曾国藩致仕思想产生的原因探析

对曾国藩致仕思想的产生成因进行了探讨。曾国藩在功名鼎盛之时,表现出看淡仕途的姿态,其产生的原因一方面由于政治和军事斗争的险恶,另一方面曾国藩具有强烈道德感,怀有道德救赎的精神,这两方面是他渴望致仕的重要作用力,但因为事态变化万千而最终未能如其所愿。

3-D Design and Numerical Simulation of Two-Phase Flow in the Laser Rapid Prototyping Coaxial Powder Delivery System

The metal powder direct and rapid prototyping technology is one of the most developing methods in the laser rapid prototyping technique. The coaxial powder delivery system is the key technique. The purpose of this paper is to introduce a new type of coaxial powder delivery system and simulate the metal powder and shield gas flow in the powder nozzle. 2-D and 3-D model of the new coaxial powder delivery system are established. Then gas-solid two-phase flow model and the k-ε turbulent model are selected to simulate the flow of metal powder in powder nozzle. The Euler-Lagrange method is used in the simulating computation. The results show that the new coaxial powder delivery system has stable performance, uniform powder flux, high cooling efficiency, and long useful life.     

异硫氰酸荧光素-酚藏花红双发光磷光探针测定DNA

以Pb2＋为离子微扰剂时,酚藏花红（PF）与异硫氰酸荧光素（FITC）均能在滤纸上分别发射强而稳定的室温磷光（RTP）信号;当两者混合时,发现PF和FITC的RTP信号均显著增强;而1.12 ag DNA spot-1均使PF和FITC的RTP信号剧烈增强,在634与659 nm处PF和FITC的ΔIp与DNA含量成线性关系,据此建立了FITC-PF双发光磷光探针测定蛋白质的新方法.该方法的检出限（LD）分别为14zg DNA spot–1（PF）和18zg DNA spot–1（FITC）,灵敏度高,并成功用于花蜜样品中DNA含量的测定.同时探讨了FITC-PF双发光磷光探针测定痕量DNA的反应机理.     

Functions and applications of polypyridyl complexes in DNA

The syntheses and desymmetration of a series of novel polypyridyl ligands as well as their complexes, and their DNA-binding properties are reported in this review. The stresses are focused on the functions and potential applications of such complexes as DNA structural probe, DNA molecular light switches, anti-cancer drugs, and photoactivated cleavage agents.     

同轴谐振腔及微扰法测量介质介电常数

提出了一个新的具有设计性与综合功能的微波测量实验项目，利用同轴谐振腔，接合理论对介质的ε′、ε″及tanδ、加载腔端电容C进行测量与计算，并在学校电磁场与微波技术专业进行了教学实践，取得了良好的教学效果。     

Distributed capacitance of coaxial line with perturbed walls

Perturbation method of boundary geometry (PMOBG) used in Laplacian problems is dealt with and the three-term perturbation expression of, distributed capacitance of a coaxial line with perturbed walls is obtained. As an example, four-order expression of distributed capacitance of a elliptic coaxial line with small eccentricity is given.
