聚天冬氨酸锰（Ⅱ）对干旱胁迫下菠菜抗氧化酶活性和MDA含量的影响

为研究聚天冬氨酸锰（Ⅱ）对植物抗旱性的影响,使用不同浓度的聚天冬氨酸锰（Ⅱ）分别对菠菜种子和幼苗进行处理。结果表明：在模拟干旱条件下,用0.1 mg/L聚天冬氨酸锰（Ⅱ）浸种,在试验浓度范围内促进菠菜发芽的效果显著。浸种及叶面喷施使菠菜叶片宽度、SOD、POD和CAT酶的活性均有增高,并且对MDA的产生有抑制作用。在试验浓度范围内12.5 mg/L浓度的聚天冬氨酸锰（Ⅱ）对菠菜叶面喷施效果显著。用聚天冬氨酸锰（Ⅱ）模拟物作为一种植物生长调节剂对菠菜浸种和叶面喷施能有效促进菠菜发芽和提高幼苗期菠菜抵抗干旱的能力。     

家庭安防系统设计

通过对家庭安防情况的研究,提出了以Nios II为核心的安防监控系统。采用以Nios II为核心的处理器系统,采用GPRS网络传输视频信息,实现了具有远程视频监控、家庭安防检测、自动报警为一体的家庭安防监控系统。经测试表明系统达到设计的预期要求,可广泛应用于家庭安防中。     

Chemiluminescence determination of tetracycline and oxytetracycline in pharmaceutical preparations using Ru (bipy)3 2+-cerium (IV) system

A new chemiluminescence (CL) method for the determination of tetracycline and oxytetracycline is developed, based on the CL reaction of tetracycline and oxytetracycline with Ru (bipy)₃ ²⁺ and Ce (IV). In sulfuric acid medium, the CL emission is generated upon continuous oxidtion of Ru(bipy)₃ ²⁺ by cerium (IV). The emission intensity is greatly enhanced when tetracycline and oxytetracycline are introduced into the reaction system after acid degradation. Under the optimum conditions, the calibration curves are linear over the range of 8.0×10⁻⁸∼4.0×10⁻⁶ mol/L for tetracycline and of 2.0×10⁻⁷∼4.0×10⁻⁵ mol/L for oxytetracycline, with the detection limits are 4.2×10⁻⁸ mol/L for tetracycline and 1.5×10⁻⁷ mol/L for oxytetracycline, respectively. The proposed method was used for the determination of tetracycline and oxytetracycline in pharmaceutical formulations with good results. 平顺移动下等量分批FJSP多目标优化研究

为解决平顺移动下等量分批柔性作业车间调度问题多目标优化的困难,对平顺移动下等量分批柔性作业车间调度多目标优化方法进行了深入研究。首先,针对平顺移动方式下等量分批柔性作业车间调度的特点,建立了一类以完工时间最短和制造成本最低为优化目标的等量分批柔性作业车间调度多目标优化模型。其次,提出并设计了一种改进的NSGA II算法对模型进行求解。算法中引入面向对象技术处理复杂的实体逻辑关系,使用一种基于工序及设备编码的分段编码技术进行编码,采用分段交叉和变异的特殊遗传算子实现遗传进化,应用4种精细化调度技术于解码过程以提高设备利用率。最后,通过案例分析验证了方法的有效性。

Effect of Phosphatidylcholine on the Steady State Fluorescence of Chlorophyll in Photosystem Ⅱ Particles

Phosphatidylcholine (PC) accounts for less than 1% of the total lipids in plant photosystem II (PSII) particles.In this experiment, PSII particles were reconstituted with PC to construct PSII-PC vesicles.The effect of PC on the steady state fluorescence of chlorophyll (Chl) in PSII particles was studied.The results show that PC significantly affected the fluorescence intensity, but did not obviously affect the fluorescence emission band peak position.PC also did not obviously affect the absorbance at 436 nm or the amide I band peak position in FT-IR spectroscopy of PSII particles.The results suggest that PC may affect the light energy transfer from the antenna chlorophyll molecules to the reaction center chlorophyll molecule (P680).     

Isolation and characterization of biologically active lectin from Korean mistletoe, Viscum album var. Coloratum

A mistletoe lectin was isolated from water extracts of Korean mistletoe, a subspecies of Viscum album, grown on Quercus mongolica using CM-Sepharose chromatography followed by an affinity chromatography on a concanavalin A-Sepharose column. The compound proved to be a mistletoe lectin II with D-galactose and N-acetyl-D-galactosamine specificity. Matrix-assisted laser desorption time-of-flight mass spectroscopy showed it to have an average molecular mass of 62.7 kDa and to consist of two subunits of 30.6 kDa and 32.5 kDa. It was a basic protein with isoelectric points of 9.4 and 9.6 by capillary isoelectric focusing and was cytotoxic to Molt4 cell. 大淑村煤矿扩大区二号煤层厚度和结构变化因素

以大量勘探钻孔资料为基础,根据古生物学、岩石学、和对砂岩体及煤层的研究,用环境参数及相模式法,对山西组含煤岩系沉积环境进行了系统分析研究,初步得出影响2#煤层厚度和结构变化的地质因素主要是沉积环境,其次是河流的冲蚀作用。     

{VO3}nn- 和{M(bpp)(H2O)2}n2n+ 链编织的三维配位聚合物的合成、结构及电化学性质

在水热条件下, 合成了2 个Ni(II)和Co(II)的配位聚合物: [M(bpp)(H₂O)₂V₂O₆]·0.4H₂O(bpp = 1,3-二(4-吡啶)丙烷; M = Ni (1)和Co (2)). 单晶X 射线衍射分析结果表明, 配合物1 和2 是同晶异质体, 是由无限的一维{VO₃}_n^n- 和{M(bpp)(H₂O)₂}_n²ⁿ⁺ 链构筑的三维结构,{M(bpp)(H₂O)₂}_n²ⁿ⁺ 链沿着a 和b 轴方向伸展, 编织成互相穿插的三维结构, 而{VO₃}_n^n- 螺旋链沿c轴方向穿插在{M(bpp)(H₂O)₂}_n²ⁿ⁺ 链编织所形成的孔道中, 并与M(Ⅱ)形成配位键. 电化学测试表明, Li⁺能够可逆地在配合物1 和2 中进出.     

基于FPGA的交通灯设计

在 MAX＋PLUSⅡ的开发环境下,采用 VHDL 语言,通过模块化编程实现交通灯的功能,控制十字路口 a、b 两方向的红、绿、黄灯的亮灭,指挥车辆通行;并进行了编译、仿真和下载;仿真和实验测试结果满足设计要求,达到了预期的效果.
