分别以Cd(NO3)2和(NH2)2CS作为镉源和硫源, 用化学沉积法(CBD)在ITO玻璃上生长CdS半导体纳米薄膜. 考察了Cd2+浓度、 沉积温度、 沉积时间和后处理温度对CdS成膜的影响. 紫外 可见吸收谱和原子力显微镜结果表明, 改变溶液浓度和后处理温度都能有效调节CdS的吸收带边, 得到均一致密的CdS纳米薄膜. 探讨了膜形成机理, 给出了成核过程模型, 进一步修正了传统成膜机制. 认为ITO玻璃基片表面活性位和晶核的形成是均一致密CdS纳米膜形成的关键. 晶核的形成是电学、 热学、 力学和化学等因素共同作用的结果. 相似文献

The physiological state of eukaryotic cells controls nuclear trafficking of numerous cargos. For example, stress results in the inhibition of classical protein import, which is characterized by the redistribution of several transport factors. As such, importin-alpha and cellular apoptosis susceptibility protein (CAS) accumulate in nuclei of heat-shocked cells; however, the mechanisms underlying this relocation are not fully understood. We now show that heat upregulates the initial docking of importin-alpha at the nuclear envelope and stimulates the translocation of CAS into the nuclear interior. Moreover, heat exposure compromises the exit of importin-alpha from nuclei and drastically increases its retention in the nucleoplasm, whereas CAS nuclear exit and retention are less affected. Taken together, our results support the idea that heat shock regulates importin-alpha and CAS nuclear accumulation at several levels. The combination of different stress-induced changes leads to the nuclear concentration of both transport factors in heat-stressed cells. 相似文献

Daily experience tells us that temperature has a strong influence on how we taste. Despite the longstanding interest of many
specialists in this aspect of taste, we are only starting to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying the temperature
dependence of different taste modalities. Recent research has led to the identification of some strong thermosensitive molecules
in the taste transduction pathway. The cold activation of the epithelial Na+ channel and the heat activation of the taste variant of the vanilloid receptor (TRPV1t) may underlie the temperature dependence
of salt responses. Heat activation of the transient receptor potential channel TRPM5 explains the enhancement of sweet taste
perception by warm temperatures. Current development of methods to study taste cell physiology will help to determine the
contribution of other temperature-sensitive events in the taste transduction pathways. Vice versa, the analysis of the thermodynamic properties of these events may assist to unveil the nature of several taste processes.

As the site of gene expression and regulation, the nucleus is the control center of the cell. It might be thought that degradation
of nuclear contents is strictly ‘off-limits,’ given the importance of the genetic information contained within the nucleus,
but it has recently been reported that partial degradation of the nucleus may occur in yeast. Here we summarize the evidence
for the degradation and quality control of proteins found with the nucleus and its compartments, and of nucleic acids that
may occur under certain specific conditions. Only under certain special conditions such as differentiation of the lens are
the entire nuclear contents degraded.
