基于触发器的oracle监控系统的设计与实现

针对目前数据库系统错误难以被及时发现以及发现后未及处理的问题,设计并开发了一种基于orac le触发器的监控系统,解决了数据库操作时的完整性约束、自动收集审计信息等问题,使系统能更安全、稳定地运行,同时使管理变得更容易。     

Localization of the brain calculation function area with MRI

The aim of this study is to define the anatomical localization of corresponding brain function area during calculating. The activating modes in brain during continuous silent calculating subtraction and repeated silent reading multiplication table were compared and investigated. Fourteen volunteers of right-handedness were enrolled in this experiment. The quite difference of reaction modes in brain area during the two modes of calculation reveal that there are different processing pathways in brain during these two operating actions. During continuous silent calculating, the function area is localized on the posterior portion of superior and middle gyrus of frontal lobe and the lobule of posterior parietal lobe (P < 0.01,T = 5.41). It demonstrates that these function areas play an important role in the performance of calculation and working memory. Whereas the activating of visual cortex shows that even in mental arithmetic processing the brain action is having the aid of vision and visual space association.     

Function of resveratrol derived from transgenic plant expressing resveratrol synthase gene

Two genes from grapevine coding for resveratrol synthase, named RS1 and RS2, were cloned by RT-PCR. AnEscherichia coli expression vector was constructed by insertion of RS1 into pBV221. A specific protein with the same molecular weight (42 ku) as the resveratrol synthase was expressed and used to prepare the rabbit antiserum. A plant expression vector was constructed by inserting the RS1 gene into pBin438 downstream of the doubled CaMV 35S promoter and TMV-Ω fragment. PCR-positive transgenic tobacco plants were obtained after transformation withAgrobacterium tumefaciens LBA4404 harboring the plant expression vector. Southern blot analysis demonstrated that the foreign gene was integrated into the tobacco genome. The results of RT-PCR and Western blot indicated that the RS1 gene was transcribed and expressed. Formation of resveratrol in transgenic tobacco was further determined by thin-layer chromatography of silica gel and HPLC. Increased accumulation of human breast adenocarcinoma cells in G₀ and G₁ phases of cell cycle was observed in cells treated with resveratrol purified from transgenic tobacco as compared to the untreated cells.

绒毛膜促性腺激素对人外周T淋巴细胞转化的影响

目的;探讨人绒毛膜促性腺素（human chorionic gonadotropin,HCG）在神经内分泌－免疫网络中的作用。方法：应用同位素示踪法体外观察HCG以人外周T淋巴细胞转化增殖反应的影响。结果：HCG浓度在7．5－125U／mL时对植物凝集索刺激的T淋巴细胞转化增殖反应有显著抑制作用（P＜0．001）。结论：HCG作为一种负性调节因子,通过对T淋巴细胞的抑制作用,可能在神经内分泌－免疫调节网络中起重要作用,不仅参与妊娠时机体对胎儿的免疫相容机制,而且与肿瘤患者体风的免疫抑制机制有关。

基于深度图序列和时空占用模式的人类行为识别研究

针对人类行为识别问题,提出一种基于深度图序列和时空占用模式的行为识别方法。首先,使用深度图序列将空间和时间轴分为多个部分,从而定义一个4D网格;然后,将网格中的每个单元与占用值相关联,利用高维特征向量的所有单元占用值组成时空占用模式。最后,利用基于正交级别学习的主成分分析降维获得低维特征向量,并完成最终的行为识别。在公共3D行为数据集MSR上的实验结果表明,提出的离线识别方法比现有方法所获得的识别准确度较高。     

从中西哲学的比较看中国地学思维的特点

为了从更深层次研究地质学思维的特点 ,利用中西方哲学比较法探讨了中国古今地学思想的特征。结果表明 :从自然观来看 ,中国传统思维体现了有机性 ,而西方思维可称之为机械自然观 ;从动态角度来看 ,中国传统思维关注自然现象的生命性 ,而西方则重点强调物理运动 ;从理性形式来看 ,中国传统思维不像西方哲学那样沉迷于纯粹抽象的推理 ,而发展了比类取象的思维方法。上述三点决定了中国传统地学及当代中国地质学思维的诸多特征     

人工智能的研究方法论

分析方法的应用促进了早期人工智能（ＡＩ－Ａｒｔｉｆｉｃｉａｌ Ｉｎｔｅｌｌｉｇｅｎｃｅ）研究的发展,也造成了人工智能的许多困难,整体观是研究复杂事件的重要原理,人类智能是整体特征的表现;将整体观应用人工智能研究是提高ＡＩ系统智力水平的途径之一。
