工业氟化氢钠中NaHF_2含量的测定

对工业氟化氢钠产品中NaHF_2含量的测定方法进行了探讨,确定用直接滴定法进行测定,并已应用于工业生产控制。     

用磷酸铝分子筛和硅磷酸铝分子筛作催化剂合成丙酸戊酯的研究

用新型磷酸铝分子筛和硅磷酸铝分子筛作催化剂,对丙酸和正戊醇液—固相酯化反应进行了研究.考察了合成条件及用不同方法制备的催化剂对醇产率的影响,当醇酸摩尔比为1.2∶1、催化剂用量为0.6～1.0g/mol丙酸、带水剂环己烷用量为5.0ml/mol丙酸,反应温度为140～160"C时,5hr酯化反应的酯产率大于98％.同时对酯产物的物理常数进行了测定,实测值与文献值相符.     

基于网络药理学和分子对接探讨智脑胶囊改善阿尔茨海默病的作用机制

借助网络药理学和分子对接技术,探讨智脑胶囊改善阿尔茨海默病的干预机制。通过TCMSP、TCMID等多个数据库寻找与智脑胶囊相关的化学成分及其作用靶点;利用GeneCard等数据库获取阿尔茨海默病的作用靶点;运用Venny2.1网站筛选出药物与疾病的交集靶点;使用STRING平台和Cytoscape软件进行拓扑分析得到智脑胶囊治疗阿尔茨海默病的核心作用靶点;采用Metaspace数据库对潜在核心作用靶点进行GO(gene ontology)及KEGG(Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes)通路富集分析;利用AutoDock软件使用分子对接验证活性化合物与核心靶点的结合能力。结果表明：在智脑胶囊中共筛选出44个活性成分和292个有效靶点,智脑胶囊与阿尔茨海默病共同靶点58个;蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用得出关键靶点包括AKT1、IL-6、TNF等;GO分析共包含1 419条,KEGG得到175条代谢通路,主要包括脂质与动脉硬化、TNF信号通路;分子对接显示关键成分与靶点具有良好的结合能力。研究表示智脑胶囊可能通过脂质与动脉硬化和TNF信号通路等途径来减轻...     

震区中小跨径桥梁墩柱配筋率取值范围

为研究配筋率对钢筋混凝土桥梁延性抗震性能的影响,并在不同设防烈度对主筋配筋率的合理取值进行细分。以钢筋混凝土桥梁为研究对象,通过拟静力模型试验与有限元数值分析的方法,研究竖向钢筋(主筋)配筋率对桥墩延性的影响,提出典型桥墩的多级性能水平量化指标;并探究在氯离子侵蚀的恶劣环境下,不同配筋率对桥梁抗震性能所带来的影响,从而对氯离子侵蚀环境下的震区中小跨径桥梁墩柱配筋率取值范围提供参考建议。结果表明：考虑氯离子侵蚀作用下的恢复力模型能够较好地反映刚度的退化特性,墩柱的最佳配筋率取值范围为1.11%～2.72%;当加速度为0.3g(g为重力加速度)时,仅从配筋率的角度已无法满足墩柱的损伤指标,建议采用减隔震体系进行抗震设计,如采用延性体系时配筋率不得小于2.64%。研究结果可为中小跨径连续桥梁抗震设计提供参考。     

回流充气法处理中,高量含铁地下水的研究

本文介绍一种深井回流充气工艺,它兼具充氧和除铁综合性能的新型工艺形式,能改善含铁地下水的过滤性能.在此基础上提出了深井回流充气稳定期的概念,建立了深井回流充气系统中氧量的平衡关系.通过正交试验,提出了处理中、高量含铁地下水的推荐工艺流程和工艺参数.采用χ—射线衍射方法测试了井内铁泥和成熟滤料表面滤膜的成分和形态,分析了"充气"和"过滤》两过程中的除铁机理.     

Population biology of bryozoans: correlates of sessile,colonial life histories in freshwater habitats

Bryozoans are common, often abundant, sessile, colonial invertebrates of freshwaters. By reviewing what is known of their general ecology and considering in further detail the population biology of specific groups, we provide evidence that 1) populations are locally ephemeral and regional persistence is attained via a dynamic equilibrium between dispersal and colonization, and 2) sex may often be infrequent and a high degree of clonality obtains at both local and regional scales. On the basis of these characteristics we discuss how the group offers exceptional opportunities for investigating a number of fundamentally important ecological and evolutionary questions.The highly curious modification of the Molluscan type which the Polyzoa [=Bryozoa] present... the great beauty of their forms, and the facility with which they can in general be observed in a living state, cannot but render them special favorites for every lover of Nature; and for the more profound student must confer on them a peculiar significance, and invest their study with a scientific interest which is scarcely surpassed by that of any other group of animals.... 烯烃的分子距离边数矢量(μ)及沸点的估计与预测

基于双键相对于单键键长的大小,提出了烯烃的分子距离边数（ＭＤＥ）矢量（μ矢量）;进而通过多元线性回归方法建立μ矢量与烯烃沸点之间的关系模型并进行预测,计算沸点与实验值之间的均方根误差仅为３．７８Ｋ,相关系数为０．９９９３。     

Effect of lanthanum ions on tRNAphe structure: Imino proton NMR spectroscopy

The effect of lanthanum ions on the structural and conformational change of yeast tRNA Phe was studied by 1H NMR. The results suggest that the tertiary base pair (G-15)(C-48), which was located in the terminal in the augmented dihydrouridine helix (D-helix), was markedly affected by adding La 3+ and shifted 0.33 downfield. Based pair (U-8)(A-14), which is associated with a tertiary interaction, links the base of the acceptor stem to the D-stem and anchors the elbow of the L structure, shifted 0.20 upfield. Another imino proton that may be affected by La 3+ in tRNA Phe is the tertiary base pair (G-19)(C-56). The assignment of this resonance is tentative since it is located in the region of highly overlapping resonances between 12.6 and 12.2. This base pair helps to anchor the D-loop to the TΨC loop.     

Bio-rational design of photosystem Ⅱ inhibitors (Ⅰ)──Molecular modeling of cyanoacrylates and ureas in photosystem Ⅱ D1 protein of Pisum sativum

Molecular modeling of cyanoacrylates and ureas with D1 protein of Pisum sativum have been presented. Studies show that these two kinds of inhibitors occupy the similar region in the D1 protein. Cyanoacrylates have more binding sites than ureas, thus they have higher activities.     

TS分子筛的催化氧化性能研究：Ⅲ.苯酚氧化制苯二酚

研究了自合成的钛硅分子筛（ＴＳ－１）对Ｈ２Ｏ２氧化苯酚制苯二酚反应的催化活性。对反应的温度、时间、催化剂用量、酚：Ｈ２Ｏ２等因素进行了考察：在催化剂用量为苯酚的１０％、酚：Ｈ２Ｏ２（ｍｏｌ）为３：１时,经５７℃／６ｈ反应,Ｈ２Ｏ２的转化率和对产物苯二酚的利用率可达９０％和８０％,还观察到,分子筛的晶粒大小对苯酚的氧化活性影响较大,大晶粒催化剂的内表面利用率较低,从而影响催化活性。
