鳍线具有低耗、易加工、易与各种传输线相连接等特点,适于制作各种有源电路和集成化子系统。鳍线PIN开关通常使用单侧鳍线,它易于焊装梁式引线管,容易施加偏置。在缺少梁式引线管的条件下,也可使用台面PIN管,采取适当措施,可获得较满意的结果。     

施主态氧沉淀的微观分布

本文利用扩展电阻研究了低温退火及低-高温二步退火后P-CZ硅中新施主的微观分布。指出在新施主的氧沉淀界面模型下,通过扩展电阻法测量新施主的分布提供了确定氧的微小沉淀的一个灵敏的方法,其灵敏度取决于原始电阻率,新施主的分布可以通过讨论氧沉淀的分布,氧沉淀动力学过程以及晶体生长的液流模型得到解释。     

CuCl激光器脉冲激励电源的研究

采用均衡分频的方法以降低每个氢闸流管的工作频率，使闸流管工作稳定，寿命延长，同时采取双向交替激励电路，减少放电管窗片污染，延长放电管寿命，减轻放电管阴极电晕现象，提高激光输出功率。制成体积较小、成本较低、实用可靠的ＣｕＣｌ激光器脉冲激励电源。     

激光电场共同作用打孔的研究

分析了激光电场共同作用下的打孔机理.给出了激光电火花共同作用和激光电场共同作用下打孔的实验结果.在一定条件下,共同作用的打孔速度比单纯的激光打孔更快.     

压缩泵浦下双光子激光器的量子理论

我们分析了一种新的双光子激光模型，其泵浦源为一处于压缩态的光场，这种双光子激光器的光场呈各向异性，在阀值以上存在四个半经典稳态解，它们具有相同的光场强度，不同的相位。     

节水灌溉玉米亏水生理电阻信息研究

提出用植株生理电阻的变化反映干旱造成植株体液浓度的改变，得出生理电阻Ｒ＝４０～５０ｋΩ时玉米水分适宜，或植株生理电阻亏缺指数ＲＳＩ≥０．２０时玉米水分亏缺．必须灌水．并用套针式点电阻传感器诊断玉米亏水．     

The Fundamental Definitions in Radar Measurement Principle and Theory of Space and Time

Fundamental definitions of distance and velocity in radar measurement principle are examined and revised from strict theoretical point of view. Synchronization scheme - for clocks in uniform, translatory relative motion is introduced as theoretical foundation for GPS and GLONASS type navigation and positioning technology. Traditional definitions of two-way radar measurement, based on arithmetic mean vlaue concept, turn out to be special cases of revised definitions for one-way radar measurement, based on geometric mean concept, derived from synchronization of moving clocks in accordance with the principle of relativity. The essential physical meaning of Lorentz transformation is interpreted in terms of radar measured parameters. Invariance or absoluteness of four dimensional interval turns out to be invariance or absoluteness of geometric mean time interval. 树脂砂芯断裂的新判据

根据断裂力学理论,提出断裂功作为树脂砂断裂的新判据;介绍了测定树脂砂断裂功的方法;对酚尿烷树脂自硬砂和酚醛树脂覆膜砂的断裂功进行了测定,并在生产现场作了验证.     

高感度、高分辨率聚酯型光致抗蚀剂—聚呋喃丙烯叉丙二酸-1,3-丙二酯的研制及其应用

以改进后的高分子反应法制得了聚呋喃丙烯叉丙二酸-1,3-丙二酯,合成反应时间短,光敏侧基的引进程度高。其光刻应用的最佳曝光时间为8秒(80W汞灯),分辨率0.75μ,是一种高感度、高分辨率聚酯型光致抗蚀剂的新品种。     

Hormone and forskolin-stimulated cyclic AMP accumulation in human lymphocytes: reliability of longitudinal time measurements

Summary Reliability of measurement of lymphocyte cyclic AMP synthesis in intact cells was estimated by taking 3 successive blood samples during a one-month period from 11 healthy volunteers. Isoproterenol and prostaglandin E₁-stimulated cyclic AMP accumulation were used to evaluate the activity of these two receptor activities in human lymphocytes. Forskolin-stimulated cyclic AMP accumulation was used to evaluate the activity of the Ns/catalytic subunit. Only for forskolin was significant reliability observed. For isoproterenol and prostaglandin E₁ significant reliability was observed only for male subjects.Acknowledgment.
