采用改进的工艺方法合成了桐油改性酚醛树脂,将其作为粘合剂制备了摩阻材料。试验表明:酚醛树脂经改性后,树脂及材料的性能均得到较大的改善;与其他改性方法的材料相比,摩擦系数较高而稳定。表面分析提示这种材料的热分解温度较高、热摩损较小,而低温下的粘着磨损和磨粒磨损略高。探讨了摩擦前后表面层组成和结构的变化。 相似文献

以水溶性聚天冬氧酸壳聚糖共聚物为研究对象,初步建立了一套以聚合物降解3纽瓶即样品瓶、毒性瓶和中性瓶培养为核心内容,包括样品预处理、检测方法选择、结果分析处理等的水溶性高聚物生物降解率测定的基本方法.与常规分析方法相比.一方面本实验方案因增加了中性瓶设计而使得其逻辑性更加严密;另一方面,将聚天冬氨酸壳聚糖共聚物用活性污泥滤液处理28d,由本实验方案得到的生物降解率为55.47%,而常规方法仅为47.51%,前者比后者约高出7.96%. 相似文献

Cucurbit[n]urils (Q[n]) are promising ligands for the coordination of metal ions, metal complexes or clusters, and form various Q[n]-based complexes. Among the Q[n] complexes, those formed by direct coordination between Q[n]s and metal ions are partic- ularly important. The direct coordination of metal ions to cucurbit[n]urils leads to the formation of Q[n]-based molecular capsules, tubular polymers and molecular bracelets, which could have nanoscale applications in drug delivery, molecular devices and new materials. 相似文献

Single metal-organic coordination polymers have limited functions as precursors for porous carbon electrode materials.The construction of bimetallic organic coordination polymers can effectively utilize the advantages of each single metal-organic coordination polymer to improve the performance of the derived carbon materials.Herein,High performance nitrogen-doped porous carbon(BC_(Fe–Ni))have been produced by directly carbonizing bimetallic organic coordination polymers formed by 4,4'-bipyridine(BPD)reaction with Fe Cl_3and NiCl_2.The BC_(Fe–Ni) exhibits high nitrogen content(12.66 at%),large specific surface area(1049.51 m~2g~(-1))and hierarchical porous structure,which contributes to an excellent gravimetric specific gravity of 320.5 Fg~(-1)and 108%of specific capacitance retention after 10000 cycles.The BC_(Fe–Ni)assembled symmetrical supercapacitor shows an energy density of 18.3 Wh kg~(-1)at a power density of 350 W kg~(-1).It is expected that the as-prepared N-doped porous carbon derived from bimetallic-organic coordination polymer is a promising electrode material for high performance energy storage devices. 相似文献

采用溶液缩聚合成了超支化聚酰胺,制备了超支化聚酰胺负载铂纳米簇杂化膜催化剂,对比新鲜和使用11次后的杂化膜催化剂,考察了催化剂在苯加氢反应中的活性寿命问题,并结合了透射电流(TEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、X-射线能谱(XPS)等手段对催化剂表征.结果表明:杂化膜型催化剂比传统粉末型催化剂寿命更长、活性更好;在杂化膜型催化剂中,使用超支化聚合物作为贵金属的载体,比线性聚合物作载体时苯的转化率高.起主要催化作用的可能是杂化膜表面的铂纳米颗粒. 相似文献

A series of hyperbranched poly(amine-ester)polyols were synthesized by the polycondensation of N,N-diethylol-3-amine-methylpropionate(prepared by Michael addition reaction of methyl acrylate with diethanolamine)as an AB2-type monomer with trimethylol propane as the core moiety,proceeding in one-step procedure in the melt with p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst.The obtained monomer and polymers were characterized by FTIR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy.The solubility and surface activity in aqueous solution of the polymers were also examined.The gas permeability,water vapor permeability,and moisture absorption of microfiber synthetic leather treated by hyperbranched polymer were studied.The optimum conditions were that the dosage of dye and hyperbranched polymer was 5% and 10%,respectively.The water vapor permeability and moisture absorption of microfiber synthetic leather reached to 0.525 4 mg/(10 cm2·24 h)and 0.046 7 mg/(10 cm2·24 h).Compared with blank samples,they increased by 15% and 35%,respectively.However,the dosage of hyperbranched polymer has little influence on gas permeability of microfiber synthetic leather.SEM results show that the fiber of microfiber synthetic leather treated by hyperbranched polymer is incompact. 相似文献
