Spider silk, relying on its exceptional mechanical properties, has attracted extensive attention throughout the world. The structure of a material can influence its mechanical properties. Investigation of the structure of spider silk includes amino acid composition, molecular structure, self-assembly, and crystallization, among other characteristics. Herein, the effects of concentration, time, alkali metal ions (Na^+and K ^+ ) and pH on the conformational transition and self-assembly of regenerated Ornithoctonus huwena spider dragline silk protein (spidroin) in water were investigated using circular dichroism (CD) and atomic force microScopy (AFM). Spidroin concentration, time and Na + ions slightly influenced the conformational transition of spidroin molecules. However, K + ions and pH induced the formation of a β- sheet structure. Increasing spidroin concentration or time increased the aggregation of spidroin and enhanced the formation of nanoffiaments. K ~ ions enhanced the serf-assembly of spidroin into nanofilaments. The self-assembled nanofilaments appeared at a pH of approximately 6. 11. Both lower and higher pH induced aggregation. At a lower pH, the aggregation was composed of nanopartides, whereas higher pH induced the aggregation of nanoffiaments, likely from the synergistic effect of Na ^+ ions and pH.  相似文献

首先采用4-氨基苯甲酸乙酯和MPEG-1000为原料,分别通过重氮化、醚化和水解反应合成了偶氮苯单体MPEG-1000-Azo-COOH;然后以3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸甲酯和4-羟基吡啶为原料,通过醚化、水解和酯化反应制备了单体3,4,5-三-(n-十二烷氧基)苯甲酸-4-吡啶酯;最后将单体MPEG-1000-Azo-COOH和单体3,4,5-三-(n-十二烷氧基)苯甲酸-4-吡啶酯按摩尔比1:1进行氢键自组装,得到了目标聚合物.采用1H NMR、DSC、POM等对各单体和自组装产物的化学结构和相结构进行了表征.实验结果表明:通过多步化学反应成功制备了高纯度的目标单体和聚合物;通过氢键自组装获得的目标树枝状聚合物表现出更为丰富的相结构.  相似文献

Ultrathin films composed of diazoresin(DR)and polyacrylic acid(PAA)were fabricated.The surface morphology of the films in water was measured using an atomic force microscopy(AFM).The self-assembly technique makes the surface rather flat and uniform.The friction force and its dependence on the velocity differ from the surface charge of the thin films.The friction force of repulsive DR/PAA film increases linearly with velocity and has lower values than that of attractive DR film over the full range of velocity.As the velocity increases,the attractive friction of DR film first decreases to a minimum at a velocity of 2 line/s and then increases all the way.When the surface is repulsive to the friction substrate,the friction of thin films that is determined by hydrated lubrication of polymer chains that is ultralubricated;when it is adhesive to the friction substrate,the friction is mainly contributed from the elastic deformation of adsorbed polymer chains in the low velocity region and from viscous sliding in the presence of hydrated-layer lubrication of the polymer chains in the higher velocity region.  相似文献

以正硅酸乙酯(Ethyl silicate,TEOS)为原料,乙醇为溶剂,NH3·H2O为催化剂,乙醇水溶液为稀释剂制备了胶粒带负电荷、浓度为0.01g/mL的SiO2溶胶.在低折射率(1.45)的玻璃基片上用静电自组装(Electrostatic Self-Assembly Multilayer,ESAM)法制备了带正电荷的聚电解质聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵PDDA与SiO2的有机/无机复合薄膜.然后在不同温度下对其进行热处理.分别用A型缩合热分析仪(TG-DTA)、透射电镜(TEM)、傅立叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、椭偏仪(TP-77型椭圆偏振光测厚仪)、721分光光度计、NdYAG激光器研究了温度对薄膜结构、组成、折射率、光学性能、机械强度以及激光损伤阈值的影响.得到了多孔、折射率低(1.27)、抗机械损伤强度大、激光损伤阈值高(68J/cm2)、透光性好(99.2%)的SiO2光学增透薄膜.  相似文献

基于tiles理论模型和已有DNA自组装模型,结合最大团问题给出基于DNA自组装模型的算法设计,得到具体设计初始分子、规则分子和检测分子所需的DAE块种类.在此基础上采用荧光标记和凝胶电泳生物操作提出了一种求解最大团问题算法.该算法设计tiles的种类为Θ(n2+|E|),其生物操作复杂性为Θ(1).此算法降低了实验的复杂度,而且保证了实验的易操作性和结果的准确性。  相似文献

研究制备了苝酰亚胺——手性表面活性剂复合物N,N′-双(2-(季铵基乙撑))-3,4,9,10-苝二酰亚胺-双((3R)-3,7-二甲基辛基-6-乙烯基)磷酸盐,详细研究了其在乙醇/正己烷,乙醇/正辛烷溶液中的自组装行为及组装机理。结果表明,该复合物在乙醇/正己烷溶液中组装为纳米管,在乙醇/正辛烷溶液中组装为纳米带。对其组装机理研究表明,该分子在溶液中组装为不同形态的纳米结构是π-π相互作用,疏水作用及手性诱导等多种作用力协同作用的结果.  相似文献

先采用自组装技术制备大面积有序聚苯乙烯微球模板,在此基础上,制备Co/Pt多层膜纳米碗和纳米点列阵样品.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对制备样品的表面形貌进行了分析.结果表明:溅射方法和刻蚀处理对纳米碗和纳米点的形貌存在影响,磁滞回线的结果表明倾斜溅射条件下制备的纳米点阵具有明显的方向取向性.  相似文献

采用一种简单的两步两相法合成了单分散性十二硫醇包裹金纳米颗粒(DDT AuNPs,直径约为10 nm),以硅片、玻璃片等为基底,利用浸渍提拉法制备了金纳米颗粒(AuNPs)自组装膜.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外 可见光(UV-vis)光谱等表征手段研究了自组装膜的表面形貌以及表面等离子体共振特征,以一氧化碳(CO)低温氧化做为模型反应研究了其催化性能.研究表明,利用该方法制备的AuNPs自组装薄膜具有表面等离子体共振性能,有望被用于化学和生物传感方面.同时,这种薄膜在催化领域具有潜在的应用前景.  相似文献

Microarrays of spherical vessel-like colloids such as liposomes, polymerized vesicles and polyelectrolyte capsules may find diverse applications in bioanalysis, biosensing, and combinatorial chemistry, for their capabilities in encapsulating chemical species such as drugs, biomolecules, probes, polymers and nanoparticles. This review reports the advances on methods for fabricating microarrays of the various hollow colloids. Related strategies are described in detail, including patterning techniques, surface modification methods, and tethering approaches such as oligonucleotide hybridization, receptor-ligand binding, covalent coupling and electrostatic interaction. The preliminary developments of functionalities of these arrays serving as sensor chips, microcarriers and microreactors are summarized as well.  相似文献
