)、异鼠李素(Isorhamnetin)、芒柄花黄素(Formononetin)等;核心作用靶点18个,其中AR、VCAM1、PCNA、NTRK1、TP53、EGFR和FBXO6等靶点可能是女贞子-黄芪治疗mCRPC的重要靶点。KEGG分析发现,女贞子-黄芪主要通过乙型肝炎(Hepatitis B)、前列腺癌(Prostate Cancer,PCa)、细胞周期(Cell cycle)、Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF)信号通路(VEGF signaling pathway)和细胞衰老(Cellular senescence)等通路发挥抗mCRPC的作用。本研究结果可为mCRPC的临床治疗提供参考。 相似文献

Wnt signaling has proven to be essential for neural development at various stages and across species. Wnts are involved in morphogenesis and patterning, and their proliferation-promoting role is a key function in stem cell maintenance and the expansion of progenitor pools. Moreover, Wnt signaling is involved in differentiation processes and lineage decision events during both central and peripheral nervous system development. Additionally, several reports point to a role of Wnt signaling in axon guidance and neurite outgrowth. dng1 is a Dictyostelium homologue of the mammalian tumor suppressor ING gene. DNG1 protein localizes in the nucleus, and has a highly conserved PHD finger domain found in chromatin-remodeling proteins. Both dng1 disruption and overexpression impaired cell proliferation. In dng1-null cells, the progression of differentiation was delayed in a cell-density-dependent manner, and many tiny aggregates were formed. Exogenously applied cAMP pulses reversed the inhibitory effect caused by dng1 disruption on the aggregation during early development, but formation of tiny aggregates was not restored. dng1-overexpressing cells acquired the ability to undergo chemotaxis to cAMP earlier and exhibited enhanced differentiation. These phenotypes were found to be coupled with altered expressions of early genes such as cAMP receptor 1 (car1) and contact site A (csA). Furthermore, disordered histone modifications were demonstrated in dng1-null cells. Chronic stress has been associated with impaired immune function. In this work we studied the effect of chronic mild stress (CMS) exposure on the early intracellular pathways involved in T cells after stimulation with mitogen. We found that mitogen stimulation of T lymphocytes from CMS-exposed mice resulted in a reduction of the intracellular [Ca2+] rise, an impairment of growth-promoting protein kinase C (PKC) activation, a lower NF-κB activation and an increase in the inhibitory cAMP-protein kinase A (PKA) pathway activity with respect to those found in control lymphocytes. However, T cell activation with the direct PKC activator phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate plus calcium ionophore led to a similar proliferative response in both CMS and control lymphocytes, indicating that signals downstream of PKC would not be affected by stress. In summary, our results show that chronic stress induced an alteration in T cell early transduction signals that result in an impairment of the proliferative response.Received 11 February 2005; received after revision 20 May 2005; accepted 6 June 2005 相似文献
