均匀样条上可展面的计算机辅助设计

将Bodduluri和Ravani对三次均匀样条上可展面的研究结论进行了推广，提出了任意次均匀样条上可展面的设计方法，讨论了所设计可展面的特点和几何构造，并以不同的以中心点表示控制平面的方式对曲面的设计进行了实例分析，分析表明设计结果良好。     

ITU-T G.728语音压缩算法的实时实现

ITU－TG．728建议是国际电信联盟于1992年制定比特率为16kb/s的低延时CELP类语音编码器。在扼要介绍G．728编码码算法原理基础上，详细讨论了G．728的LD－CELP算法在TMS320C6211上实时实现的硬件设计和软件开发及系统设计中的一些关键技术。     

关于等幂和的简捷递推公式

等幂和S m(n)=1 m+2 m+…+n m是一个古老的难题,在G.Giuga猜想等数论问题的研究中有着重要的作用.本文获得了等幂和的两个简捷递推公式,从而改进了陈景润与黎鉴愚的结果.利用这些递推公式可以很快循环地获得等幂和公式,并且给出了第31～40个等幂和公式.     

Zircon (U-Th)/He thermochronological constraints on Cretaceous thermal extension of Dabieshan orogen

：(U-Th)/He ages of 13 samples from Yuexi-Luotian core and its flanks in Dabieshan orogen fall in the range of 155～85 Ma. He ages for samples from the core range between 85～107 Ma, while those from the flanks range between 114～155 Ma. The result shows that the Yuexi-Luotian core was a thermal dome in Cretaceous with core temperature being much higher than those of the flanks. The thermal extension which resulted in the formation of Dabie core complex lasted until ca. 85 Ma. The magnitude of exhumation in the core is approximately 1528.8 m more than that in the flanks.     

关于属性G-(g-)量子文法与属性量子自动机

为了提高量子文法的描述能力，较好地克服上下文有关文法的难点，引入了属性G－（g-）量子文法、（广义）属性量子自动化等概念，进而研究了它们之间的关系，即：对每一给定的属性G－（g-）量子文法， 都可以构造出一个广义属性量子自动机Q，使得它们所接受的语言集相等，反之亦然。从而达到了自动识别属性G－（g-）量子语言的目的。     

局部G-凸一致空间内的聚合不动点和具有U-优化对应的广义对策平衡

应用作者得到的一个聚合不动点定理，在局部G－凸一致空间内对具有无限多个经济人，具有非紧策略空间和具有 －优化对应的定性对策和广义对策，证明了某些平衡存在性定理。这些定理改进和推广了文献中某些已知结果。     

CDMA软切换的队列模式

针对移动通信系统的软切换技术，讨论了几种情况相应的算法思想，重点分析了基于方向的软切换模式，为更好地适应第三代、第四代移动通信系统的要求，提出基于方向的双队列模型，并定性地分析了该模型的性能，改善了系统的通信质量。     

分子伴侣GroEL对青霉素G酰化酶亚基折叠的影响

采用Tac启动子控制表达质粒，在不同的宿主细胞中表达了青霉素G酰化酶（PAC），检测这些菌株所表达的PAC活性，分析细胞内分子伴侣GroEL含量，PAC翻译后加工为α，β亚基的状况，以及它们之间的关系，结果表明：质粒pKK-SP在不同宿主中表达时，翻译后加工状况有明显差异，单位质量细胞所表达的PAC活性与翻译后加工效率相关，且与细胞内分子伴侣GroEL在菌体总蛋白中含量正相关，同时也阐明了亚基的折叠成为翻译后加工过程的限制步骤，细胞内分子伴侣GroEL有助于PAC亚基的折叠和稳定。     

亚砜类萃取剂萃取青霉素G的工艺研究

系统研究了亚砜类萃取剂石油亚砜和二异辛基亚砜萃取青霉素Ｇ的性能。在平衡研究的基础上确定了适宜的革萃和反萃条件，以此为基础进行了萃取串级和工艺台架试验。结果表明，分别由石油亚砜、二异辛基亚砜与稀释剂磺化煤油组成的萃取体系对青霉素Ｇ的革取性能均优于现有的醋酸丁酯体系，且二异辛基亚砜体系比石油亚砜体系更好。由于它们的低水溶性，因此不必从废酸水中回收革取剂，使操作简化、能耗降低。实验中还发现，当亚砜、胺组合使用时，有明显的协萃效应。     

HAb18G/CD147-mediated calcium mobilization and hepatoma metastasis require both C-terminal and N-terminal domains

HAb18G/CD147 is a heavily glycosylated protein containing two immunoglobulin superfamily domains. Our previous studies have indicated that overexpression of HAb18G/CD147 enhances metastatic potentials in human hepatoma cells by disrupting the regulation of store-operated Ca²⁺ entry by nitric oxide (NO)/cGMP. In the present study, we investigated the structure-function of HAb18G/CD147 by transfecting truncated HAb18G/CD147 fragments into human 7721 hepatoma cells. The inhibitory effect of HAb18G/CD147 on 8-bromo-cGMP-regulated thapsigargin-induced Ca²⁺ entry was reversed by the expression of either C or N terminus truncated HAb18G/CD147 in T7721C and T7721N cells, respectively. The potential effect of HAb18G/CD147 on metastatic potentials, both adhesion and invasion capacities, of hepatoma cells was abolished in T7721C cells, but not affected in T7721N cells. Release and activation of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), MMP-2 and MMP-9, were found to be enhanced by the expression of HAb18G/CD147, and this effect was abolished by both truncations. Thapsigargin significantly enhanced release and activation of MMPs (MMP-2 and MMP-9) in non-transfected 7721 cells, and this effect was negatively regulated by SNAP. However, no effects of thapsigargin or SNAP were observed in T7721 cells, and expression of HAb18G/CD147 enhanced secretion and activation of MMPs at a stable and high level. Taken together, these results suggest that both ectodomain and intracellular domains of HAb18G/CD147 are required to mediate the effect of HAb18G/CD147 on the secretion and activation of MMPs and metastasis-related processes in human hepatoma cells by disrupting the regulation of NO/cGMP-sensitive intracellular Ca²⁺ mobilization although each domain may play different roles.Received 1 April 2004; received after revision 15 June 2004; accepted 22 June 2004
