论在施工中监理如何审核现场的安全措施

安全监理在日常的监理中发挥出越来越重要的作用,在国家颁布的《建设工程安全生产管理条例》中规定了监理单位在工程建设中的安全监理责任。作者就日常工作中在强制性条例的指导下对安全监理的心得及有关内容做了一些阐述。     

时程分析方法的几点思考

针对《建筑抗震设计规范》GB50011—2001第5.1.2条第三款及有关规定进行了分析,提出了一些建议。     

High molecular transport proteins for JH-III in insect hemolymph

Summary Using two independent techniques, ultracentrifugation in a KBr-gradient, and native pore polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in combination with [³H]-epoxyfarnesyldiazoacetate photoaffinity labeling, we showed that in the hemolymph ofPeriplaneta americana, and probably also inLeptinotarsa decemlineata JH-III binds to the lipophorin, whereas inLocusta migratoria JH-III binds to a different protein.     

重组人甲状旁腺激素(1-34)在大肠杆菌中的表达与纯化

将化学合成的rhPTH(1-34)基因用PCR扩增后,克隆至表达载体pET-35b( ),使rhPTH(1—34)融合于纤维素结合结构域(CBDdos)的羧基端,并得到高效表达．融合蛋白经纤维素树脂亲和层析纯化后,经Factor Xa裂解释放出rhPTH(1-34),再通过纤维素树脂亲和层析、C4反向高效液相色谱纯化得到rhPTH(1-34)纯品．每升培养液可获取3mg高纯度的rhPTH(1-34)．经质谱测定,所得样品的分子量为4117．0Da,与rhPTH(1—34)理论分子量一致．     

试论风水的环境文化内涵

通过对传统风水理论的分析概括,阐述了其植根于中华民族文化的深刻内涵－天人合一的环境观,提出在对传统风水理论再认识的基础上形成的场所环境的概念,这对于继承和发展中国传统建筑文化,提升环境研究的层次,具有一定的意义。     

Binding of estradiol to synaptosomal mitochondria: physiological significance

The subsynaptosomal distribution and specific binding of 17beta-estradiol in vitro to mitochondria isolated from presynaptic nerve endings of female rat brain were examined. 17Beta-estradiol is (i) distributed unequally in synaptosomes and mitochondria posses the highest capacity to bind estradiol with respect to the available amount of the hormone. (ii) Estradiol binds specifically to isolated synaptosomal mitochondria. A Michaelis-Menten plot of specific binding was sigmoidal within a concentration range of 0.1-5 nM of added estradiol, with a saturation plateau at 3 nM. Binding of higher estradiol concentrations demonstrated an exponential Michaelis-Menten plot, indicating non-specific binding to mitochondria. Vmax and Km for the sigmoidal-shape range were estimated as 46 +/- 6 fmol of estradiol/mg of mitochondrial proteins and 0.46 +/- 0.07 nM free estradiol respectively. (iii) Estradiol binding is not affected by the removal of ovaries. The results show that inhibition of Na-dependent Ca2+ efflux from mitochondria by estradiol occurs according to an affinity change of the translocator for Na+, at the same estradiol concentrations that show specific binding to mitochondrial membranes. These data imply that physiological concentrations of estradiol, acting on mitochondrial membrane properties, extragenomically modulate the mitochondrial, and consequently the synaptosomal content of Ca2+, and in that way exert a significant change in nerve cell homeostasis.     

MAS NMR studies of modified HY zeolites

The variations in structure and acidity on the internal and external surfaces of HY zeolites modified by MgO and SiO₂ have been studied by MAS NMR, together with the selective adsorption of perfluorotributyl-amine.²⁷Al and²⁹Si MAS NMR spectra revealed that the modifications led to significant changes of the framework owing to the migration of some non-framework Si and Al into the framework in the course of the modifications.¹H MAS NMR spectra showed that the modifications decreased the acidity of the zeolite surfaces. With an increasing of the loading of the oxides, the acidity of the surface decreased further. Both of the two kinds of Brönsted acidity of the MgO-modified HY zeolites decreased, particularly those in the supercages, while those of the SiO₂-modified HY zeolites decreased less, and this result is consistent with that of NH₃-TPD. From the adsorption of perfluorotributyl-amine, it was found that the acidic sites on the external surface of the HY zeolite can be completely covered by SiO₂ after being modified by the chemical liquid deposition (CLD) method.     

一种基于网格的数据集成服务系统分析

网格技术越来越多的应用于仿真领域中。仿真程序包含很多数据密集型应用,它们需要使用大量分布的数据库资源。如何访问和操作这些异构的数据库资源是应用程序的关键问题。在利用现有的访问网格中异构数据源方法的基础上,提出了基于网格服务的异构数据源集成体系结构,可以在应用过程中动态绑定数据源;同时在选择数据服务的时候采用基于Qos的选择模型,可以有效的避免服务失效的现象。     

云南区域数字地震台网台站场地响应研究

 采用H/V谱比法,计算给出了云南区域数字地震台网23个子台的地震波尾波随频率变化的场地响应特征.结果表明,在1~10 Hz频段内相对平坦,23个子台尾波的场地响应在1.37~3.59之间变化,平均2.05.在大于10 Hz的频段,少部分台站有较明显的放大作用.这些结果对云南地区地震波的研究会有所帮助.     

Glu101对保持中心蛋白正常构象作用的研究——光谱法研究稀土离子与八肋游仆虫中心蛋白作用对蛋白构象的影响

通过位点直接突变法将八肋游仆虫中心蛋白101位保守的Glu突变成Lys,得到突变蛋白E101K.利用疏水性探针TN S研究了突变对Tb^3＋与蛋白作用时蛋白构象变化的影响.结果表明,相对于钙饱和的蛋白,铽的饱和对蛋白构象变化的影响更大.同时,共振光散射研究表明,Glu101对保持蛋白适当的构象变化行为起着至关重要的作用.
