有机酸淋洗液的非抑制型离子色谱法测定有机胺

研究了邻苯二甲酸、苯甲酸和对羟基苯甲酸3种有机酸分别做淋洗液的非抑制型离子色谱法分离测定甲胺、乙胺和正丙胺3种有机胺。3种有机酸做淋洗液均可将3种物质分离开，且分离结果差异不大。在淋洗液浓度相同的条件下，邻苯二甲酸做淋洗液测定的检出限较低，选择3.0mmol/L邻苯二甲酸做淋洗液测得了上述3种物质的检出限和线性范围，并进行了叶面肥试样分析，3种物质的加标回收率在97.0%-98.1%之间。     

Involvement of D-amino acid oxidase in elimination of D-serine in mouse brain

The physiological role of D-amino acid oxidase (EC 1. 4. 3. 3) in mouse brain is described. The presence of D-enantiomers of neutral common amino acids was surveyed in the brain. D-serine was shown to be present at high concentration only in regions where the enzyme activity was low. In normal mice whose D-amino acid oxidase activity was much higher in the cerebellum than in the cerebrum, free D-serine content was apparently lower in the cerebellum than in the cerebrum. In mice of a mutant strain lacking D-amino acid-oxidase activity, the free D-serine level was remarkably high both in the cerebrum and cerebellum. The results suggest that the enzyme is involved in the elimination of free D-serine in the cerebellum.     

Neuropeptides of the silkworm,Bombyx mori

Six neuropeptides of the silkworm,Bombyx mori, have been isolated and chemically characterized during the past 10 years. They are bombyxin, prothoracicotropic hormone, pheromone-biosynthesis-activating neuropeptide/melanization-and-reddish-coloration hormone, diapause hormone, eclosion hormone, and adipokinetic hormone. Recent progress in research on these neuropeptides is described.     

Evidence for the induction and release of pancreatic folylpolyglutamate hydrolase by the ingestion of folyl polyglutamates in the rat

Pteroyl polyglutamate hydrolase (folyl conjugase), which hydrolyses the dietary polyglutamyl folates into simple forms prior to absorption, has been shown to be induced in rat pancreas in response to dietary polyglutamyl folates but not by ingestion of synthetic unconjugated folates. Folate absorption, as measured by the rise in serum folate levels after ingestion, of dietary conjugated folates is impaired in pancreatectomised animals whereas absorption of synthetic simple folate is not. A severe build-up of folyl conjugase is observed in the lumen of control but not in pancreatectomised animals after dietary folate ingestion. These results taken together would suggest that dietary folates are hydrolysed to monoglutamyl forms suitable for absorption in the lumen; the hydrolysis is catalysed by a luminal folyl conjugase of pancreatic origin induced by dietary conjugated folates.     

从间硝基苯甲酸直接合成间二甲胺基苯甲酸

使用含有微量钯的钯铁复合催化剂,在室温下将间硝基苯甲酸的还原和烷基化还原合为一步,合成了间二甲胺基苯甲酸,产率为95.8%。     

在醋酸介质中合成二氯乙二胺合铂（Ⅱ）

按文献[1]合成cis-PtenCl_2的操作条件很难控制,因产品中含有紫色的[Pt(en)_2][PtCl_4]等副产物,必须在液氨中分离提纯,产率仅68.1%。本文提出了一种在醋酸介质中合成cis—PtenCl_2的新方法。工艺简单,操作方便,产品质量高,产率可达90.4%。这项研究对促进铂系化合物的合成具有积极意义。     

Arachidonic acid release by ionomycin and phorbol ester is similar in C127 epithelial cells expressing wild-type or mutated (ΔF508) cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator

The Ca²⁺ ionophore ionomycin induced cytosolic [Ca²⁺]_i elevation as well as strong activation of Cl⁻ efflux in mouse mammary epithelial cell lines expressing wild-type or mutated (deletion of phenylalaline 508) cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) or vector. Ionomycin-induced Cl⁻ efflux was abolished by the intracellular Ca²⁺ chelator 1,2-bis(2-aminophenoxy)ethane-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetic acid, whereas both activators and inhibitors of phospholipase A₂ had no effect, indicating the involvement of Ca²⁺-dependent Cl^- channels. Stimulation of arachidonic acid release by ionomycin and phorbol ester was not significantly different between wild-type or mutated cell lines, whereas vector-transfected cells exhibited a significant higher release, which was shown to be due to larger amount of immunoreactive cytosolic phospholipase A₂. These results indicate that phospholipase A₂ activity of C127 cells was not influenced by the presence of wild-type or mutated CFTR. 几种有机酸对牙釉面作用的体外研究

用扫描电镜、光学显微镜和化学分析等方法,观察了在不同条件下醋酸、乳酸、柠檬酸,酒石酸、EDTA 等几种有机酸对牙釉面的脱矿作用,分析和比较了这些有机酸的化学性质,浓度、作用时间与釉面损伤形态学变化关系.     

18—钨—2—砷杂多酸稀土盐合成与性质研究

本文采用复分解法,首次合成出Ln_2As_2W(18)O_(62)xH_2O(Ln:La,Ce,Nd,Sm,Gd.)系列杂多酸稀土盐,紫外吸收光谱、红外吸收光谱、x—射线粉末衍射分析都证明所合成产物具有Dawson结构,用差热——热重分析及溶液分光光度等手段,研究了合成产物的热性质和水溶液的酸碱稳定性。
