论农民家庭承包经营制度的坚持和创新

家庭承包经营是农村的基本经济制度,也是农村制度改革和创新的现实基础。面对农村经济发展的新形势、新任务和新目标,坚持长期稳定家庭承包经营制度的必要性,以及在此基础上正确认识其局限性,推进制度创新和改革是实现农村社会稳定、经济发展必须改解的问题。本从制度基础的角度,在充分肯定家庭承包经营制度合理性的同时,以农村经济发展面临的新的环境条件为背景,分析了这一制度的局限性,提出了以稳定和完善土地承包经营为核心的坚持和创新家庭承包经营制度的一些思路和对策。     

Design of continuous long slot leaky-wave antenna for millimeter wave application

A simple and efficient design scheme of the continuous long slot leaky-wave antenna is developed. The key steps involved in the scheme are summarized. First, the cut-off frequencies of slot waveguides with different slot offsets are obtained by 3D finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method. Second, the attenuation function αra is estimated by the aperture distribution, and the attenuation function αrs is determined by the slot radiation.Finally, the attenuation function αra is combined with the attenuation function αrs by the coefficient K. And an example in Ka band is presented. Moreover, the return loss of the E-plane Tee-junction (ET) and the radiation pattern of leaky-wave antenna are simulated. The scheme is verified by comparing with the experimental result.     

硼掺杂对SrAl2O4:Eu,Dy长余辉发光材料合成温度及性能的影响

采用固相法合成了系列掺硼SrAl2O4:Eu,Dy长余辉发光材料。通过测试分析合成粉体的物相组成、激发光谱、发射光谱和余辉时间,研究了硼掺杂对SrAl2O4:Eu,Dy长余辉发光材料合成温度与发光性能的影响。实验结果表明,添加硼一方面做为助熔剂可以降低合成温度,另一方面当硼摩尔分数小于30%时,增加硼含量可以延长余辉时间,但硼含量的变化对激发和发射光谱峰值没有明显影响。     

较厚煤层综采放顶煤工艺的探讨

该文通过对朱仙庄煤矿II865工作面低位综采放顶煤工艺的分析和研究,倾斜煤层坚硬顶板较薄厚煤层采用低位综采放顶煤工艺,使该工作面实现了稳产和高产。     

The orbital scale evolution of regional climate recorded in a long sediment core from Heqing, China

Based on the analysis of carbonate content and loss on ignition for a long sediment core (737 m in length) drilled in Heqing, the orbital scale evolution of the Southwest Monsoon is revealed, by using overlapped spectral analysis and filter methods. It is shown that the obliquity cycle and precession cycle are the key factors for the Southwest Monsoon evolution and that the change of the global ice volume and the uplift of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau also impose great influences on it.

A fractionally integrated exponential model for UK unemployment

Fractionally integrated models with the disturbances following a Bloomfield ( 1973 ) exponential spectral model are proposed in this article for modelling UK unemployment. This gives us a better understanding of the low‐frequency dynamics affecting the series without relying on any particular ARMA specification for its short‐run components which, in general, require many more parameters to estimate. The results indicate that this exponential model, confounded with fractional integration, may be a feasible way of modelling unemployment. It also shows that its order of integration is much higher than one and thus leads to the conclusion that the standard practice of taking first differences may lead to erroneous results. 以提高空战训练评估效率为目标,着眼于确定影响战局走向的关键节点,提出了一种基于胜率预测的空战关键节点确定方法。首先,基于长短期记忆网络设计并训练胜率预测模型,以实时评估空战态势;其次,引入最大类间方差法确定关键节点阈值,并将相邻时刻胜率差绝对值大于阈值的时间点确认为关键节点。实验结果表明,所设计的胜率预测模型预测胜率准确,所采用的关键节点阈值选择方法合理,总体方案具有可行性和泛化性。
