基于0.6μm CMOS复接器的设计

复接器是光纤通信系统的重要组成部分。文章采用CSMC-HJ0.6μmCMOS工艺设计,工作速率为622Mb/s的4∶1复接器。为了适应高速电路设计的需要,采用源级耦合场效应管逻辑(SCFL)电路形式和树型结构,分析和设计了复接器的系统结构和单元电路,并用SmartSpice进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,电路的工作速率可以达到622Mb/s,且其它各项指标均可达到要求。     

累次成像光学系统模型的建立及应用

Pattern formation in Rayleigh-Bénard convection: Numerical simulation with a coupled-map-lattice model

The various patterns formed in Rayleigh-Bénard convection under different conditions are numerically simulated with a coupled-map-lattice model. In the case of a lower aspect ratio (L/d=5), the simulations vividly depicted the main features of the transition process from a laminar state to a soft turbulence and then to a hard turbulence. In this case, the cellular structure in a horizontal section is also reproduced. In the case of a larger aspect ratio (L/d=30), the simulations successfully reproduced the spiral-defect chaos and target chaos in the initial stage of the pattern evolution which were recently found in experiments. In this case, for a fluid ofPr=1, it is verified in simulations that both the ideal straight rolls and spiral-defect chaos are stable attractors in the same parameter regime, and that the initial condition is a decisive factor for which one of the two is formed. In the same case, for a fluid ofPr=4, the target patterns are dominant instead of the spirals, the sizes and distributions of the target are also notably dependent on the initial condition.

提出一种基于RBF神经网络多步预测的自适应PID控制算法．该算法用无局部极小的径向基函数网络对非线性系统进行在线辨识，利用多步预测误差对PID型控制器网络进行训练，从而实现PID参数的在线自适应寻优．通过对典型非线性系统的仿真研究，该控制系统具有较强的适应性和鲁棒性．     

一类二阶系统周期解的存在性

讨论了一类二阶系统{（M（t)u′)′ Au(t) ↓△F(t,u(t)=h(t),；u(0)-u(T)=u′(0)-u′(T)=0，在非线性项满足次线性条件下周期解的存在性，利用鞍点定理得到该问题至少存在一个周期解．     

工控机在温室监控系统中的应用

采用传感器技术检测与农作物生长有关的温度、湿度等环境参数信号；工控机采集该信号，完成数据计算处理，并根据农作物生长对温室环境的不同要求，对侧窗、顶窗、卷帘等执行机构，进行优化控制组合，实现调温、调湿等改变环境的目的．
