中国企业的组织文化同IS文化之间的一致性分析

IS中隐含着独特的文化特征,与组织文化相冲突的IS会引起组织成员的抵制,这在一定程度上会引起实施的失败或者导致组织没有达到预期的变化,因此,这种文化与IS实现之间的连接关系是IS实施过程中需要控制的一个重要因素.中国企业在将IS引入时,不得不考虑IS成长和应用所依托的文化背景.分析中国企业文化同IS自身携带的文化之间的差异,努力在这二者之间进行融合,才能建立IS成功运用的土壤.     

Sub-classes and evolution stability of Wolfram''s classesin the total-rule cellular automata

In this paper, we propose a concept of sub-classes and its evolution stability for the Wolfram's classes. Firstly, we obtain the sub-classes of the Wolfram's class IV, gene-piece of these sub-classes and their existing circumstance. Secondly, we introduce a new concept, the evolution stability, for the Wolfram's classes and sub-classes of Wolfram's class IV. Lastly, we find that Wolfram's classes I, II, and III have the evolution stability, but sub-classes of the Wolfram's class IV have not the evolution stability for the total rule cellular automata.

二战后,发展中国家对社会经济发展的认识经历了从单纯经济发展到追求经济社会全面发展,从短期发展到谋求可持续发展,从以物为中心的发展到以人为中心的发展这样一个发展变迁过程。中国作为最大的发展中国家,在新的历史时期提出科学发展观,丰富了发展中国家的社会经济发展理论。     

Role of proline in the imprinting developed by dipeptides — in Tetrahymena Possible role in hormone evolution

The effects of proline and serine dipeptides containing phenylalanine, alanine and leucine on the behaviour of receptors of Tetrahymena were investigated. Only proline-containing dipeptides were able to develop positive imprinting, and the activity depended on which other amino acid was present in the dipeptide. In contrast to the positive imprinting effect of the dipeptides Pro-Phe and Pro-Ala, the dipeptide Pro-Pro and Pro-Leu caused negative imprinting. Serine dipeptides produced negative imprinting in all cases. The possible importance of proline in the evolution of hormone specificity is discussed.

青岛文昌鱼DAD1样蛋白基因的克隆和同源性分析

dud1基因为一种内源性细胞凋亡抑制子基因，在发育中可能执行着重要功能．我们通过对青岛文昌鱼18小时神经胚cDNA文库进行测序，获得文昌鱼dud1样基因的2个cDNA片断，经拼接首次得到含有完整读框的文昌鱼dud1样基因的cDNA序列，其演绎的氨基酸序列与人、鼠、鸡、非洲爪蟾、果蝇、线虫、扁豆、番茄的DAD1蛋白的同源性分别为73．5％、73．5％、67．5％、70．9％、67．5％、55．5％、41．9％、41．8％．结果证实青岛文昌鱼dud1样基因在进化上具有高度的保守性，并且在进化上更接近于脊椎动物．
