东营凹陷沙三段-沙二下亚段T-R层序特征及成因

将东营凹陷古近系沙三段沙二下亚段划分为 3个三级层序 ,即沙三下层序 (SSⅠ )、沙三中层序 (SSⅡ )和沙三上沙二下层序 (SSⅢ )。SSⅠ和SSⅡ层序由湖进体系域和湖退体系域组成T R旋回 ,其特征是代表层序边界的不整合分布局限 ,湖进体系域厚度小 ,主要为细粒沉积物 ,退积式叠加 ;湖退体系域较厚 ,由进积式叠加的砂岩、砾岩和泥岩组成。T R层序的形成主要是由于层序形成早期的构造沉降和气候起主导作用 ,其基底快速沉降 ,湖水供应充分 ,湖平面快速上升。在层序形成晚期 ,沉积物供给和气候起主导作用 ,沉积物供给多 ,快速向前推进 ,湖平面下降。构造沉降和沉积物供给因素对层序控制作用的转换促使其形成层序和体系域的边界。T R层序与三分层序之间的转换是由于层序形成的不同阶段的主控因素不同而引起的     

Emergent Property in Macromolecular Motion

In this paper, the model of inverse cascade fractal super-blocks along one direction (in the positive or negative) in the 3-dimensional space is developed to describe the self-similar motion in macromolecular system. Microscopically the cohesive and dispersed states of the motion blocks are co- existent states with vastly different probability of occurrence. Experimental results and theoretical analysis show that the microscopic cohesive state energy and dispersed state energy of each motion block are respectively equal to the macroscopic glassy state energy kTg and molten state energy kTm of the system. This singularity unveils topologically the non-integrability, mathematically the anholonomy, and macroscopically the emergent property. This singularity also reveals that the glass, viscoelastic and melt states are three distinct emergent properties of macromolecular motion from a macroscopic viewpoint. Effects of hyaluronic acid－chitosan－gelatin complex on the apoptosis and cell cycle of L929 cells

With the development in the field of tissue engineering, the interaction between biomaterials and cells has been deeply studied. Viewing the cells seeded on the surface of materials as an organic whole, cell cycle and apoptosis are analyzed to deepen the study of cell compatibility on biomaterials, while cell proliferation and differentiation are studied at the same time. In this paper, hyaluronic acid is incorporated into the chitosan-gelatin system. Propidium iodide (PI) was used in cell cycle analysis and the double-staining of cells with annexin-V and PI was applied in cell apoptosis analysis. The results show that incorporated hyaluronic acid shortens the adaptation period of cells on the material surface, and then cells enter the normal cell cycle quickly. In addition, added hyaluronic acid inhibits cell apoptosis triggered by the membranes. Therefore, hyaluronic acid improves the cell compatibility of chitosan-gelatin system and benefits the design of biomimetic materials.     

Inhibitory effect of the adenovirus type 5 E1A protein expressed in the yeast system of the human tumor cell growth

Adenovirus 5 type E1A as a tumor suppressor gene can inhibit tumor growth and enhance the censitivity of chemotherapy and radiotherapy.E1A have the ability to integrate into the host genome,resulting in long-time expres-sion that induces Rb gene inactivation and animal cells im-mortalization.This prompted us to select the E1A protein for treatment of cancer in order to overcome the limitations of E1A gene therapy.Thus,we firstly comstructed E1A eu-caryotic expression vector (pPIC9/E1A),transformated the pichia pastoris yeast cells(GS115) and screened the high-expressing recombinant strains.The positive yeast strains were cultured in the shake flask,and induced for 3d.The crude E1A protein was purified using two steps of col-umu chromatography on HiTrap Q and HiTrap SP.The pu-rified E1A protein was identified by SDS-PAGE and Western blot.E1A protein was mostly located at cellular unclear when Cheriot delivered E1A protein into cells.The analysis in vitro indicated that the E1A protein arrested LN686 cell cycle at G2/M phase,and significantly inhibited the growth of LN686 tumor cells.The current studies firstly provided an experimental basis to further develop E1A protein for tumor treatment.     

沥青路面罩面的设计方法

针对国内外罩面或改建设计方法的不足 ,借助于同济大学对新建和罩面改建后的沥青路面使用性能的研究成果 ,将寿命周期费用分析引入罩面设计 ,提出了沥青路面罩面设计方法———基于使用性能和技术经济分析的最佳罩面时机和最佳罩面厚度选择方法 ,并通过实例说明了该方法的应用     

三维摄像测量系统在人体上肢运动分析中的应用

使用基于普通摄像机的三维摄像测量系统,对人体上肢运动数据进行了测量。根据人体上肢运动的特点,将其简化为具有7个自由度的刚体运动;通过分析布置在上肢上若干标记点的运动,建立了固连于上肢的关节坐标,提出了关节转角的计算方法,得到了日常活动中人体上肢关节运动数据。

一种预测三步搜索算法

提出了一种用于运动估计的预测三步搜索(PTSS)算法，它是基于三步搜索(TSS)算法，同时充分利用了运动向量场的空间和时间相关性的一种块匹配运动估计算法。该算法特别适用于视频格式转换的运动补偿插值。实验结果表明，与传统的TSS、新三步搜索(NTSS)、全搜索(FS)算法相比，利用PTSS算法补偿得到的图像帧，其图像的主观质量有明显的提高，具有更加平滑的运动矢量场，且图像帧同原始帧之间的最小平方误差(MSE)最小。
