微机接口电路实验装置改进的初步探讨

本文针对微型计算机硬件及接口实验中存在的实际问题,研制设计了一套微机硬件接口电路实验应用板。此应用板分实验总线板与各功能板,将各功能板与总线板接插配合使用即可完成一系列的微机接口实验,经使用证明,该板设计合理、工作可靠、灵活、实用。     

用等效反射面计算多层介质的振幅反射系数

根据多次反射的概念,用等效反射面方法计算多层介质的振幅反射系数,所得到的表达式便于分析研究和计算机计算。

本文论述了“烟草仓库微机监控系统”的选型、扩展、键盘改造及微机外设、显示器接口、打印杌接口等微机硬件的设计,对它们的设计内容及特点做了较深的切合实际的研究。图12,表3,参5。     

数字存贮示波器与IBM—PC机联机通讯

通过一块Gp-IB/PC标准接口板实现数字存贮示波器与IBM-PC微型机联机通讯,形成具有遥控功能的自动测试系统。利用这块GP-IB/PC接口板同样可以将其它具有标准并行接口功能的仪器与IBM-PC机联机形成自动测试系统。     

格值连续函数和L—Fuzzy紧性

第一部分研究值域为连续格的一类广泛的格值映射，得到Ｓｃｏｔｔ连续函数分析式、层次式刻划，改进了有关结果。第二部分主要研究不分明紧性，用笛卡积和闭投射给出了Ｆｕｚｚｙ紧性外部刻划定理，将一般拓扑学著名的Ｋｕｒａｔｏｗｓｋｉ定理推广到ＬＦ拓扑学中，同时给出一种不分明完备映射的一个等价刻划，完善了有关结果。     

甲醇脱氢合成甲酸甲酯的Cu—ZnO／SiO2催化剂

研究了外界条件对Cu-ZnO/SiO2催化剂在甲醇脱氢合成甲酸甲酯反应中活性的影响，使用X射线粉末衍射法、红外光谱－程序升温热脱附法等手段对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明，还原前的Cu-ZnO/SiO2催化剂中只有CuO和ZnO物相，还原活化后的CuO-Zno/SiO2催化剂中，CuO被还原Cu,ZnO被部分地还原；催化剂表面只有L酸中心，没有B酸中心，甲醇的吸附发生在L酸中心上。     

Preparation and characterization of compact TiO2 film used in Grǎtzelsolar cells

We report for the first time the preparation method of compact TiO2 film using titanium butoxide-petroleum ether solution, by means of dipping and sintering. Our estimation of the component of this thin film was confirmed by XPS test. Studies of AFM showed the influence of preparation condition upon surface morphology. The transmitted spectrum of this compact TiO2 film was also investigated, which presented an excellent transmittance of this film in the visible light region. We arrive at a conclusion,according to the I-V characteristics of solid-state Grǎitzel solar cells utilizing this kind of compact film, that this compact TiO2 film functions well in secluding the conducting substrate from the hole-conducting material.     

An investigation of water-gas interface migration of the upper Paleozoic gas pool of the Ordos Basin using reservoir fluid inclusion information

There is a particular characteristic in the formation of the Upper Paleozoic gas pool in the Ordos Basin that is its water-gas interface migrated regional during geological history. However, there has been lack of detailed research on this problem and also no similar report on other basins. In this paper, the formation time of the fluid inclusions formed in the water-gas transition zone of the gas pool was deduced using their trapping temperatures and combining of the burial with geothermal history of the basin. On the basis of this, the isochrone of water-gas interface migration for the gas pool was mapped. The result shows that the gas pool began to form around the Yanan Area at about I65Ma, and then developed and enlarged toward the north direction. The gas pool finally formed at about 129 Ma. Since the basin uplifted from the late Cretaceous and gas supply decreased, the water-gas interface of the gas pool migrated back to the present position.     

掺Ni纳米TiO_2粉末的制备、表征及颜色分析

采用两种不同方法制备掺Ni纳米TiO2 粉末 ,即以钛酸四正丁酯为原料 ,用溶胶─凝胶法制备 ,或以硫酸钛和碳酸铵为原料 ,用沉淀法制备 ,并对两种方法制备的样品进行了对比 .对不同煅烧温度和不同掺杂浓度所制备的样品进行了颜色分析 .利用TG_DTA、FTIR、SEM和PL光谱测试技术对样品进行了表征 ,结果表明制备条件不同对样品性能有较大影响 .     

子域边界元法在双材料界面裂纹问题中的应用

采用子域边界元法对双材料界面边缘裂纹进行了研究，通过对两种材料分别沿材料边界进行单元划分，并利用在结合面上的两种材料的面力和位移的关系，得到边界上的所有未知分量，进而得到裂尖附近的位移场和应力场。应用外推法得到应力强度因子及裂尖周围的应力三维度。
