Increased sensitivity to drought stress in <Emphasis Type="Italic">atlon4 Arabidopsis</Emphasis> mutant

The ATP-dependent serine protease Lon belongs to the AAA+ superfamily, which is widely distributed in bacteria, archaea, and eukaryotic cells. Lon participates in the regulation of numerous physiological processes and gene expression via degrading various unstable and non-native regulators. In this study, we showed that the Arabidopsis atlon4 mutant is more sensitive to drought stress than wild-type plants. Compared with wild-type plants, atlon4 mutant plants showed increased water loss, decreased water use efficiency, and impaired stomatal closure in drought stress conditions.     

Microscope laser light scattering spectroscopy and its applications to non-invasivein situ real time measurements on single intact cells

The principle of the technique of microscope laser light scattering spectroscopy, its development and applications to the studies on single intact cells, including our work on non-invasive in situ real time measurements on single intact erythrocyte simultaneously at the levels of cellular, sub-cellular and intracellular molecules, are introduced.     

固定床反应器的参数灵敏性及失控行为

用Φ２５× ５ ×４２０ｍｍ的固定床反应器系统对拟一级不可逆反应进行了实验研究。实验测定了反应器系统的参数灵敏性行为，并将试验结果与理论预测的结果进行了比较从而获得了反应器安全操作的判据。此判据可以指出在给定绝热温升Ｓ下安全设计反应系统所需的最小传热能力Ｎ。     

光波干涉的分析

将一束光波分解为由一列列单原子产生的光波串，并且由此讨论光波的干涉，推导了反映相似光子的光波干涉公式，以及探测器获得光强表达式。同时讨论了反映不同光子的光波的迭加问题，证明了不能相干的原因。最后得出了两束光干涉强度公式。     

基于Gamma退化过程的机械零部件可靠性灵敏度方法

采用随机变量描述初始强度的不确定性，利用Gamma过程描述强度退化过程.在此基础上，运用摄动法、四阶矩法和Edgeworth级数方法，解决了随机参数服从任意分布的可靠度计算问题.基于矩阵微分方法，推导出关于随机变量均值和方差的可靠性灵敏度的计算公式.以螺栓为例对所提方法进行验证，结果表明该方法可有效地解决机械零部件强度退化时的可靠性灵敏度问题.     

Functions and applications of polypyridyl complexes in DNA

The syntheses and desymmetration of a series of novel polypyridyl ligands as well as their complexes, and their DNA-binding properties are reported in this review. The stresses are focused on the functions and potential applications of such complexes as DNA structural probe, DNA molecular light switches, anti-cancer drugs, and photoactivated cleavage agents.

可见度是对干涉条纹清晰程度的度量 .对于理想的相干光 ,影响干涉条纹可见度的主要因素是光波的光强 .本文根据光波干涉的基本原理 ,从理论和实验两个方面定量讨论分析光波强度对干涉条纹可见度的影响 .     

轻钢结构单层厂房整体稳定性的影响因素分析

鉴于当前国内外轻钢结构单层厂房工程事故特点,对其整体稳定性的研究还十分欠缺,不利于轻钢结构单层厂房大力推广和广泛应用;本文通过对一些轻钢结构单层厂房垮塌典型实例进行综合分析,分别阐述了轻钢结构失稳的原因、细部结构对轻钢结构稳定性的影响.通过分析,得出几点对轻钢结构整体稳定分析影响因素有价值的结论和建议.这些结论和建议对轻钢结构设计和施工具有一定的参考价值.     

Characterization of the rice canopy infested with brown spot disease using field hyperspectral data

Based on the field hyperspectral data from the analytical spectral devices (ASD) spectrometer, we characterized the spectral properties of rice canopies infested with brown spot disease and selected spectral regions and bands sensitive to four severity degrees (severe, moderate, light, and healthy). The results show that the curves’ variation on the original and the first-and second-order derivative curves are greatly different, but the spectral difference in the near-infrared region is the most obvious for each level. Specifically, the peaks are located at 822, 738, and 793 nm, while the valleys are located at 402, 570, and 753 nm, respectively. The sensitive regions are between 430-520, 530-550, and 650-710 nm, and the bands are 498, 539, and 673 nm in the sensitivity analysis, while they are in the ranges of 401-530, 550-730 as well as at 498 nm and 678 nm in the continuum removal.
