手性配合物[Mn（csal-R,R-chxn）]Cl的CD光谱和不对称催化作用

以5-氯-水杨醛双缩（1R,2R）-环己二胺（CSA-DMC）为原料制备了手性[Mn（csal-R,R-chxn）]Cl配合物,测定了手性配体CSA-DMC的荧光光谱,研究了手性配合物[Mn（csal-R,R-chxn）]Cl的CD光谱及催化苯乙烯不对称环氧化反应的催化性能.结果表明：手性配体CSA-DMC的荧光发射峰处于517 nm;利用激子裂分方法和d-d跃迁关联法推测了手性席夫碱配合物[Mn（csal-R,R-chxn）]Cl绝对构型为（R）Δλ构型;最适宜反应条件下,催化苯乙烯的不对称环氧化反应的转化率为74.9%,催化剂选择性为67.6%,对映体过量百分率（e.e.）为12.3%     

Expression, purification and characterization of the soluble CuA domain of cytochrome c oxidase ofParacoccus versutus

The key subunit Ⅱ of cytochrome c oxidase (CcO) contains a soluble binuclear copper center (Cu_A) domain. The Cu_A domain of Paracoccus versutus was cloned, expressed, purified and characterized. The gene encoding the Cu_A domain in pET11d vector was expressed in E. coli BL21 (DE3). The results showed that the Cu_A domain was expressed mostly in inclusion bodies and the Cu_A domain protein synthesized in E. coli cells represents approximately 10 percent of the total cellular proteins. Dissolved in urea, dialyzed and recombined with Cu⁺/Cu²⁺ and purified by the Q-sepharose fast flow anion-exchange column and Sephadex G-75 gel filtration column, the soluble purple-colored protein, which shows a single band in electrophoresis, was obtained. The UV-visible absorption spectrum of Cu_A domain showed that there are intense band at 478 nm and a shoulder peak at 530 nm, and two weak bands at 360 and 806 nm respectively, which can be assigned to the charge transfer and the interactions of obitals of Cu—S and Cu——Cu in the mixed-valence binuclear metal center (Cu₂S₂R₂). The far-UV CD spectrum indicated that this domain is predominantly in β-sheet structure. The fluorescence spectra showed that its maximal excitation wavelength and maximal emission wavelength are at 280 and 345 nm, respectively.     

铕、铽-水杨酸-邻菲罗啉稀土配合物的合成、表征及荧光性质

在无水乙醇溶液中合成了铕、铽 -水杨酸 ( HSal) -邻菲罗啉 ( Phen)混合稀土配合物 ,通过元素分析 ,红外光谱 ,摩尔电导等实验 ,确定配合物的化学组成为 RE( Phen) 2 ( Sal) 2 Cl· H2 O( RE=Eu3 ,Tb3 ) .在 351 nm紫外光激发下 ,研究了稀土配合物的荧光 ,结果表明铕和铽之间存在相互作用 ,荧光发射强度有较大的变化 ,铕对铽具有很强的猝灭作用 ,铽对铕具有很强的敏化作用 .实验证明该混合配合物可以发出强度很高的红色荧光     

La_(0.67)Sr_xMnO_(3-δ)的制备及表征

利用固态反应法制得名义组份为La0 .67SrxMnO3-δ(x=0 .33,0 .2 8,0 .2 3,0 .1 8和 0 .1 3)的多晶样品。X射线衍射表明当 0 .1 8≤x≤ 0 .33时样品是单相的钙钛矿型结构 ,这表明A位可以存在较多的空位。红外吸收光谱显示 ,随着A位空位增多 ,MnO6 八面体基团的伸缩振动模 (波数约为 60 0cm- 1 )的红外活性增强 ,同时电声子散射也随之增强。     

Trace element geochemical characteristics of plants and their influence on the remote-sensing spectral properties in the North Jiangsu oil field

This paper presents the contents of 17 kinds of trace elements in plant leaf samples collected from 4 sections in the North Jiangsu oil field, and the dada on their visible-near infrared spectra. By comparing the results of the inner and outer oil-gas remote-sensing anomaly areas, the plant trace element composition, and the enrichment characteristics and their influence on the plant spectral properties are described. The results indicated that the plant leaves had very strong enrichment ability toward some elements such as Mg, Ca, K, Na, Fe, Al, Mn, V, Zn and Cr. The plant leaves from the oil-gas abnormal areas were enriched in trace elements of the Fe-series, but depleted in alkali and alkali-earth metal elements. The plant trace elements had a strong influence on the "blue-shift' strength and the reflectance of visible bands. And the ratios between Fe, Co and K, Na, Cd, Cu, Ba are the effective remote-sensing oil-indicating factors of plant trace elements.

二[(R-R'-环己烯基)-甲基取代茂]二氯钛和锆化合物的核磁共振和红外光谱研究

The NMR and FT\|IR Spectra of ten (ηC 6H\-9CRR′ Cp)\-2MCl\-2 (M=Ti,Zr) were measured.The constructions of the compounds were identified by 1H NMR and 13 C NMR spectra.All complexes are bonded by M\|Cp through center of Cp.The vibration modes were reasonably assigned,absorption of ν s M\|Cp (A\-1) (M=Ti and Zr) vibration all appear in 310?cm -1 or so,while ν as M\|Cp (B) appear around 410?cm -1 and 360?cm -1 for Ti and Zr respectively.The influence of the center metal atoms and the substituents upon the NMR and FT\|IR spectra were discussed.

氮杂冠醚化合物可以作为研究生物体系的模型化合物而引起人们广泛的兴趣.文章从乙二胺和苯叉丙酮出发,合成了新型氮杂冠醚大环化合物5,12-二苯基-7,14-二甲基-1,4,8,11-四氮杂环十四烷-N,N″-二乙酸-二硝酸的水合物(H2L·2HNO3·3·5H2O).用元素分析和红外光谱对其组成进行了确定,并对结果进行了讨论.
