中国学生定向运动发展进程

通过文献综述和访问调查的方法回顾了中国学生定向运动20多年的发展历程,就教育部门及社会各界努力推动中国学生定向运动成长的成功经验进行了简单概括,旨在为其今后的发展提供借鉴.     

基于超分辨ISAR成像的空中目标自动识别

利用最大熵谱估计的方法对四种飞机目标数据进行外推处理,并在此基础上进行逆合成孔径(IS-AR)成像。在获得较高分辨率ISAR图像的基础上,采用ISAR图像的三个特征:基于几何矩的不变量、形状特征、量化能量带等组成特征向量。并对该特征向量进行对数归一化,将归一化的特征向量作为径向基函数(RBF)神经网络的输入,在此基础上进行识别,达到较好的识别效果。     

Na-Mg弱掺杂ZnO薄膜的结构和电学特性

报道了用溶胶凝胶法制备由Na、Mg两种元素共同掺杂的ZnO薄膜,研究了在Na-Mg共同掺杂情况下,ZnO薄膜的表面形貌、微结构和电学性质.通过改变Na、Mg掺杂量与Zn的比值,ZnO薄膜可呈现良好的c-轴取向.同时,经过Hall效应测量发现:ZnO薄膜的电阻率、载流子浓度和迁移率随着Na、Mg的掺杂量而变化,并出现离散性,薄膜电阻率最低可达0.57×105Ω.cm,具有P-型传导性.     

井眼轨迹测斜计算方法误差分析

通过数值方法构造了用于井眼轨迹测斜计算方法对比分析的参考曲线，获得了测斜计算误差分析的参考条件。在此基础上对常用的平均角法、校正平均角法、平衡正切法、最小曲率法、弦步法以及它们的平均井眼位置的误差进行了对比分析。结果表明，无论哪种测斜计算方法，所表现出来的误差特性都很相似，均遵循随测深增加而线性增加的变化趋势。误差散点图表现出的分散性不强，与典型的随机误差的散点图相比，更偏向于系统误差的分布。由于井眼轨迹测斜计算方法误差对轨迹综合误差分析影响较小，因此，经过较大样本空间的分析，几种测斜计算方法所产生的误差概率密度函数均可用统一的解析式表示，通过最小二乘法拟合得到了该解析式的参数值。     

Simulation of g factor for size optimization and coupling in phased array coil design

The effect of geometric parameters of the coil element in an array on signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and g factor of parallel imaging are analyzed, and the optimal parameters for the maximal SNR and minimal g factor are also given in this paper. In addition, the effects of coupling on SNR and g factor have been analyzed. The test results indicate that g factor for parallel imaging is greatly increased and SNR is decreased for coupling. According to the optimization, a six-channel parallel coil has been designed for torso imaging.     

梧州长洲岛竹湾段3号滑坡勘测与治理

滑坡是危害防洪堤安全最常见的一种形式,因此确定堤基是否存在滑动和如何经济地治理滑坡是水利工程设计者最为关注的.基于3号滑坡的特点,运用三种测试手段准确地确定了滑动面,经过对形成滑坡的因素进行分析及稳定性评价,提出可供设计的滑坡整治方案,施工后的防洪堤段经受了百年一遇的洪水侵袭,已安全度汛,说明勘测、设计与治理都是成功的.

Effects of deposition parameters on the properties of VO2 thin films

The vanadium oxide thin films are deposited for microbolometers by radio frequency reactive sputtering method at room temperature. The effects of the oxygen partial pressure on the deposition rate, electrical properties and compositions of the films are discussed. The as-deposited VO_x thin films with x value of nearly 2 are deposited by adjusting the oxygen partial pressure. After oxidation annealing of these films in air, the VO₂ films with high temperature coefficients of resistivity (about -4%/℃) and low resistivity can be obtained. The square resistances of the films are in the range of 100 kΩ/squ?300 kΩ/squ. All films are deposited at room temperature and annealed at 400℃, in which the compatibility between VO_x deposition process and MEMS (micro electromechanical systems) is greatly improved.

小学生学习能力诊断测验追踪调查报告

本文是继1998年-1999年度上期对一所小学一至四年级学生学习能力测验的追踪调查。结果表明：经过两年的指导，学生学习能力总体上有所提高，但各诊断因子对学生学习能力的消极影响仍然很大。
