Development and characterization of interspecific hybrids between Oryza sativa and O. latifolia by in situ hybridization

Oryza sativa and O. latifolia belong to the AA and CCDD genomes of Oryza, respectively. In this study, interspecific hybrids of these species were obtained using the embryo rescue technique. Hybrid panicle traits, such as long awns, small grain, exoteric large purple stigma, grain shattering and dispersed panicles, resemble that of the paternal parent, O. latifolia, whereas there is obvious heterosis in such respects as plant height, tillering ability and vegetative vigor. Chromosome pairing and the genomic components of the hybrid were subsequently investigated using genomic in situ hybridization (GISH) and fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH) analysis. Based on the mitotic metaphase chromosome numbers of the root tips investigated, the hybrid is a triploid with 36 chromosomes. The genomic constitution of the hybrid is ACD. In the meiotic metaphase I of the hybrid pollen mother cell, poor chro- mosome pairing was identified and most of the chromosomes were univalent, which resulted in com- plete male sterility in the hybrid.

串联混合电动车辆动力系统的实时仿真

论述了串联混合电动车辆动力系统仿真模型和实时仿真方法。基于MATLAB/Simulink平台,通过CAN通讯将dSPACE和xPC目标仿真环境集成,dSPACE模拟控制单元,xPC环境运行模型,一台个人计算机同时监控dSPACE和xPC环境,并且记录数据。实践表明,串联混合电动车辆动力系统模型的实时仿真明晰了系统过程,验证了实时控制算法的有效性,建立了车辆控制单元快速原型。     

溶胶－凝胶法制备TEOS－PDMS杂交材料

以羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷（ＰＤＭＳ）低聚物为有机组分，以四乙氧基硅烷（ＴＥＯＳ）为无机原料，用溶胶－凝胶法制备了ＴＥＯＳ－ＰＤＭＳ有机／无机杂交材料。研究了材料的机械性能和动态力学行为。所得材料柔软透明，与纯的溶胶－凝胶玻璃差别很大，拉伸强度０．５～１．０ＭＰａ，极限伸长率可达７％，动态力学曲线显示有机物ＰＤＭＳ均匀分散在ＳｉＯ＿２无机网络中，没有出现相分离。     

Simulation research on scattering characteristics by complex targets

A simulation approach based on a full-wave numerical method is presented to study electromagnetic characteristics by complex targets. How to validate simulation results is considered thoroughly under no analytical and measured data, where a double-check criterion is designed for our simulation approach. As an example, the scattering of F-117A is studied by using our simulation approach under all polarizations, different frequency bands, incident and scattering directions, etc., some of which, such as cross-polarization, bistatic RCS, have not been considered in the previous literature.     

名优绿茶杂交新品种“佛香3号”选育

采用人工杂交育种方法，于1980年以长叶白毫和福鼎大白茶为亲本，通过人工授粉，从杂交F1材料中单株选择，经过多年的品种比较试验、区域性试验，选育出具高香、优质、高产、抗逆性强，适制名优绿茶的杂交新品种佛香3号，适宜在云南大叶茶种地区推广种植．     

基于遗传算法的混合Flow-shop调度方法

混合Flow-shop调度问题（Hybrid flow-shop scheduling problem,HFSP),是一般Flow-shop调度问题的推广，由于在某此工序上存在并行机器，所以比一般的Flow-shop调度问题更复杂。本文提出了遗传算法求解混合Flow-shop调度问题的方法，给出了一种新的编码方法，设计了相应的交叉和变异操作算法，能够保证个体的合法性，同时又具有遗传算法本身所要求的随机性。最后给出了某汽车发动机厂金加工车间的生产调度实例，表明了此算法的有效性。
