布尔网络动态行为研究

布尔网络动态特性的研究已经成为国内外基因调控网络研究的重要课题.介绍了布尔网络动态行为的相关概念和最新进展,并采用计算机模拟布尔网络的动态演化过程,用消除趋势波动分析（DFA）方法分析了布尔网络的长程相关性动态特性.结果发现：绝大多数布尔网络呈现1/f波动;长程相关性值α与网络的连通度k有关,并随着灵敏度数值S的增加而减小.     

剪切波作用下桩筏基础的动力响应研究

对垂直传播的剪切波作用下桩筏基础的动力响应进行了数值分析.采用薄层元素法和有限单元法建立了土、桩和筏板三者之间的相互作用分析模型,着重分析了桩筏基础的有效输入地动(即反映了筏板响应与自由场地面运动大小关系的水平和摇摆动力响应系数).对桩筏基础和群桩、筏板基础的水平和摇摆动力响应系数进行了比较,并讨论了桩的距径比、桩的长径比以及桩土弹性模量比对桩筏基础的动力响应系数的影响.结果表明,当桩的距径比较大时,忽略筏板的影响会导致对桩筏基础的动力响应系数的过小评价.     

The extracellular matrix of theDictyostelium discoideum slug

In this review, we detail the current understanding of the extracellular matrix (ECM) of the migratory slug phase of the cellular slime mould,Dictyostelium discoideum. We describe some structural and non-structural molecules which comprise the ECM, and how these molecules reflect both plant and animal ECM systems. We also describe zones of the multicellular slug that are known to make ECM components, including the role of the prestalk cells and the slug epithelium-like layer. Finally, we review the contributions of studies on mutant to our understanding of the ECM ofD. discoideum, and relate this to differentiation and development in more complex eukaryotic systems.     

Role of lysine side chains in metallothionein

Summary pK_a-Values of lysine residues of mammalian metallothionein were determined by chemical titration measurements of -CH₂ lysine resonances in the¹H-NMR spectra. They are about 0.5 pH-unit higher than the average pK_a-value of a metal-free derivative, suggesting interaction of the positively charged residues with the two three-fold negatively charged metal-thiolate clusters of the metal-containing form. Deprotonation of the lysines leads to circular dichroism changes attributable to an electrostatically induced structural transition of the protein.To whom correspondence concerning this paper should be addressed.

人机结合的综合集成研讨厅体系，将专家体系、机器体系和数据体系有机结合起来组成智能系统，该方法的成效依赖于系统的整体优势和综合优势。本文从人机结合以人为主的智能系统角度，研究人机结合综合集成研讨厅体系的具体化理论及其模型。主要工作在以下方面：1）首次提出处理复杂问题的人机结合的综合集成研讨厅体系，是研究将社会科学、自然科学所研究的现实复杂问题的自然法则和社会规律联系在一起的方法手段，并且人工设计再现。2）从智能系统角度，综合集成研讨厅体系，以[人，网络计算机]为基元，通过以复杂问题为牵引的交互和组织，形成了开放的人工社会，是以求解复杂问题为目的，以人为中心计算的组织空间。进一步，文章讨论了基于agent的人机结合综合集成厅人工社会的设计重点，包括以人为主的社会基元，知识生产和智慧涌现，以人为中心的数据制成体系，有效交互和组织，以及面向组织的多智慧体社会逻辑设计。本篇文章侧重于阐述以人为中心的综合集成研讨厅人工社会的基本理论。     

主-客体相互作用对体系流变学行为影响研究进展

近年来,主-客体相互作用对体系流变学行为影响研究备受人们关注,并得到了迅速发展,展现出十分广阔的应用前景.该文按主体分子种类,从环糊精、冠醚和杯芳烃三个方面评述了主-客体相互作用对体系流变学行为影响的研究现状.在研究中,一般通过制备具有特异相互作用的新型主体和客体化合物,研究其相互作用对体系流变学行为的影响.未来工作仍应以开拓新的主-客体相互作用体系为研究重点,以便实现更精细地调控体系的流变学行为.

本文从波函数的一般性质出发，推出Ｗｕ－Ｙａｎｇ 的不可积相因子，并利用不可积 相因子，自然给出Ｄｉｒａｃ的电荷量子化条件。     

Possible involvement of the phloem sealing system in the acceptance of a plant as host by an aphid

Possible reasons for the rejection of some lines ofTriticum monococcum (Tm44 and Tm46) by the aphidSitobion avenae were explored. In allT. monococcum lines studied, whether unfavourable (non-host/resistant plant) or favourable (host/susceptible plant), the concentrations of hydroxamic acids, a family of aphid-resistance factors in cereals, were significantly lower than the levels in the favourable host-plantTriticum aestivum cv. Therefore, hydroxamic acids did not account for the host/non-host patterns observed. Phloem sap was collected by stylectomy from young seedlings of favourable and unfavourable plants. In non-aphid-resistant genotypes, the success in stylectomy, the proportion of amputated stylets resulting in long (>1 min) exudations, the average duration of exudation, and the final volume of sap exuded, were higher than in the aphid-resistant genotypes. It is concluded that aphid interference with the phloem sealing system of the plant is a likely mechanism of rejection ofT. monococcum lines Tm44 and Tm46 as hosts byS. avenae.
