强化服务,注重创新,全面推进高校信息工作

面对党中央提出的以科学发展观为统领,努力办好让人民群众满意的教育,促进社会主义和谐社会建设的新形势、新任务,高校信息工作者如何进一步做好信息报送工作、提高信息报送的质量,笔者试从思想意识、队伍建设、服务内容、服务手段等方面提出进一步做好此项工作的建议。     

建开放实验室 促创新型人才培养

开放实验室是教育改革的新举措，也是培养创新人才，提高综合素质的必由之路。该文根据西北农林科技大学农学院教学实验中心两年多的开放实践，阐明了开放实验的作用、开放运行模式和保障制度，介绍了开放实验室之后取得的成效，并特别强调了无偿开放办法的益处。另外，从管理方式，经费来源，激励制度，安全隐患等方面，提出了改进措施，供大家借鉴。     

High precision topographic data on Lop Nor basin's Lake "Great Ear" ? and the timing of its becoming a dry salt lake

High precision elevation measurements using DGPS were carried out along three representative tran- sects for the "Great Ear" area, a dry salt lake within the Lop Nor basin. Results indicate that the Lop Nor basin is only 5.2 m deep and its lowest point occurs at the center of the "Great Ear". In addition, the basin is asymmetric - steeper in the southwest (0.19‰) and gentler in the northeast (0.09‰). Points along the same "Great Ear" ring were found to have an identical elevation value, but different when from different ones (lower towards the center). The spacing of the "Great Ear" rings was found to be closely related with the surface steepness. The closer the "Great Ear" rings are spaced, the steeper the ground surface, and vice versa. These findings support the argument that the "Great Ear" rings are the former shoreline trails left behind by Lop Nor water during the last few episodes of recession towards its total dry up. A comprehensive analysis of the high precision elevation data, historical accounts, aerial and satellite photographs and imagery, and official topographic maps of the study area suggests that the "Great Ear" area in the Lop Nor basin was incorrectly mapped as being covered by a great body of water on the 1963 topographic maps. A re-interpretation of the 1958 aerial photographs and newer remote sensing imagery indicated that the "Great Ear" ring structure was already in place in 1958 and it continued to appear on the subsequent remote sensing data without any major changes. It is estimated that lake water in the "Great Ear" area of the Lop Nor basin disappeared between the late 1930s and early 1940s.     

铝厂污水零排放研究

本文从水质方面分析了西南某铝厂污水零排放的可行性。为了实现污水零排放,对该铝厂东片区、氧化铝厂、热电厂三大污水处理系统进行改进。从现场试验监测及统计分析结果表明,改进后的处理系统处理的水质满足再生水水质指标要求,该铝厂污水零排放的实现创造了极大的经济和社会效益。     

Developmental modes of the Neoproterozoic-Lower Paleozoic marine hydrocarbon source rocks in China

Based on the researches on rock type, the mode of occurrence, diagnostic minerals and creatures, the sedimentary geochemistry and organic facies of Chinese marine source rocks from wells and outcrops, and on the research findings of developmental modes of foreign marine source rock, the authors consider that it is impossible to objectively make clear the formation mechanism of hydrocarbon source rock with high organic matter abundance by either single mode of preservation or high organic matter productivity. According to the Chinese geological features, the formation mechanism of the Neoproterozoic-Lower Paleozoic marine source rock is generalized into four modes, namely, thermal water activity-upwelling flow-anoxic; carbonate gentle slope-upwelling flow; xerothermic climate-brine euxinic milieu; and humid climate-retained euxinic milieu; as the Lower Cambrian undercompensation basin organic facies （the Tarim Basin, South China and southwestern margin of North China）, carbonate gentle lime mud bound organic facies （the Upper Ordovician in Tazhong region of the Tarim Basin and the Lower Silurian in the Upper Yangtze Platform）, the Middle Cambrian evaporation laggon organic facies （the Tarim Basin and the Upper Yangtze Platform）, enclosed undercompensation terrigenous bay organic facies （the Middle-Upper Ordovician in the west of the Tarim Basin, the Lower Silurian Long- maxi Formation in the Upper Yangtze platform）. Chinese marine sedimentations with lower organic matter abundance are generalized into two modes of consumption-dilution mode of open epicontinental sea and depletion-dilution mode of supercompensation basin.

改善20CrMnTiH淬透性的研究

莱钢特钢厂20CrMnTiH钢材成分波动较大,淬透性带HRC8～10,范围较大,制约了齿轮钢质量的进一步提高.通过研究,发现铸坯中心偏析尤其是碳偏析为主要问题.通过工艺优化采取各项措施,尤其增加电磁搅拌后,中心碳偏析得到明显改善;C控制在0.19%～0.20%的炉次达到了95.6%;淬透性带控制在HRC6内的达到了92.1%;在HRC4内的达到了86.2%;提高了产品质量,满足了用户需求.

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法，对大同市健身俱乐部教练员的年龄结构、性别结构、学历层次，所具备的专业素质状况等进行了调查与分析，并对目前存在的问题提出了合理建议．
