Buckling of a ferromagnetic thin plate in a transverse static magnetic field

An energy theory is proposed on the buckling of a ferromagnetic thin plate in a transverse static magnetic field. The analytic solution of critical field for plates is obtained by using variational method. It is shown that the critical magnetic field is not only influenced by the ratio of the thickness to the length, but also by the width, total length and the magnetic susceptibility of the specimen. Theoretical calculations agree with experiments reasonably.     

On Riemann-Finsler geometry

The history of Finsler geometry is reviewed and briefly recent development in Finsler geometry and its application is completed systematically. Furthermore, an interesting open problem has been proposed in this field.     

Cloning, construction of prokaryotic expression vector and expression ofEscherichia coli cytosine deaminase gene

Cytosine deaminase gene ofEscherichia coli strain H-30 was cloned, and its initiation codon of ‘GTG’ was mutated to ‘ATG’ by PCR. Prokaryotic recombinant expression vector pBV220-CD was constructed. Clone with high enzyme activity were selected by detecting their specific activity of cytosine deaminase. 5-FC(5-FC, 5-fluorocytosine) could induce the lethal toxicity to cells containing active CD gene. DNA sequence analysis indicated that there were 16 altered bases and 5 of them resulted in the alteration of amino acids in predicted peptide by comparing DNA sequence of the clone H-30-CD-11 with high enzyme activity with CD gene reported in Gene Bank.     

Research advances in gene therapy for Parkinson's disease

During the long period of time when people have been seeking for an effective therapeutic method for PD, the gene therapy has shown greater and greater advantages over other methods. It can be performed mainly in two ways: ex vivo and in vivo. With the former, TH gene as well as some neurotrophic factor genes (such as GDNF, BNDF genes) can be invited to some cell lines or primary cells thus forming engineered cells and then implanting them into brain. While with the latter, viral vectors including HSV-1, Ad, AAV that can be utilized to construct recombinant viruses, or non-virus vectors can be used to delived DNA into brain directly. The present review summarizes the recent research advances in the gene therapy for PD, and it is reasonable for us to predict a notable progress in prevention and treatment for PD in the next decade.     

Harmonic maps with potential from complete manifolds

Harmonic maps with potential from complete manifolds are considered. This is a new kind of maps more general than the usual harmonic maps relating to many interesting problems such as equilibrium system of ferromagnetic spin chain and Neumann motion. Aiming at the general properties, the author derives basic gradient estimates and then Liouville type results for these maps, which are interesting in constrast to those of the usual harmonic maps for the presence of potentials.     

用^1H—NMR测定纤维素的摩尔取代度

用＾１Ｈ－ＮＭＲ测定羟丙基纤维素的摩尔取代度,根据纤维素在ＤＣｌ中水解后的＾１Ｈ－ＮＭＲ谱峰面积来计算ＭＳ值。同时还应用铬酸氧化蒸馏法测定了羟丙基纤维素的ＭＳ值,以及利用ＭＳ与羟丙基含量的关系得到ＭＳ值,可以发现ＮＭＲ的方法是可行的。     

不均匀场中静磁波的传播和导波光衍射效应

理论分析了磁光薄膜垂直不均匀静磁场对静磁波以及导波光衍射效率的影响,并以抛物线分布的不均匀磁场为例对Ｂｉ：ＹＩＧ薄膜波导进行了计算,计算表明,在适当分布的不均匀场作用下,与均匀磁场情形相比,波导中传播的静磁波振幅以及导波光的衍射效率都有显著增加。     

微量钠离子浓度测量方法

从能斯特方程出发,考虑到国产ＣＮａ电极的离散性,给出实用的数学模型,并用ＭＣＳ－５１单片机构成高性能价格比的微量钠离子检测仪。     

(磁)流体波动力学问题的近似求解─参数微分法

针对非线性物理如等离子体物理、流体力学、大气科学等领域中信受人们关注的两类摄动问题（Ⅰ）、（Ⅱ）,引进"参数微分法"得到其近似解,其结果可用于研讨摄动对原物理问题解的影响。类似的问题在许多动力学问题物理解的数值定性分析及其应用WKB方法处理时也会经常遇到。这里的方法仅对两个特例给出,无疑可用于其它类似问题的处理。     

新疆棉花生产农业气候资源及生产潜力评价

本文通过对新疆主要棉区的气候资源的分析,并与全国各主要棉区进行对比的结果表明,新疆各棉区的光资源优于内地棉区,光温潜力高,增产指数在１００％－１５０％以上。但光热资源年际间变化大,个别年份尚显不足,加之其它因素的影响,造成产量不稳定,难以发挥其光热资源潜力。
