Influence of bistramide A on the twitch tension in rat atrial heart muscle

Bistramide A, a new toxin isolated from the UrochordateLissoclinum bistratum Sluiter, was applied to rat auricular heart muscle bundles. At a stimulation frequency of 0.2 Hz, the toxin induces a dose-dependent reduction of the stimulated twitch tension force; it decreases and shortens the duration of the plateau and the slow repolarizing phase of the action potential. In the control solution, switching from a stimulation frequency of 0.2 Hz to 1 Hz decreases the force with which a positive potentiation develops either at a maintained high frequency or after switching from 1 Hz to 0.2 Hz. Bistramide A reduces both the force evoked at 1 Hz and the potentiation. The data suggest that Bistramide A blocks Na⁺ conductance; inhibits Ca⁺⁺ channels in a time-and frequency-dependent manner; reduces Na⁺–Ca⁺⁺ exchange activity; but does not modify the ability of the sarcoplasmic reticulum to be refilled although the rate of Ca⁺⁺ accumulation is decreased.

研究了用三辛胺溶剂分别从纯溶液和发酵液中萃取柠檬酸过程的传质规律与液滴粒径,无因次柱高及有机相配比对传质系数的影响,建立了液滴自由上升阶段的传质模型,并用以关联实验结果。

High-precision timing of the Quaternary standard samples with thermal ionization mass spectrometry (TIMS) U-series method

Two national stalagmite standard (GBW04412, GBW04413) and one international coral standard (RKM_4) have been determined by using thermal ionization mass spectrometry (TIMS) method. The values of ( 234 U/ 238 U) act , ( 230 Th/ 234 U) act and age are all consistent in error range with the standard values obtained by using α spectrometry.     

Osmium isotope determination on mantle-derived peridotite xenoliths from Panshishan with N-TIMS

The¹⁸⁷Os/¹⁸⁸Os ratios of spinel lherzolite xenoliths from Panshishan determined with N-TIMS are lower than that of the primitive mantle, which shows depleted mantle characteristics. Their positive correlation with Al₂O₃/MgO suggests that the geochemical behavior of trace elements Re and Os is similar to that of Al₂O₃ and MgO respectively during the magmatic evolution and Re-Os isotopic system is largely immune to mantle metasomatism. A model age of 2.8–3.4 Ga obtained by¹⁸⁷Os/¹⁸⁸Os-Al₂O₃/ MgO correlation might represent the homogeneous age of the mantle lithosphere beneath the area.     

细胞动作电位的线性重建

在强噪声干扰下恢复有阶跃点的奇异波形,并检测其参数在生物医学工程中具有重要的意义．利用矩形波重建方法,将带噪声动作电位信号通过低通滤波器建立相应的矩形波,然后再采用计算机辅助设计法设计一个波形形成数字滤波器,使矩形波通过此滤波器后重建出纯净的细胞动作电位．结果表明,这种方法能有效滤除光学采集动作电位上叠加的白噪声,从而实现无损检测．

强子质量ｍｉ和强子的平均数〈Ｎｉ〉遵从公式（βｍｍｉ／〈ｍ〉）μ＋νＫν（βｍｍｉ／〈ｍ〉）．自旋、奇异数压低和大产生截面（σ（Ｄ）,σ（Ｂ）,σ（Λ０））都是质量效应．质量产生过程受到在扩散方程和相对论波动方程之间连续变化所决定的连续阶导数（／ｔ）μＧＸα（ｘ,ｔ）控制．     

陈皮提取液的抗菌作用比较

利用不同有机溶剂浸提,获得陈皮提取液,将该提取液利用管碟法做抗菌（防霉）实验,并与制霉菌素的抗菌（抗霉）效果进行比较,结果证明陈皮提取液有较好的抗菌能力,该提取液在室温条件下储存１ａ后仍留有一定的抗菌活力。     

等效连续裂隙岩体渗流与应力全耦合分析

推导了等效连续裂隙岩体渗透性与应力变形的关系,根据应变等效原则推导了等效连续裂隙岩体的弹性矩阵,首次采用四自由度全耦合法,建立了等效连续裂隙岩体渗流与应力的全耦合有限元方程组,进行了等效连续裂隙岩体渗流与应力的全耦合分析。     

钢筋混凝土有限元分析中Darwin模型下的徐变计算

在现有徐主计算方法的基础上,提出了适用于Ｄａｒｗｉｎ模型的徐变计算方法。给出了混凝土未开裂和开裂时的徐变计算公式。实际工程算例表明,本文提出的方法是合理的。
