利用拟共形映射模的拟不变性和单调性,探讨了拟共形映射任意点的极值性质;同时给出了凸拟共形映照的Koebe的1／2——掩盖定理的一种新的证明方法;并推广了一个极值定理。     

多连通区域的模

本文的主要目的是研究多连通区域的一个新的不变量,并把它定义为区域的模。当n=2时,我们所定义的模与通常的模一致。我们讨论了这种模的一些性质及应用。     

SET domain proteins modulate chromatin domains in eu- and heterochromatin

The SET domain is a 130-amino acid, evolutionarily conserved sequence motif present in chromosomal proteins that function in modulating gene activities from yeast to mammals. Initially identified as members of the Polycomb- and trithorax-group (Pc-G and trx-G) gene families, which are required to maintain expression boundaries of homeotic selector (HOM-C) genes, SET domain proteins are also involved in position-effect-variegation (PEV), telomeric and centromeric gene silencing, and possibly in determining chromosome architecture. These observations implicate SET domain proteins as multifunctional chromatin regulators with activities in both eu- and heterochromatin – a role consistent with their modular structure, which combines the SET domain with additional sequence motifs of either a cysteine-rich region/zinc-finger type or the chromo domain. Multiple functions for chromatin regulators are not restricted to the SET protein family, since many trx-G (but only very few Pc-G) genes are also modifiers of PEV. Together, these data establish a model in which the modulation of chromatin domains is mechanistically linked with the regulation of key developmental loci (e.g. HOM-C).     

国内产品异质研究进展的可视化综述

随着产品异质问题的学术关注度持续高涨,该研究领域逐渐成为当前学者的关注热点。借助文献计量分析软件,对CNKI期刊网络出版总库中72篇文献的样本数据进行了可视化分析。通过知识图谱分析,得到产品异质领域研究的热点主题及研究趋势,并结合多维尺度分析法划分了热点集群,为相关科研活动提供有益的帮助。     

基于知识图谱的我国农产品品牌研究述评

依据科学知识图谱相关理论，利用CiteSpace软件对农产品品牌相关文献进行可视化分析，再利用Netdraw软件描绘主要研究内容的网络关系，对我国农产品品牌研究的热点内容、演进历程和趋势进行分析.结果表明，农产品品牌研究内容主要集中在农产品品牌属性结构及效应、品牌评价、品牌建设运营及区域品牌/地理标志品牌等方面.研究内容的演进路径反映了不同阶段的研究特色，也契合了国家政策调整和经济社会发展需求变化.我国专注于农产品品牌研究的学者和机构较少，学者间或机构间也未建立起紧密的合作关系.未来研究应进一步完善农产品品牌基本理论及研究方法，拓展农产品品牌研究的深度与广度，建立合作紧密的学术研究网络.

温度对ID畴壁内VBL解体临界面内场的影响

实验研究了温度和面内场共同作用下,液相外延石榴石磁泡膜中第I类哑铃畴(ID)畴壁内垂直布洛赫线(VBL)的稳定性.发现,从室温到T0范围内的任一不同温度下,ID畴壁中VBL的解体都存在一临界面内场范围[H(1)ipip(T)H(2)ip(T)时,VBL完全丢失.面内场范围[H(1)ip(T)也分别随温度的升高ip(T),H(2)ip(T)]随温度的升高而减小,其中H(1)ip(T),H(2)而变小,并分别在T(1)0和T0处减小为0.     

The polymerization of sickle hemoglobin in solutions and cells

The polymerization of sickle hemoglobin occurs by the same mechanisms in solutions and in cells, and involves the formation of 14 stranded fibers from hemoglobin molecules which have assumed a deoxy quaternary structure. The fibers form via two types of highly concentration-dependent nucleation processes: homogeneous nucleation in solutions with hemoglobin activity above a critical activity, and heterogeneous nucleation in similarly supersaturated solutions which also contain hemoglobin polymers. The latter pathway is dominant, and creates polymer arrays called domains. The individual polymers bend, but also cross-link, and the resulting mass behaves as a solid. The concentration of polymerized hemoglobin increases exponentially unless clamped by rate limiting effects such as oxygen delivery.

通过对国内中国-东盟自由贸易区研究已有文献的量化梳理,把握其研究结构特征和研究热点,以期为中国-东盟自由贸易区研究进一步深化提供参考依据。通过关键词共词分析以及社会网络分析、聚类分析、多维尺度分析等可视化分析方法对国内中国-东盟自由贸易区的研究现状进行了定量分析,分析结果显示,国内中国-东盟自由贸易区研究呈现4个热点,即区域经济一体化、争端解决机制、贸易效应、税收协调。
