Delay-dependent state feedback robust stabilization for uncertain singular time-delay systems

The problem of robust stabilization for uncertain singular time-delay systems is studied.First,a new delay-dependent asymptotic stability criteria for normal singular time-delay systems is given,which is less conservative.Using this result,the problem of state feedback robust stabilization for uncertain singular time-delay systems is discussed.Finally,two examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the results.

一类带有不确定项的多输入模糊双线性系统的鲁棒控制

对一类带有不确定项的多输入模糊双线性系统(M-I FBS)进行了稳定性分析及控制器设计.使用分布补偿算法(PDC)设计了模糊控制器,得到了带有不确定项的M-I FBS渐近稳定的充分条件.最后,仿真结果验证了推导的该条件的有效性.     

求解非线性Fredholm积分方程组的再生核方法

为利用再生核理论讨论非线性Fredholm积分方程组的求解问题,在再生核空间中通过构造一组标准正交基,得到Fredholm积分方程组的精确解的级数表达式,截断级数得到方程组的近似解.近似解的误差依‖·‖W12[a,b]范数意义单调递减.数值结果表明,该方法是有效的.     

热力系统仿真中处理小容积环节的新方法

针对热力系统仿真中出现的大流量流经小容积环节而使系统的积分步长受到限制，提出了一种处理小容积环节压力流量微分方程的新方法．用该方法提供的解法，在有效增加系统仿真积分步长的同时，准确地计算出小容积环节的压力动态变化过程．该技术在某电气公司的汽轮机实时仿真实践中，证明了其实用性和可靠性．     

阻燃涤纶纤维结晶及力学性能的研究

通过密度梯度，应力－应变测量等方法，研究阻燃涤纶纤维结晶及力学性能。实验结果表明，阻燃剂（ＳＦ－ＦＲ）的加入对涤纶纤维结晶及机械性能产生一定影响。这也从侧面反映了阻燃剂和ＰＥＴ部分相容性。     

The Use of Soft Systems Methodology to Enhance Group Creativity

Soft Systems Methodology is especially useful in diagnosing and addressing organizational problems and designing new systems in cultures that are characterised by pluralistic views and values. This paper demonstrates how SSM workshops in a large government agency resulted in a high level of creativity. SSM is then proposed as a methodology that could enhance group creativity in organizational design contexts.

The Knowledge Age or the Age of Ignorance and the Decline of Freedom?

Increasingly knowledge has become a determining factor in achieving life’s potential and is the currency of the age. Without access to Information an individuals’ knowledge base cannot be enriched and without knowledge the individual becomes increasingly powerless. Advances in technology have provided opportunities for some to add to their stock of knowledge but access to sources of information is uneven and can lead to social unrest. The availability of information is an important factor in managing change and empowering citizens. The question about information and power then becomes one of ownership or sovereignty of the information. If we are to create an open society then we need to ensure that there is open access to knowledge through flexible and intelligent information systems that are available for all. In this paper we consider if we are truly entering the knowledge age or the age of ignorance.     

SnAgCuRE系钎料合金的显微组织和力学性能研究

对真空条件下制备的SnAgCuRE钎料合金的显微组织和力学性能进行了研究。试验结果表明:SnAgCuRE系钎料合金的显微组织和力学性能会随合金中Ag和RE添加量的变化而改变,Ag含量增加有助于共晶组织比例的增加和拉伸强度的增大,而RE含量为0.1wt%时延伸率和拉伸强度都达到最佳,但当RE添加量达到0.5wt%时,会由于钎料中出现CeSn3和LaSn3稀土化合物相而导致延伸率的下降。
