Inhibitory effect of the adenovirus type 5 E1A protein expressed in the yeast system

The human adenovirus type 5 E1A, a tumor- suppressor gene[1], codes for two major related proteins of 243 amino acids (12S) and 289 amino acids (13S) by al-ternative splicing in two exons[2]. Studies have been shown that E1A can regulate expression of many genes and cell cycle[3]. Rapid cold hardening process of insects and its ecologically adaptive significance

In contrast to overwintering cold hardening, a rapid cold hardening process has recently been described in insects. This process can rapidly enhance cold tolerance of insects in several hours or even minutes. The characteristics of rapid cold hardening include inducing conditions, cold hardening effects, and fitness costs. Physiological and biochemical mechanisms of rapid cold hardening include rapid changes in the phospholipid composition and the increase in hemolymph osmolalities, polyols production, proline and cold-induced proteins. Moreover, there are different views about the ecologically adaptive significance of rapid cold hardening in insects. This paper reviews research results about rapid cold hardening of insects since 1987, focusing on forms of cold injury, strategies of cold tolerance, and definitions, characteristics, physiological and biochemical mechanisms and adaptive significance of rapid cold hardening.     

Inhibitory effect of the adenovirus type 5 E1A protein expressed in the yeast system of the human tumor cell growth

Adenovirus 5 type E1A as a tumor suppressor gene can inhibit tumor growth and enhance the censitivity of chemotherapy and radiotherapy.E1A have the ability to integrate into the host genome,resulting in long-time expres-sion that induces Rb gene inactivation and animal cells im-mortalization.This prompted us to select the E1A protein for treatment of cancer in order to overcome the limitations of E1A gene therapy.Thus,we firstly comstructed E1A eu-caryotic expression vector (pPIC9/E1A),transformated the pichia pastoris yeast cells(GS115) and screened the high-expressing recombinant strains.The positive yeast strains were cultured in the shake flask,and induced for 3d.The crude E1A protein was purified using two steps of col-umu chromatography on HiTrap Q and HiTrap SP.The pu-rified E1A protein was identified by SDS-PAGE and Western blot.E1A protein was mostly located at cellular unclear when Cheriot delivered E1A protein into cells.The analysis in vitro indicated that the E1A protein arrested LN686 cell cycle at G2/M phase,and significantly inhibited the growth of LN686 tumor cells.The current studies firstly provided an experimental basis to further develop E1A protein for tumor treatment.     

1,3-苯二氧基二乙酸二芳酯的合成及植物生长调节活性

以PEG 4 0 0为催化剂 ,在液 液相转移催化条件下合成了一系列新的 1,3 苯二氧基二乙酸二芳酯 .用元素分析、IR以及1 HNMR确定了它们的结构 .初步生物活性试验表明 ,该类化合物对小麦幼苗的生长有一定的促进作用 .     

利用猪粪集约化生产蝇蛆的生态工程研究

利用蝇蛆对猪粪的能量、物质进行消化吸收，在集约化生产条件下获得生物肥及蝇蛆蛋白两个产品．结果表明，蝇蛆生物肥为咖啡色、无奥和疏松状，其肥效指标明显优于自然熟化的猪粪，氮含量显著优于干猪粪；蝇蛆干品的氨基酸总量、粗脂肪含量、粗纤维和灰分含量等指标均优于鱼粉．蝇蛆处理猪粪具有提高生产利润、净化生产环境等一系列经济效益、社会效益和生态效益，具有农业生态工程的特点．     

增长曲线模型误差方差的非齐次二次型可容许估计

对于增长曲线模型Y=ABC+εEε=0,cov(vecε)=σ2(Ip Gn),在二次损失函数下,研究了误差方差的非齐次二次型估计的容许性.在矩阵A行满秩而矩阵C列满秩时,得到了非齐次估计可容许的充要条件.     

豫南单季稻节水灌溉研究

采用浅水、湿润、雨养及常规（ck)4种灌溉方式对豫南单季稻节水灌溉进行了研究。结果表明：湿润灌溉为最佳节水灌溉方式，浅水灌溉次之。雨养灌溉受年际间降雨量变化的影响较大而不宜推广。灌水量与灌溉生长效率呈负相关。水稻的灌水高峰是水稻幼穗发育期。     

肝病患者胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ水平观察

探讨胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ(IGF—Ⅰ)在各型肝病患者中的变化规律。用放射免疫法到定188例肝病急者50例正常人的血清IGF—Ⅰ含量。结果表明，肝硬化及肝癌患者的IGF—Ⅰ水平明显低于正常对照组(P＜0．01)。IGF—Ⅰ是在肝脏疾病的发展过程中判断肝细胞功能不良的重要指标。检到IGF—Ⅰ对肝病患者尤其是判断肝硬化进展情况有一定的意义。     

纳米复合Ti(C,N)基陶瓷烧结晶粒长大的特性

利用材料热力学原理，推导出纳米复合Ti(C，N)基金属陶瓷烧结过程中，晶粒生长速度与大、小颗粒半径之间的关系，并结合实验结果进行了分析．结果表明：纳米复合金属陶瓷在烧结的开始阶段，大晶粒的长大速度呈加速趋势，当大晶粒长大到一定程度时，其长大速度达到最大值，随后，速度逐渐减慢．采用放电等离子烧结、脉冲烧结等方法有可能进一步减小小颗粒的半径．Mo、WC、TiN的加入，抑制了沉淀—析出过程的进行，对晶粒的长大有一定的抑制作用．

本文利用Z2指标理论获得Dirichlet边值问题-△u=f(x,u)a.ex∈Ω,u| Ω=0的多重解定理。其f(x,t)中,f(x,u)满足:存在整数m≥1,b>0,λm+b≤limt≤λm+1(λm是特征值问题-△u=λu,u∈Ω;u| Ω=0的t→0第m个特征值且0<λ1<λ2<…<λm<…)。
