急性冷暴露与持续冷驯化对中缅树鼩膈肌和心肌线粒体呼吸的影响

在急性冷驯化阶段(1h,4h,8h),中缅树膈肌线粒体状态IV呼吸与对照比较8小时组有显著的增强,心肌线粒体状态IV呼吸与对照比较在4小时和8小时有显著增强;在持续冷驯化阶段(1d,7d,14d,28d),中缅树膈肌和心肌线粒体状态IV呼吸与对照比较均有所增强,其中28天组增强十分显著。这一系列变化对于探讨中缅树膈肌与心肌在冷驯化中质子漏产热特征具有一定的意义。     

Study on the EM Scattering of Rivets on the Plate

The electromagnetic (EM) scattering by rivets on the conducting plate is studied for the first time by using electric field integral equation (EFIE) in conjunction with the moment method. The surfaces of the rivets and the plate are partitioned into triangular cells, the current distribution on the patches is represented by sub-domain type basis function, the EFIE is translated into matrix equation by the Galerkin method, then the current coefficient is obtained. The results show the properties of radar cross section (RCS) varying with the incident angle when there are rivets on the plate.     

Failure of opioids to affect excitation and contraction in isolated ventricular heart muscle

Summary The opioid agonists morphine (selective for -receptors) and ethylketocyclazocine (selective for kappa-receptors), at concentrations evoking strong effects in neuronal structures, did not significantly affect the configuration of the intracellularly recorded action potential and the force of contraction in ventricular heart muscle isolated from guinea pigs, rabbits and man. These results suggest that any changes of heart functions in vivo in response to opioid-like drugs are probably not mediated postsynaptically at the myocardial cell membrane but rather presynaptically, influencing the release of noradrenaline and/or acetylcholine from the nerve terminals.     

Lack of effect of dihydroergotamine on endothelial and smooth muscle cell proliferation and endothelial cell prostanoid production

Summary The most important effect of dihydroergotamine is venoconstriction, but certain metabolic effects and changes in vessel prostanoid activity have also been suggested. In this study endothelial cell production of 6-keto PGF₁ and TxB₂ was quantitated in vitro. No evidence of altered prostanoid production was noted after incubation with dihydroergotamine (exposure ranging from 5×10^–3 to 5×10^–7 g/l). Similarly, no effect of dihydroergotamine on the growth rates of endothelial cells or smooth muscle cells in vitro was documented.     

Molt-induced muscle atrophy decreases the zinc content of the pectoralis of the Giant Canada Goose (Branta canadensis maxima)

Summary During molt-induced atrophy of the pectoralis muscle of the Giant Canada Goose (Branta canadensis maxima), the zinc content of the muscle was significantly reduced (p0.0139), though the concentration of zinc per unit weight of muscle appeared higher (p0.0232). Zinc lost from the muscle during molt could be utilized for growth of the new flight feathers.Acknowledgments. Funds for this study were obtained from an operating grant awarded to J. C. The susceptibility to exercise-induced muscle damage increases as rats grow larger

Summary Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and N-acetyl--glucosaminidase activities were both elevated after eccentric exercise indicating that this type of exercise causes muscle damage. Muscle damage as measured by glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase activity in the vastus intermedius was greater and occurred later in larger rats indicating that the susceptibility to muscle damage is increased and the repair process delayed in older and larger animals.     

飞机主动式余度作动舵面铰链力矩飞行测量方法

现代飞机舵面大多采用主动式余度作动系统。这种系统固有的力纷争现象,导致传统的基于原位载荷校准试验的飞机结构载荷测量方法,不再适用于现代飞机操纵舵面铰链力矩飞行测量。提出了一种基于离位载荷校准试验和原位载荷验证试验的飞机舵面铰链力矩测量方法,建立了相应的载荷测量模型,分析确定了铰链力矩测量精准度的影响因素,给出了可能引起的系统误差的验证和修正方法,形成了主动式余度作动舵面铰链力矩飞行测量流程。通过多型飞机舵面铰链力矩测量试飞,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性;提高了飞机舵面铰链力矩测量的精准度,为飞机舵面设计载荷验证与优化提供了可靠的实测载荷;得到了飞机舵面各作动机构的载荷分配,实现了飞机舵面作动系统力纷争的飞行监测,确保了飞行安全。     

Effects of a new cholecystokinin antagonist (GE 410) on the smooth muscle of the guinea pig ileum

Summary Suc-Tyr-(SE)-Met-Gly-Trp-Met-Asp--phenethylamide (GE 410) competitively antagonized the contractions of smooth muscle strips from guinea pig ileum (pA₂=7.6, n=0.95) induced by cholecystokinin-octapeptide (CCK8). GE 410 inhibited the electrically-induced cholinergically mediated contractile responses and the [³H]ACh release in the ileum, as well as the CCK-stimulated electrical contractile responses and the [³H]ACh release in the cholinergic nerve terminals. The results suggest the existence of CCK-receptors not only in the smooth muscles but also on the neurons.     

Influence of bistramide A on the twitch tension in rat atrial heart muscle

Bistramide A, a new toxin isolated from the UrochordateLissoclinum bistratum Sluiter, was applied to rat auricular heart muscle bundles. At a stimulation frequency of 0.2 Hz, the toxin induces a dose-dependent reduction of the stimulated twitch tension force; it decreases and shortens the duration of the plateau and the slow repolarizing phase of the action potential. In the control solution, switching from a stimulation frequency of 0.2 Hz to 1 Hz decreases the force with which a positive potentiation develops either at a maintained high frequency or after switching from 1 Hz to 0.2 Hz. Bistramide A reduces both the force evoked at 1 Hz and the potentiation. The data suggest that Bistramide A blocks Na⁺ conductance; inhibits Ca⁺⁺ channels in a time-and frequency-dependent manner; reduces Na⁺–Ca⁺⁺ exchange activity; but does not modify the ability of the sarcoplasmic reticulum to be refilled although the rate of Ca⁺⁺ accumulation is decreased.
