测量控制网优化设计实用性研究

讨论了自行研制开发的测量控制网平差软件ＮＡＳＥ（ｎｅｔｗｏｒｋｓａｄｊｕｓｔｍｅｎｔｏｆｓｕｒｖｅｙｉｎｇｅｎｇｉｎｅｅｒｉｎｇ）中采用的以分析控制网精度、可靠性、灵敏度为基础的控制网辅助设计的原理,提出了在实际应用中的方法和建议。     

动态矩阵控制的鲁棒性分析及其参数调整方法

基于设计的点预测控制器及其鲁棒性分析,得到的任意动态矩阵控制器都可以由点预测控制器的加权和表示,而其鲁棒性亦可由点预测控制器的鲁棒性加权和近似表示.本文进一步分析了为改善预测控制中的矩阵求逆条件和控制器的稳定性而采取对预测控制器的控制增量△u(t)加入惩罚因子后的鲁棒性,得到其鲁棒性不小于原控制器,并在此基础上分析了控制器参数对系统鲁棒性的影响和为提高鲁棒性而进行参数调整的方法,为动态矩阵控制在过程控制中的应用提供指导.     

基于数据挖掘机制的卫星遥感信息智能处理方法研究

以北京市农业种植结构调整监测为对象,借鉴数据挖掘和知识发现的最新成果,从对遥感数据的信息论分析出发,探讨适合于农业应用的卫星遥感数据挖掘与知识发现的关键技术。研究试验表明,该方法有利于提高遥感信息农业应用过程中数据处理和信息提取的能力与效率,具有较好的应用价值和前景。     

甘肃工业结构调整与信息服务

结合甘肃工业的现状,阐述了情报信息在工业结构调整中的重要性,并提出了开展信息服务的几点建议。     

Linear signal extraction with intervention techniques in non-linear time series

Seasonal adjustment is performed in some data-producing agencies according to the ARIMA-model-based signal extraction theory. A stochastic linear process parametrized in terms of an ARIMA model is first fitted to the series, and from this model the models for the trend, cycle, seasonal, and irregular component can be derived. A spectrum is associated to every component model and is used to compute the optimal Wiener–Kolmogorov filter. Since the modelling is linear, prior linearization of the series with intervention techniques is performed. This paper discusses the performance of linear signal extraction with intervention techniques in non-linear processes. In particular, the following issues are discussed: (1) the ability of intervention techniques to linearize time series which present non-linearities; (2) the stability of the linear projection giving the components estimators under non-linear misspecifications; (3) the capacity of the WK filter to preserve the linearity in some components and the non-linearities in others. Weights and robustness of model-based seasonal adjustment

Model-based seasonal adjustment implicitly defines a set of weights at the ends of series as well as in the middle. Until now, with the exception of very simple models, the weights have been obtained numerically. In this paper we give the analytical expressions for the weights for both the structural and the ARIMA framework for a model which contains trend, seasonal and irregular component. In the final part of the paper we address the question of robustness of model-based seasonal adjustment. We analyse practically, using real time series, and theoretically, through the analysis of the shape of the weights, how the fitting of different specifications for the non-seasonal part affects the extraction of the seasonal component. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

关于一类特殊复合风险模型的重要关系式

本文建立了一类特殊复合风险模型——保费到达为平衡更新过程的复合更新风险模型,给出了此类模型的有关重要关系式,应用这些关系式可进一步推算和论证模型的破产概率、生存概率分布。     

330MW四角切圆锅炉燃烧器分层布置防结焦优化研究

准东高钠煤灰熔点较低,针对某厂330 MW四角切圆锅炉燃烧器分层布置上层燃烧器区域严重结焦的问题,采用试验与模拟相结合的方法进行研究。研究表明:稳定运行时,炉内温度场与速度场分布呈"蝴蝶型",在上层燃烧器区域有较强还原性气氛。针对此问题,采用改变上层燃烧器一、二次风配风方式的燃烧优化调整方案,对炉内燃烧进行优化调整。优化后上层燃烧器区域氧化性气氛增强,还原性气氛减弱,抑制结焦能力增强。该方法可供燃用准东高钠煤锅炉的防结焦运行和改造参考借鉴。

针对太原市经济产业结构的现状,提出要通过调整支柱产业内涵,严格控制高污染、高耗水工业的发展和培育新的经济增长点等具体措施来推动太原经济产业结构的升级与优化。     

飞机可调斜板式进气道板位突变特性研究

通过分析可调斜板式进气道的调节规律,结合飞行试验数据和CFD三维流场仿真,研究了板位突变条件下的两个基本特性——进气道内流压力脉动、进气道入口激波系变化,进而分析了空中飞行时进气道异常响声的原因,提出可调斜板式进气道调节的优化方法,该特性研究方法对同类进气道试飞具有一定的工程应用价值。
