通过试验分析了氯氧镁水泥制品返卤泛霜的原因及目前常用的各种改性措施的效果，提出了从根本上解决氯氧镁水泥制品返卤泛霜的途径。     

基于Web的设计更改管理信息系统的研究与实现

针对一些航空厂、所对于型号的研制存在技术状态不清、更改失控的情况,开发了“技术资料更改管理信息系统”,该系统解决了图纸和数据库中信息不一致的问题以及对设计文件的管理问题。     

The peptidylarginine deiminases expressed in human epidermis differ in their substrate specificities and subcellular locations

Deimination, a post-translational modification catalyzed by peptidylarginine deiminases (PADs), appears as a crucial Ca²⁺-dependent event in the last steps of epidermal differentiation. In normal human epidermis, where the deiminated proteins are filaggrin and keratins, PAD1, 2 and 3 are expressed but their relative role is unknown. The three PADs, produced as active recombinant forms, showed distinct synthetic-substrate specificities, various efficiencies to deiminate filaggrin and particular calcium and pH sensitivities. Immunoelectron microscopy demonstrated that PAD1 and PAD3 are co-located with filaggrin within the filamentous matrix of the deeper corneocytes where the protein is deiminated. This result strongly suggests that both isoforms are involved in the deimination of filaggrin, an essential step leading to free amino acid production necessary for epidermal barrier function. Moreover, PAD1 was shown to persist up to the upper corneocytes where it deiminates keratin K1, a modification supposed to be related to ultrastructural changes of the matrix.Received 10 May 2005; received after revision 21 June 2005; accepted 29 June 2005     

聚硅酸铁及其氧化改性剂的表征与性能分析

对自制的聚硅酸铁（PSF）进行改性，加入高锰酸钾和稳定剂M，制备出氧化型聚硅酸铁混凝剂（PSF-I），并采用光学显微镜及透射电镜、紫外吸收（UVA）扫描、碱解实验、红外光谱及氧化还原电位仪对PSF及PSF—I进行性质表征，同时对比研究其对不同水质的混凝性能。结果表明，PSF是由许多链节样物种连接而成的分维数很大的敞开式枝状结构，形态尺寸覆盖范围宽，而PSF—I是分布比较均匀、分维数较低、结构紧凑的棕黄色大尺寸稳定形态，不易水解，其氧化还原电位比PSF高出约550mV。高锰酸钾的加入改变了PSF的微观结构，锰的各种价态可能参与了硅铁的络合，并生成了类似硅氧四面体的结构。对于不同水质，PSF与PSF—Ⅰ的混凝性能均有共同趋势：低投量时PSF—Ⅰ的除浊率比PSF低，但是uV254去除率均比PSF高，最大差值约为17％左右。PSF—Ⅰ是通过混凝吸附和催化氧化功能共同实现对有机物的去除，催化氧化占绝对优势，而PSF仅是通过常规的混凝吸附去除部分有机物，去除机理有本质的区别。     

Research progress in the inner surface modification of metal tubes by plasma processing

The recent progress in inner surface hardening of tubes by plasma processing is summerized. Several techniques of inner surface plasma source ion implantation and deposition are introduced, and their advantages and disadvantages are discussed. The basic principles, technical features and new progress of inner surface plasma source ion implantation methods for metal tubes, which were developed in our laboratory, are described in detail. And perspectives of the future technical development for inner surface ion implantation of tubes are presented.     

多齒差擺線泵的齒形修正

討論了利用轉角修形法對多齒擺線泵的圓弧齒輪和擺線齒輪進行齒形修正方法,導出了計算齒側間隙和最小側隙的公式.     

单纯形的加速算法

该文提出了能有效加快收敛速度的修改单纯形算法。在原单纯形算法的基础上增加了一种新的反射方向的计算方法；用“映射单纯形”方法代替“单纯形顶点代换”方法；有选择地采用“单纯形压缩”计算。计算结果表明，修改单纯形算法对初值的适应范围更宽，收敛速度更快，收敛次数从50—100次降低到30次左右，可以避免迭代过程中的单纯形退化现象。     

聚丙烯共混改性进展

简略分析了目前聚丙烯共混改性研究及应用的发展趋势。重点介绍了我国近年来研究开发共混改性聚丙烯取得的一系列成果，并提出了对聚丙烯共混改性研究与应用的看法。     

中小型水电站水轮机的磨蚀与防护

水轮机在含沙水流中运行时，常遭到泥沙磨损和磨蚀破坏。本文主要介绍作者近年来在中小型水电站，对水轮机的易磨蚀部件进行修复、修型、改型等抗磨蚀措施方面的实践情况。通过综合治理，使水轮机出力增加，抗磨蚀性能提高。
