五行学说与早期中医学

早期中医学有两大重要学派，即五脏学派和经络学派。该文讨论二者与五行学说的关系，结论是：五行学说为五脏学派的理论支柱；经络学派原本与五行学说无关，后来虽然与其发生了联系，但是受五行学说的影响仍然很小。     

关于相对化多项式界计算的一些结果

本文给出了三个相对化的 P 与 NP 的结果。在 S.Homer 及 W.Maass 的基础上,利用递归论中的优先方法,包括有穷损害优先方法。我们进一步研究相对化的 P 与 NP 问题的结构。比如,证明了存在两个互不可比的 P-禁集。此外,类似于递归中的算术分层及破分性,我们讨论了相对化多项式界计算的有关问题。     

An immunohistochemical study of the clearance of apoptotic cellular fragments

We investigated the distribution and fate of apoptotic bodies during human development and in the adult, using an antibody (M30) that recognizes a neo-epitope formed early in the apoptotic cascade by caspase cleavage of cytokeratin 18. In the fetus, we found extensive accumulation of M30-positive, non-phagocytosed fragments in the red pulp of the spleen, subcutaneous and submucosal vessels, the interstitium of the lung, and the glomerular mesangium of the kidneys. In the liver, M30-immunoreactive fragments were found inside macrophages in the sinusoids. The number of these fragments and the intensity of the immunostaining increased with the gestational age of the fetus. In the adult, M30-positive fragments were barely detectable in normal tissues. However, many pathological situations, including both chronic degenerative processes and metastatic cancer, were associated with accumulation of M30-positive fragments in the red pulp of the spleen. In the liver and kidney, no fragments could be detected. Remarkably, 13 of the 16 patients with metastasized cancer showed pronounced accumulation of M30-positive fragments containing hematoxylin-reactive material in the red pulp of the spleen. In the non-cancerous cases, such DNA-containing fragments were only seen in 9 of 94 cases. The results show that when apoptotic activity is high, as during development in the fetus or during metastasis and other pathological processes in the adult, the phagocytic clearance of apoptotic bodies can be overloaded. These apoptotic fragments then accumulate in the spleen. The visual detection of apoptotic fragments is concluded to reflect increased cell turnover. Received 1 July 2002; accepted 1 July 2002     

阿是穴在临床中的运用

中医的腧穴是精妙而神奇的，而阿是穴作为腧穴的一个重要组成部分，以其无固定部位，无具体名称，灵活性强、疗效显著而得到许多医者的重视。以中医经筋为整体，结合现代解剖学知识，根据肌肉的分布，附着部位，寻找这类阿是穴是行之有效的。笔者在临床中根据刺激阿是穴患者的感应不同及分布与意义的不同将阿是穴分为三类：痛舒阿是穴、痛显阿是穴、痛止阿是穴，在临床上能够准确找到这些阿是穴并灵活运用，对提高推合疗效有着十分重要的意义。     

平阳霉素碘油乳剂治疗肝海绵状血管瘤28例报告

目的 :探讨平阳霉素碘油乳剂栓塞治疗肝海绵状血管瘤 (CHL)的疗效及安全性。方法 :全组 2 8例 39个肝海绵状血管瘤 ,瘤体直径 3 0～ 2 8 0cm ,平均为 (6 3± 4 5 )cm。超选择插管至肿瘤供血动脉 ,注入平阳霉素碘油乳剂。其中 4例术后 3个月再次行栓塞治疗。结果 :术后病灶内碘油沉积良好 ,无严重并发症 ;2 8例 39个病灶术后 3个月、6个月复查结果显示 :瘤体缩小 >5 0 %者 18例 (6 4 3% ) ,缩小 30 %～ 5 0 %者 10例 (35 7% )。结论 :平阳霉素碘油乳剂栓塞治疗CHL安全有效 ,可作为CHL的首选治疗方法     

脂肪肝超声图像的定量分析

脂肪肝定量分析是对脂肪肝诊断的一种客观方法，可减少定性分析中人为因素所带来的偏差。对多例B超图像提取特征参数，并进行肝肾对比，从而在统计意义上分析正常肝与脂肪肝的参数差异性。     

大鼠肝细胞核仁超微结构与rDNA分布位点

以常规电镜及NAMA－Ur DNA特异染色技术对Wistar大鼠肝细胞核仁的超微结构和rRNA的分布进行了观察。常规电镜技术表明大鼠肝细胞核仁纤维中心（FC）是电子透明区，数量较多，形状不规则。密集纤维组分（DFC）是围绕FC的环状结构部分，电子密度很高。FC中的染色质存在着一个介于集缩和解集缩状态之间的变化过程。NAMA－Ur DNA特异染色技术表明核仁内rDNA呈分散性分布，主要分布于DFC中（包括FC）的边缘），同时观察到与核仁相随染色质相连的核仁内rDNA呈念珠状结构。     

嗅神经鞘细胞移植恢复大鼠损伤脊髓的功能

为探讨嗅神经鞘细胞移植恢复大鼠损伤脊髓的功能 ,将成年大鼠分为脊髓半切洞损伤组 (A组 )和脊髓半切洞损伤 嗅神经鞘细胞移植组 (B)组 ,手术后应用联合行为评分 (CBS)感觉诱发电位 (SEP)和运动诱发电位 (MEP)检查 ,测定脊髓功能恢复情况 .结果 2组CBS得分 ,A组 >B组 ,SEP和MEP潜峰时均A组 >B组 ,统计学分析均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) .表明移植嗅神经鞘细胞能恢复损伤脊髓的功能
