基于内酯环类热敏染料的热变色性,通过分子设计和结构修饰,将显色性功能基团连接在内酯环荧烷母体上合成新型的热敏染料,达到同样的效果,并用紫外、红外等光谱探讨热变色机理,研究表明,低温时,内酯环呈开环的状态,具有共轭结构,显示一定的颜色,高温时,因溶剂化作用分子闭环,共轭结构消失而消色,该热敏染料表现出较好的热变色可逆性。 相似文献

Bacteria can communicate with each other by means of signal molecules to coordinate the behavior of the entire community,and the mechanism is referred to as quorum sensing (QS).Signal systems enable bacteria to sense the size of their densities by monitoring the concentration of the signal molecules.Among Gram-negative bacteria N-acyl-L-homoserine lactone (acyl-HSL)-dependent quorum sensing systems are particularly widespread.These systems are used to coordinate expression of phenotypes that are fundamental to the interaction of bacteria with each other and with their environment and particularly higher organisms,covering a variety of functions ranging from pathogenic to symbiotic interactions.The detailed knowledge of these bacterial communication systems has opened completely new perspectives for controlling undesired microbial activities. 相似文献

Bioactivity-directed fractionation of a root extract ofDuroia hirsuta (Rubiaceae), a toxic and potentially allelopathic understory tree from the western Amazon, has led to the isolation of the tetracyclic iridoid lactone, plumericin (1). Bioassays showing plumericin strongly inhibited lettuce radicle elongation at a concentration (IC50) of 35.8 m/ml (123 M). The isolation of a highly potent inhibitor of plant growth fromDuroia hirsuta supports the hypothesis that the lack of vegetation surrounding this tree is the result of allelopathy. 相似文献

通过实验筛选出了适于特异性的同步检测酸式和内酯式莫奈呵啉K的薄层色谱法(TLC).最佳薄层色谱条件为:薄层板采用德国Merck公司的化学修饰薄层板Silica Gel60,RP—18F254.0.5mm;展开剂系统采用V(氯仿):V(甲醇):V(氨水)=25:3:l;炭化试剂采用30%(体积分数)的硫酸乙醇溶液;紫外检测波长为365nm.该法实现了酸式和内脂式莫奈呵啉K的检测特异性与同步性,并将检测灵敏度提高到绝对检测量30ng.该法适用于任何含莫奈呵啉K的样品的检测,特别适用于大批量经常性的定性或半定量莫奈呵啉K的检测. 相似文献

将N,N-二丁基苯胺、对二丁氨基苯甲醛和间二丁氨基苯甲酸甲酯进行缩合反应制备了丁基取代无色结晶紫内酯(LBCVL).然后在碱性条件下氧化LBCVL,制备了丁基取代结晶紫内酯(BCVL),w(BCVL)≈93.80%.并用IR,1H NMR,液质联用LC-MS,元素分析等方法表征最终产物的分子结构.所制备的BCVL在一定浓度的酸碱中可实现可逆变色,经处理过的BCVL在一定温度下可实现可逆变色.与普通结晶紫内酯相比,具有优良的油溶性,解决了普通结晶紫内酯(CVL)在长链脂肪烃中几乎不溶的缺点. 相似文献

通过同时蒸馏萃取 (SDE)及气相色谱-质谱联用 (GC-MS) 分析技术,研究了豆腐的挥发性风味成分,共有44 种化合物被检出,其中包括12种醇类、12种醛类、10种酯类、2种酮类及8种其他化合物.从化合物的香气活性值可知,(E,E)-2,4-癸二烯醛、二甲基二硫醚、3-甲基丁醛、丁酸乙酯、2-甲基丁醛是豆腐挥发性风味的重要组成成分,芳香味、卷心菜味、果味、可可味等构成了豆腐的特征风味. 相似文献
