3-D QSAR study on a set of nitroaromatic compounds

The 3-D relationships between the structures of 25 nitroaromatic compounds and their toxicities have been investigated using the comparative molecular field analysis (CoMFA) method, and a 3-D QSAR model with considerable prediction ability is obtained. In comparison with traditional 2-D techniques, CoMFA helps to give a better interpretation of toxic mechanism of tested compounds.     

Analysis of EET on Ca increasing the melting point of Mg17Al12 phase

The present investigation showed that the additions of Ca to the alloy AZ91 were mainly dissolved into the Mg17Al12 phase and increased its melting point and thermal stability, which would have great effects on the high- temperature properties of AZ91 alloy. The empirical electron theory (EET) of solid and molecules was used to calculate the valence electron structures (VES) of Mg17Al12 intermetallic compound with and without Ca addition. The results showed that Ca dissolving in Mg17Al12 phase increased the strength of bonds that control the thermal stability of Mg17Al12 phase. Additions of Ca also made the distribution of the valence electrons on the dominant bond network more uniform in the whole unit cell of Mg17Al12. The theoretical conclusions well account for the experimental results.     

Fe(CO)5分子的立体构型研究

从群论方法、价键理论等角度对金属羰基化合物Fe（CO）5的立体构型进行了推证，结果表明Fe(CO)5的立体构型为三角双锥形。     

氢化松香中性部分的化学组成

利用改进的DEAE Sephadex离子交换色谱从自制氢化松香中分离出中性部分 ,并采用DB 5毛细管柱和GC MS DS技术对中性部分的化学组成进行分析。结果氢化松香中性部分共分离出 1 8个组分 ,鉴定了其中的 1 3个组分 ,主要成分为 7 二氢异海松醇、8( 1 4) 二氢海松醇、油酸甲酯、1 5 二十四碳烯酸甲酯、3,1 7 二羟基 孕甾烷 1 1 ,2 0 二酮、7 二氢异海松醛及去氢枞酸甲酯等。其中的 7个氢化二萜组分为首次报道的新化合物。     

美多心安--β-环糊精包合物的红外光谱验证

目的：探讨美多心安和β-环糊精能否形成包合物．方法：通过共沉淀法合成了美多心安—β-环糊精包合物，并使用红外光谱方法加以鉴定．结果：证明了美多心安—β-环糊精包合物的形成．结论：β-环糊精包合物和亲水性物质也能形成包合物．     

火焰原子吸收光谱法测定Mn3O4 产品中钙镁含量

用盐酸加热溶解四氧化三锰样品, 加入镧盐和锶盐混合释放剂, 消除70%左右基体锰的干扰, 直接测定其中钙、镁含量, 样品加标回收率为96.8%~ 98.2%,相对标准偏差为2.4%~3.2%.

本文报道了七种新型含溶剂化-茂镧系邻苯二酚类衍生物的合成:(C_6H_4O_2)Ln(THF)Cp(Ln-Sm(Ⅰ),Ea(Ⅱ),Gd(Ⅲ),Dy(Ⅳ),Ho(Ⅴ),Er(Ⅵ),Yb(Ⅶ).Cp=环戊二烯基、THF=四氢呋喃).这些化合物均经元素分析、红外光谱鉴定。这些化合物无熔点。它们在空气中均有较好的隐定性.
