人事选拔情景判断测验作假的实证研究

选用情境差异范式,以情景判断测验为实验材料,以140名大学生为被试,探讨警告以及标准识别能力对考生作假的影响.结果表明,情景判断测验中存在作假现象.标准识别能力显著正向预测作假.警告与标准识别能力的交互作用可预测作假,对于标准识别能力较高的考生,警告不但不能减少作假,反而助长作假;对于标准识别能力较低的考生,警告无明显作用.     

A new species of Didogobius (Teleostei: Gobiidae) from the Adriatic Sea

Didogobius schlieweni sp. nov. is described from a single specimen collected among pebbles in shallow water at Unije island, near Cres, in the northern Adriatic Sea. The holotype has vivid dark and pale patterning, and is assigned to Didogobius on the basis of head neuromast patterns and meristic features. Diagnostic values of the latter are D2 I/12, A I/11, P 17, and LL 55–56. A key to species of the Chromogobius and Didogobius complex is provided.     

Butterflies (Lepidoptera: Papilionoidea) of Mount Kilimanjaro: Nymphalidae subfamilies Libytheinae,Danainae, Satyrinae and Charaxinae

This paper, which presents an annotated checklist of the ‘lower Nymphalidae’ (Libytheinae, Danainae, Satyrinae, Charaxinae), is the fourth in a series on the butterfly fauna of Mount Kilimanjaro. Four genera of lower Nymphalidae (Danaus, Amauris, Bicyclus, Charaxes), with a total of 11 included species, are known or believed to occur within the main forest zone, from c. 1800 to 2800 m. Of these, only three species of Charaxes (Charaxes berkeleyi, Charaxes ansorgei, Charaxes xiphares) may be restricted locally to this primary forest. The lower slopes fauna, below 1800 m, is considerably richer, with a total of 11 genera and 41 species listed (8 species of which extend into the forest zone). Possible additional species, dubious earlier records, problems with African subspecies of Danaus chrysippus, a need for more work on certain Satyrinae, and classification of the genus Charaxes are discussed. An identification key to the subfamilies of Nymphalidae, and the 19 genera of Libytheinae, Danainae, Satyrinae, Charaxinae that occur in Tanzania, together with a key to the adults of all the species of these four subfamilies considered to occur or have occurred on Kilimanjaro, with 206 colour images, are included as online Supplementary Information.     

A new genus and species of Conchaspididae (Hemiptera: Coccoidea) from Florida,remarkable in lacking legs

A new genus of Conchaspididae, Asceloconchaspis gen. nov., is described for Asceloconchaspis milleri sp. nov., a new species from Florida, USA. Unlike other conchaspidids, the adult female and second instar of the genus lack legs. The presence of legs is one of the important, distinguishing characters at present separating the Conchaspididae from the Diaspididae. However, the new genus also possesses well-developed antennae and has multilocular disc pores on the abdomen in the adult female; these distinctly conchaspidid characters are never found in the Diaspididae. Asceloconchaspis is closely related to Fagisuga Lindinger, a monotypic genus with primitive characters described from South America on Nothofagus. A key to the four known genera of Conchaspididae is provided, and the morphology and distribution of the Conchaspididae are discussed.     

论董其昌绘画理论对汪野亭瓷板画的影响

以汪野亭山水瓷板画为研究对象,结合董其昌的绘画理论,从汪野亭山水画师古与师造化的创作历程、对以书入画创作手法的继承和＂天真幽淡＂主导下兼擅南北宗山水风格三方面入手,探求董其昌绘画理论对汪野亭山水瓷板画,尤其是其后期独创的青绿山水粉彩瓷画的异代影响,以期为汪野亭瓷板画创作研究提供另一有益角度。     

基于改进的对应分析-ESI模型陕西北部地区生态环境压力评价?

针对传统生态环境压力指数(ESI)模型评价结果缺少普适性的缺陷,本研究提出改进的对应分析-ESI模型,并以2010年陕西省北部地区为例进行社会经济发展对生态环境压力的特征及成因分析.在生态环境压力法评价各市县生态压力等级的基础上,利用对应分析法根据影响指标的不同将各市县分类,并提出相应的应对策略.结果表明:1)陕西省北部地区主要的生态环境的压力来源于环境污染.2)陕西省北部地区13个市县可分为3个区:Ⅰ区应适度转换耕地用途;Ⅱ区应着重治理工业三废问题;Ⅲ区应减少农用化肥施用量以及降低生活污水的排放量.     

网络舆情及其应对与上市公司的信息效率

网络舆情的兴起给资本市场带来了深远影响,对监管层和上市公司的舆情管理工作也提出了新的挑战.借助于监管部门对深市上市公司网络舆情应对状况的调查,实证检验了网络舆情及其应对与上市公司的信息效率的关系.研究发现,网络舆情危机会造成当年度股价崩盘,且来自自媒体的转载会增大股价崩盘的幅度,网络舆情重视和应对程度良好的公司在面对舆情危机时的股价崩盘幅度更低.上市公司对网络舆情的重视及投入能够向资本市场传递公司特质信息,提高资本市场的信息效率,进而降低未来股价崩盘风险和股价同步性.结论表明,上市公司加强网络舆情应对并非是满足监管要求和投资者诉求的面子工程,而是一项切实有效的求是工作,结论对完善资本市场信息传播管理制度,提高资本市场信息效率具有一定的参考价值.     

Effects of Cr and Mo elements on the microstructures and compressive properties of the in situ (TiC_xN_y–TiB_2)/Ni cermets

In-situ(TiC_xN_y–TiB_2)/Ni cermets with 70 wt%TiC_xN_y–TiB_2 were successfully fabricated by combustion synthesis and hot pressing sintering in Ni-Ti-B_4C-BN powder systems.The microstructures,density,compressive properties,and hardness of the TiC_xN_y–TiB_2/Ni cermets with the addition of 0–8 wt%Cr/Mo to the Ni-Ti-B_4C-BN powder systems were compared and analysed.The results showed that the ceramic particles distributed uniformly in the cermets,and the size of the ceramic particles reduced with the Cr/Mo addition.Both Cr and Mo addition can improve the hardness,compressive properties,and fracture strains of the cermets.The hardness,compressive strength,and fracture strain of the(TiC_xN_y–TiB_2)/(Ni+Cr)cermets increased from 1561 HV,2.94 GPa,and 2.9%to 1864 HV,3.65 GPa,and 3.4%,respectively when the Cr content increased to 5 wt%.The hardness and compressive strength of the(TiC_xN_y–TiB_2)/(Ni+Mo)cermets increased from 1561 HV and 2.94 GPa to 1902 HV and 3.43 GPa,respectively when the Mo content increased to 8 wt%.The cermets with Cr had better compressive properties than the cermets with Mo.     

Taxonomy of the genus Tantunema Siddiqi, 1982 (Dorylaimida: Tylencholaimidae) with description of one new and two known species

One new and two known species of the genus Tantunema Siddiqi, 1982 are described and illustrated. Tantunema indicum sp. nov. is characterized by having a small body (length 0.32–0.45 mm); lip region cap-like, set off by slight constriction; odontostyle 6–7 µm and odontophore 8–10 µm long; pharyngeal expansion gradual, expanded part occupying about 35–41% of total neck length, lumen of posterior expanded part widened and thickened; female genital system mono-opisthodelphic, anterior genital branch absent; tail short, hemispheroid, 0.8–1.1 anal body diameter long. Tantunema pakistanense (Timm, 1964) comb. nov. (=Tylencholaimus pakistanensis Timm, 1964) and Tantunema intermedium (Peña-Santiago and Coomans, 1996) Andrássy, 2009 are redescribed. A diagnostic compendium and key to species of the genus is also provided.
