Locust Behaved Particle Swarm Optimization Technique

The collective behavior of certain animals and insects has the characteristic of self-organization. The simple interactions among individuals can produce complex adaptive patterns at the level of the group. Recently, new scientific investigation pointed out that desert locusts show extreme phenotypic plasticity in transforming between the lonely phase and the swarming gregarious phase depending on the population density, which is controlled by a serotonin called 5 - hydroxytryptamine（5HT）. In this paper, based on the mechanism of the locusts＇ collective behavior, a new particle swann optimization technique called LBPSO is studied. The number of swarms is selfadaptively adjusted by the acquired outstanding particles coming from behind the previous global best solution. The swarm sizes are related to the corresponding serotonin 5HT, which is determined by the optimization parameters such as global best and iteration number. And each swann adopts one of three rules below according to its density, generalized social evolution strategy, generalized cognition evolution strategy and the independent moving strategy. A comparative study of LBPSO, social particle swann optimization （ SPSO ）, improved SPSO and the standard particle swann optimization （StdPSO） on their abilities of tracking optima is carried out. And the results under four static benchmark functions and a dynamic function generator moving peaks benchmark （MPB） show that LBPSO outperforms the other three functions in both static and dynamic landscapes due to the introduced locusts＇ collective behavior.

高速PCB设计中的串扰分析与控制研究

从寄主昆虫血淋巴中分离纯化病原真菌菌体的方法

采用正交实验方法,对东亚飞蝗（Locusta migratoria）血细胞裂解及其DNA和RNA降解的条件进行了优化．在优化条件下,不仅去除了感病东亚飞蝗血淋巴中的血细胞及DNA和RNA。而且成功地分离和纯化了绿僵菌（Metarhizium anisopliae）菌体．裂解血细胞及其DNA和RNA的最佳酶解条件为：蛋白酶K的浓度为1mg／mL,作用温度为26℃,时间为60min,脱氧核糖核酸酶（DNAase I）的用量为5U,核糖核酸酶（RNAaseA）的浓度为0．5mg／mL,作用时间为35min,作用温度为30℃．以蝗虫特异引物进行PCR及RT-PCR检测结果表明,从绿僵菌侵染后的蝗虫血淋巴中分离纯化无蝗虫DNA和RNA污染的绿僵菌菌体,为后续分离和克隆绿僵菌侵入蝗虫体内后表达的基因,研究它们在致病机理中的作用奠定了基础．     

装配图生成中自动消隐的实现

用拼装法绘制装配图时,不可避免地存在着被挡的隐蔽线,提出了一种新的搜索策略,对任意形状的零件图均能自动搜索出物体轮廓,得到覆盖区,然后采用消陷算法,实现图形的自动消隐。     

含多个手性中心的精氨酸衍生物的合成

用天然（L）-精氨酸与手性5-（S）-5-（l-Mong氧基）-3,4-二卤-2（5H）-呋喃酮反应得到了含多个手性中心的精氨酸衍生物5-（S）-5-（l-Mong氧基）-4-（8′-N代精氨酸基）-3-卤-2（5H）-呋喃酮,其产率为72%-87%,de≥98%（^1HNMR）。所有化合物均经IR,^1HNMR,MS以及元素分析得到确证,为室温下方便地制备含多个手性中心的精氨酸衍生物化合物提供了一条可能的新途径。     

Species diversity of Tetrigidae (Orthoptera) in Guizhou,China with description of two new species

Guizhou Province, located in southwest China, is famous for its wholly karst landforms, in which many pygmy locusts with poor dispersal ability have been isolated and preserved. Species diversity of Tetrigidae from Guizhou is introduced, which deals with six sub-families, 28 genera and 69 species, among them, 33 species are endemic to Guizhou. Two new species, Paragavialidum prominemarginatus Zha & Ding sp. nov. and Teredorus jinshaensis Zha & Ding sp. nov. are described and illustrated with photographs. Flatocerus chishuiensis, Flatocerus nigritibialis and Flatocerus nigrifemura are considered as synonyms of Flatocerus wuyishanensis. Flatocerus wuyishanensis is redescribed and photographed based on our collections.

面向高并发的消息中间件设计与实现

针对高并发场景中突发流量过大宕机等典型问题,提出一种面向高并发场景的消息中间件进行流量消峰。该消息中间件采用Producer-Broker-Consumer架构,划分为通用层、网络通信层、消息服务器、消息客户端;自定义通信协议,采用Push模式、负载均衡轮询方式进行消息推送等。将该中间件与主流消息中间件对比分析并应用到商品秒杀平台中,运用JMeter工具进行压力测试,验证流量消峰综合性能。实验结果表明,提出的面向高并发场景的消息中间件相比主流消息中间件具有较好的流量消峰性能;该消息中间件应用到商品秒杀平台中可以有效地实现流量消峰,当错误请求率为0的情况下并发量达55 802/sec,吞吐量达6 319.8/sec不宕机。
