浅析工程量清单计价与定额计价的区别

从工程计价方法、计量单位、计价格式3个方面对比分析了工程量清单计价与传统定额计价方式的区别,指出实行工程量清单计价,企业可以按照自己的个别成本参与市场竞争,从而使建筑市场的竞争更加公平合理。     

水稻DH群体剑叶宽度的QTL及其上位性和环境互作效应研究

利用基于混合模型的QTL定位方法,可以分析水稻DH群体在4个年份下剑叶宽度的QTL及其上位性效应和环境互作效应.结果发现,QTL除了具有自身的效应外,还可以参与上位性效应的形成,一个QTL可与多个QTL发生互作,可能起到诱发和修饰其他位点的作用.QTL与环境的互作效应以及上位性与环境的互作效应更多地被检测到,表明控制剑叶宽度的遗传因素易受环境影响.     

Fertility analysis of the Arabidopsis transformed with antisense rice osRACD gene

The full length osRACD cDNA sequence was subcloned into the pBI121 plasmid in the antisense orientation under the control of the CaMV35S promoter to construct the expression vector pBID, and the constructs were introduced into Arabidopsis plants by using the vacuum infiltration method. The siliques of the transformants stopped growing after anthesis, and they turned yellow or died later; and the siliques from the control plants transformed by the pBI continued growing after anthesis and matured normally. In vitro pollen germination demonstrated that the growth and elongation process of the pollens of the transgenic plants was inhibited, the pollen tubes were shorter and slightly fatter than the tubes of the control plants, which grew normally with long cyclindrical tubes. The above results suggest the function of osRACD gene involved in regulation of the growth and elongation process of pollen tube, its encoding protein may be one of the important factors in regulation of fertility transition of the photoperiod-sensitive genic male-sterile rice Nongken 58S.     

稻粉虱Aleurocybotus indicus自然种群生命表的研究

本文采用田间笼罩实验种群调查、自然种群定点跟踪调查和室内实验种群试验相结合的方法,将“捕食”、“寄生”、“抗性”、其它(气候及田间管理)作用因子分解开来,组建了以作用因子组配的稻粉虱第三代自然种群生命表与生殖力表;采用排除作用的控制指数(IPC)分析生命表中各作用因子对种群数量的控制作用。天敌、抗性、其它作用因子的控制指数分别为:3.4969、1.5749、5.2857;以自然种群及其排除天敌后种群的生殖力参数内禀增长率r_m等作为判断稻粉虱自然种群发展趋势的指标及分析天敌的控制作用。结果表明,天敌对第三代稻粉虱的控制作用是明显的,但并不能控制第四代稻粉虱种群增长趋势。因此,在制定稻粉虱的综合防治中,需要结合其它防治措施。

Microdissection and amplification of the chromosome arm 5S in a rice telo-tetrasomic

The rice aneuploids with telochromosomes are ideal genetic stocks for chromosome arm identification and microdissection. A rice telo-tetrasomic line with two extra short arms of chromosome 5 (5S) was used in the present study. The amrs of 5S were microdissected from the prometaphase cells in mitosis and amplified with linker adaptor PCR (LA-PCR). The amplified fmgments, ranging from 200–3000 bp, were confirmed to be from the rice chromosome arm 5S by the rice STS and miamatellite markers.     

Effects of elevated CO2 on growth and carbon partitioning in rice

Rice (\%Oryza sativa\% cv. Jindao 1187) was grown in open_top chambers which contained ambient and enriched CO\-2. CO\-2 elevation stimulated rice tillering during early vegetative stage. However, panicle dry weight per plant did not change at maturity stage. Root biomass was enhanced by high CO\-2. Root / shoot ratio was increased under high CO\-2 at maturity, indicating more carbon allocation to the below_bround part in rice under high CO\-2.
