势能参数的确定与估算

该文简要描述了Lennard-Jones(12,6)势能参数的HB、TW、FP、IGS等计算方法,并对上述计算结果的可靠性进行了讨论,认为IGS、FP的结果最为令人满意,TW公式次之,HB公式再次。最后,在综合前人工作的基础上,针对各种不同对象采用对各自适合的计算方法,列出了300种常见液态物质势能参数σ与ε/k的最佳值。     

不对称Diels—Alder反应区域选择性的理论研究

用半经验量子化学方法MNDO并结合广义微扰理论,在考虑二烯和亲二烯的两对前线轨道相互作用的基础上,研究了不对称Diels-Alder反应不同反应途径的相互作用能,用相互作用能预测了反应优势产物,定量地计算出了不同产物的比例,结果表明理论预测与实验结果一致。     

Molecular forms of dopamine beta-hydroxylase in rat superior cervical ganglion and adrenal gland

Summary Dopamine beta-hydroxylase (DBH) enzyme activity was associated in rat superior cervical ganglion with tetrameric DBH-A (294,000 D) and dimeric DBH-B (147,000 D) and in rat adrenal gland with DBH-A and a novel molecular form of DBH, defined as DBH-C, with a molecular weight of 125,000 D. Pretreatment of the rats with cycloheximide markedly reduced DBH activity without altering the molecular heterogeneity.     

Nucleotide binding domains of human CFTR: a structural classification of critical residues and disease-causing mutations.

Defective function of the cystic fibrosis (CF) transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) causes CF, the most frequent lethal inherited disease among the Caucasian population. The structure of this chloride ion channel includes two nucleotide-binding domains (NBDs), whose ATPase activity controls channel gating. Recently, the experimental structures of mouse and human CFTR NBD1 and our model of the human CFTR NBD1/NBD2 heterodimer have provided new insights into specific structural features of the CFTR NBD dimer. In the present work, we provide a structural classification of CF-causing mutations which may complement the existing functional classification. Our analysis also identified amino acid residues which may play a critical role in interdomain interaction and are located at the NBD1-NBD2 interface or on the surface of the dimer. In particular, a cluster of aromatic amino acids, which includes F508 and straddles the two NBDs, might be directly involved in the interaction of the NBD1/NBD2 heterodimer with the channel-forming membrane-spanning domains.Received 24 May 2005; received after revision 13 June 2005; accepted 18 June 2005

NH2自由基电子基态及激发态解离通道的静力学分析

本文利用原子分子反应静力学的基本原理,研究了NH2自由基体系的可能解离通道,得到了NH2自由基电子基态2B1及第一激发态2A1合理的解离通道。     

Molecular and morphological identification of two new African species of Dugesia (Platyhelminthes,Tricladida, Dugesiidae) from Cameroon

The paper describes two new Dugesia species collected from the rivers Messassi and Ntsetsensooh in Cameroon, representing the first planarian flatworms documented from this country. Based on morphological data, the new species Dugesia bijuga Harrath & Sluys, sp. nov. is characterized mainly by the presence of two diaphragms, a barrel-shaped penis that is traversed by numerous ducts of penis glands and is provided with a short nozzle, and the presence of two atrial folds. The other new species, Dugesia pustulata Harrath & Sluys, sp. nov., is characterized mainly by absence of a penis bulb, presence of a large, elongated and weakly muscular seminal vesicle, and by the ventroposterior section of the bursal canal being thrown into distinct folds. The phylogenetic position of the two new species was determined through a molecular phylogenetic tree, based on a mitochondrial and a nuclear gene, including species from the major geographical range of distribution of the genus Dugesia. The phylogenetic tree revealed that the Cameroon lineage does not constitute a monophyletic group with the other Afrotropical species; it also showed that the African continent may house a great diversity of Dugesia species that still remains to be discovered.

食源性小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌生物学特性和分子分型研究进展

小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌（Yersinia enterocolitica）是一种重要的嗜冷肠道致病菌,研究表明Y.enterocolitica血清型有60多种,我国致病性菌株生物/血清型以3/O∶3和2/O∶9型为主;另外Y.enterocolitica具有1A、1B、2、3、4、5共6个生物型,除了1A型可能具有潜在致病性外,其他5个已确定具有致病性,且1B为高致病性菌株;主要毒力因子有ail、ystA、ystB、yadA和virF,常用来判断小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌的致病性;Y.enterocolitica对氨苄西林和一代头孢类抗生素天然耐药,对其他抗生素有不同程度耐药性,并且许多菌株具有多重耐药性.常用的分子分型方法有脉冲场凝胶电泳、扩增基因重复序列、多位点序列分型等,其中具有操作简便和多态性高的ERIC-PCR在Y.enterocolitica分型中也将发挥较好作用.     

Sequencing of p35 gene fromHeliothis armigera polyhedrosis virus and its homologous comparison

Using p35 gene primers of AcNPV, about 1 kb fragment was obtained by PCR from HaNPV DNA and was sequenced thereafter. It has a full reading frame encode 299 amino acids. Sharing identity of 94% in nucleotides and 84% in predict amino-acids with AcNPV, a apoptosis inhibiting gene was found. According to comparison of p35 genes in five kinds of baculovirus, it is found that AcNPV, TnNPV and BmNPV share the most intimate blood relation. HaNPV is near the above three species. LsNPV is little remote from them. This result reconfirmed those we have done with gp37 genes and vp39 genes.
