Cardiolipin, the heart of mitochondrial metabolism

Cardiolipin is a unique phospholipid, which is almost exclusively localized in the mitochondrial inner membrane where it is synthesized from phosphatidylglycerol and cytidinediphosphate-diacylglycerol. After primary synthesis, the mature acyl chain composition of cardiolipin is achieved by at least two remodeling mechanisms. In the mitochondrial membrane cardiolipin plays an important role in energy metabolism, mainly by providing stability for the individual enzymes and enzyme complexes involved in energy production. Moreover, cardiolipin is involved in different stages of the mitochondrial apoptotic process and in mitochondrial membrane dynamics. Cardiolipin alterations have been described in various pathological conditions. Patients suffering from Barth syndrome have an altered cardiolipin homeostasis caused by a primary deficiency in cardiolipin remodeling. Alterations in cardiolipin content or composition have also been reported in more frequent diseases such as diabetes and heart failure. In this review we provide an overview of cardiolipin metabolism, function and its role in different pathological states. 将组合预测方法引入住宅市场需求预测,以实例具体介绍了组合预测的应用过程,实例中采用了神经网络、灰色模型等预测方法的组合体系,对当前环境下的住宅市场需求预测进行了有益的探索。     

棒状薄层色谱法在焦化蜡油族组成分析中的应用

建立了快速测定焦化蜡油族组成的薄层色谱／氢火焰（TLC／FID）检测法，使用2种展开剂可以将试样很好地分成饱和烃、芳烃、胶质和沥青质．以经典柱色谱法测得的数据为基准，考察了方法的准确度，2种方法的绝对偏差不大于3％．同时对方法的精密度进行了考察，相对标准偏差小于5％，方法简单快速，每分析10个样品仅需3h，为蜡油族组成分析提供了一个方便快速的方法．     

基于相转化法的成膜条件对聚砜膜结构的影响

采用相转化法制备聚砜超滤膜,分别以甲醛溶液、乙醇溶液、DMAC溶液、蒸馏水以及自来水作为凝固浴,含量均为5%.并在其他因素不变的条件下,控制聚砜膜空气中停留时间,并对聚砜超滤膜的断面结构以及表面结构进行了测试及表征.结果表明,使用水作为凝固浴组成时膜的选择性最好,断面结构分布均匀;空气中停留时间为15秒时选择性较好,指状孔结构分布均匀.     

基于CLEC中国非英语专业学生的情态动词使用研究

通过比较11个情态动词在CLEC非英语专业学生四、青级考试作文子语料库与LOCNESS语料库中的使用情况，可以发现中国非英语专业学生在四、六级考试作文中过多使用了earl，shall，should，will，must，dare和need；而情态动词could，might和would则使用不足，并分别分析了导致过多使用和使用不足的原因。     

Satellite Image Adaptive Restoration Using Periodic Plus Smooth Image Decomposition and Complex Wavelet Packet Transforms

A satellite image adaptive restoration method was developed that avoids ringing artifacts at the image boundary and retains oriented features. The method combines periodic plus smooth image decomposition with complex wavelet packet transforms. The framework first decomposes a degraded satellite image into the sum of a "periodic component" and a "smooth component". The Bayesian method is then used to estimate the modulation transfer function degradation parameters and the noise. The periodic component is deconvoluted using complex wavelet packet transforms with the deconvolution result of the periodic component then combined with the smooth component to get the final recovered result. Tests show that this strategy effectively avoids ringing artifacts while preserving local image details (especially directional textures) without amplifying the noise. Quantitative comparisons illustrate that the results are comparable with previous methods. Another benefit is that this approach can process large satellite images with parallel processing, which is important for practical use.

为在Langton参数的基础上对一维二值元胞自动机的性质及其动力学行为进行更细致的分析,提出了用组合规则熵刻画元胞自动机规则的方法并证明了一维二值元胞自动机组合规则熵的最大值和最小值定理.实验还进一步表明组合规则熵能够在Langton参数的基础上对元胞自动机的规则进行更细致的刻画,有利于对元胞自动机动力学行为的分析和提...

隧道地质超前预报是防止隧道开挖突发性灾害、保证施工工期、及时调整支护参数、保证施工质量和控制隧道建设成本的有效手段。在施工阶段采用短时间对岩体进行物理探测,通过各种信息来判断岩体特征的物理探测方法。     

从思维方式探讨离散数学的结构内涵

结合离散数学的具体内容,选取其中几个较难深入理解的问题,从思维方式的角度探讨其结构内涵,并寻究其所蕴含的方法本源,以期在思维层面上能有更深广的开拓,并且由此指导教学.     

玻璃组成对CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系玻璃烧结、晶化和性能的影响

采用烧结法制备以钙长石为主晶相的微晶玻璃.采用差热分析(DTA)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和性能测试研究玻璃组成对玻璃的烧结、晶化特性和性能的影响.结果表明:随着CaO含量的增加,玻璃转变温度和析晶放热峰温度逐渐降低,而且析晶放热峰变得尖锐;增加氧化钙降低玻璃的析晶活化能,有利于玻璃的析晶;随着SiO2量的增加,玻璃转变温度和析晶放热峰温度移向高温,使玻璃的析晶困难;玻璃样品的烧结温度随CaO含量的增加而降低, 但过多的CaO促进硅酸钙的析出,增加样品的介电常数和热膨胀系数;增加SiO2能够降低微晶玻璃样品的热膨胀系数,改善其介电性能;所制备的微晶玻璃具有相对密度高(≥98.3%),介电常数适中(6.9～7.5),介电损耗低(≤0.1%),热膨胀系数低(3.8×10-6～4.5×10-6 /℃),烧结温度(900～1 000 ℃)低,及介电常数温度稳定性低(66×10-6～113×10-6 /℃).
