稀土元素多元杂多配合物振动光谱的研究

稀土元素含钼杂多酸根配合物,含钼、钨杂多酸根配合物,以及钒、钼或钨混合多元杂多酸根配合物,共100余种,首次被合成出来。测定了它们的 IR 光谱,通过与相应的 Keggin 结构和 Dawson 结构的 IR 光谱比较,对某些主要谱带进行指认,讨论了它们的特征与变化规律。

Synthesis and Fluorescence Spectra of Triazolylcoumarin Fluorescent Dyes

Much attention is devoted to fluorescent dyes especially those with potential in versatile applications. Reactions under "click" conditions between nonfluorescent 3 - azidocoumarins and terminal alkynes produced 3 -(1, 2, 3- triazol- 1 - yl)cournarins, a novel type of fluorescent dyes with intense fluorescence. The structures of the new coumarins were characterized by 1H NMR, MS, and IR spectra. Fluorescence spectra measurement demonstrated excellent fluorescence performance of the triazolylcoumarins and this click reaction is a promising candidate for bioconjugation and bioimaging applications since both azide and alkynes are quite inert to biological systems.

探讨了“哪些图由它的邻接谱和角确定的问题”,利用同谱图的顶点度序列以及顶点度对序列的特点,证明了一些特殊结构的图,如冠图Cn°K1,Pn°K1,单轮图,树Ta各自由它们的特征值和角确定．     

一类新变换图的基本性质

通过引入符号\,“通过引入符号"0",定义了一类新的变换图.首先对于一般的非空简单无向图G,研究了它的10种新变换图的连通性和正则性.特别对于正则图G,利用图G的谱刻画了其变换图的谱.     

FeC_n和Fe_2C_n团簇输运性质的第一性原理研究

用基于密度泛函理论的非平衡格林函数的方法研究了FeCn和Fe2Cn团簇(n=1,2,…,6)置于两个AI(100)纳米电极之间的输运性质.两类体系的平衡电导分别从,n=3,n=2开始,在1.9G0附近振荡,振荡幅度约为0.1 G0.两类团簇的透射谱随C原子的个数的增加出现相同的变化规律.随着C原子数目的增多,它们的透射谱演化表现出类似的趋势.当n=3时,总的透射系数几乎完全由两个简并的通道贡献.     

取代基对苯并噻唑性质的调控作用

研究了2-巯基苯并噻唑(MBT)和2-氨基苯并噻唑(ABT)的紫外吸收光谱、荧光光谱,探讨了取代基-SH和-NH2对苯并噻唑性质的调控作用.结果表明:在苯并噻唑的邻位上引入-SH和-NH2,对苯并噻唑的光谱性质、配位性质均有很强的调控作用.进一步考察溶剂极性、溶液pH值和金属离子对MBT和ABT紫外光谱和荧光光谱的影响,发现随溶剂极性增大,MBT的最大吸收波长基本不变,但其吸收强度明显增强;而ABT的吸收光谱峰位发生了显著的红移并且峰值增大;金属离子对MBT、ABT的紫外光谱、荧光光谱产生一定影响.     

山梨酸钾与蛋白质相互作用的荧光和共振光散射光谱研究

 用荧光光谱和共振散射光谱(RLS)对山梨酸钾(PSA)与牛血清蛋白(BSA)在溶液中的相互作用进行了研究,探讨了PSA对BSA荧光和共振光散射猝灭的机理,测定了该反应的表观结合常数及结合位点数。在288和293 K时的表观结合常数分别为2.23×10³和2.74×10³ L·mol^-1,其相应的结合位点数分别为1.02和0.99。利用热力学参数确定了分子间的作用力性质,作用过程是自发的,作用力主要是电子作用力。同步荧光光谱表明相互作用对蛋白质构象有一定的影响。基于Forster非辐射能量转移理论估算了山梨酸钾与蛋白质之间的结合距离。     

Optimization of hypocrellin B derivative amphiphilicity and biological activity

To satisfy the dual requirements of the fluent transportation in blood and the affinity to the target tissues of vascular diseases, hypocrellin derivatives with optimized amphiphilicity are expected. In this work, 3-amino-l-propanesulfonic acid and 4-amino-l-butanesulfonic acid substituted hypocrellin B, named compounds 1 and 2, were designed, synthesized in high yields and characterized. Besides greatly strengthened red absorption, the maximum solubility of compound 2 in phosphate buffered saline （PBS） is 4.2 mg/mL which is just enough to prepare an aqueous solution for intravenous injection in clinically acceptable concentration, while the partition coefficient between n-octanol and PBS, 5.6, benefits the cell-uptake and biological activity as well. Furthermore, EPR measurements reveal that the photosensitization activities of the two compounds to generate semiquinone anion radicals, superoxide anion radicals and singlet oxygen are a little bit higher than those of taurine substituted hypocrellin B （THB）, but the photodynamic activities to human lung cancer A549 cells are several times that of THB, mainly due to increases in lipophilicity and cell-uptake.
