切削刀具倒棱刃口挤压力的理论计算

根据试验观察．揭出了刀具刃口带负倒棱时的切削模型。在此模型中,刀具刃口 存在一个“金属死区”。以新模型为基础．采用能量法,对高温、高应变率下刀具刃 口的挤压力进行了理论计算。所做工作的特点是：１）在材料变形分析中计入了挤压 层金属绕过刀具刃口时的过剩变形;２）进行有关材料变形与物理特性的计算时,考 虑了温度与应变率的影响。利用新研制的压电式切削测力仪进行验证试验,其结果表 明,理论计算值与实测数据较好一致。     

偶应力两层流体通过狭窄管腔时外围层的粘度效应

本文讨论了偶应力两层流体通过带有柔和狭窄的刚圆管时的流动特性,导出了速度、流量、阻抗和壁面最大剪应力的解析式,考察了外围层粘度和厚度的效应,并作了数值计算;是对单层偶应力流体狭窄流动及两层牛顿流体(粘度不同)狭窄流动的推广。     

Lack of effect of dihydroergotamine on endothelial and smooth muscle cell proliferation and endothelial cell prostanoid production

Summary The most important effect of dihydroergotamine is venoconstriction, but certain metabolic effects and changes in vessel prostanoid activity have also been suggested. In this study endothelial cell production of 6-keto PGF₁ and TxB₂ was quantitated in vitro. No evidence of altered prostanoid production was noted after incubation with dihydroergotamine (exposure ranging from 5×10^–3 to 5×10^–7 g/l). Similarly, no effect of dihydroergotamine on the growth rates of endothelial cells or smooth muscle cells in vitro was documented.     

冠状动脉粥样硬化病变中微量元素的X射线显微分析

本文应用EDAX-9100能谱仪,对家兔冠状动脉粥样硬化病变部位的微量元素进行显微分析,发现Zn/Cu比值大于1,提供了冠心病病因中“Zn/Cu假说”的实验论证。     

In vitro protein synthesis and α amylase activity in F cells from hepatopancreas ofPalaemon serratus (Crustacea; Decapoda)

In crustaceans, all the steps in the assimilation of food take place in the hepatopancreas. To facilitate the study of this organ, a method for the dissociation of cell types was developed. The hepatopancreas of the prawnPalaemon serratus was mechanically dissociated and the cells separated by Percoll density-gradient centrifugation. The E and R cells had similar densities of around 1.05 g/ml. The F cells were separated into two distinct fractions with densities of 1.075 and 1.082 g/ml. The B cells sedimented at a density of 1.12 g/ml. The ratio between the two populations of F cells was found to vary during the intermolt cycle while B cells disappeared after the molt. When the density gradient fractions were incubated with³H-leucine, incorporation was highest in the F cell fractions. Measurements of -amylase activity, indicated that the two populations of F cells may be derived from the same cell type.

Summary The 1985 Catalog of Mapped Genes (Human Gene Mapping 8; 33) has been used to pick out the known, immunologically important genes; these are then discussed in the following order: 1. genes controlling organs, tissues and cells of the immune apparatus, 2. genes determining self structures, 3. genes determining the structures of immunological specificity, 4. genes determining substances with immunoregulatory and effector properties. The symbols for the genes and the biological functions of their products are explained. The genetics of the ABO blood groups, of the HLA-system and of antibody formation are given in rather more detail.     

Storage of irradiated human blood; a source of error in quantitative chromosome analysis

Summary Human whole blood was irradiated with 2.5 Gy of 220 kVp X-rays and stored before culture with 9.7 M BrdU and 19.4 or 38.7 M BrdU for 0, 24, 48 and 72 h. The frequency of dicentrics and ring chromosomes was determined in cells staining as first division (M1) metaphases with the fluorescence plus Giemsa technique. Storage had no influence on the observed aberration yields in 44 h cultures containing 9.7 M BrdU. In 66 h cultures at 19.4 M BrdU the observed yields after 2 and 3 days' storage were significantly lower as compared to cultures from fresh blood. No storage effect was revealed in 66 h cultures containing 38.7 M BrdU. In cases where cytogenetic radiation dosimetry has to be carried out using blood samples which have been in transit for 2–3 days, the findings are of relevance for a correct determination of the chromosome damage in M1 cells.     

In vitro amiodarone protein binding and its interaction with warfarin

Summary The binding of amiodarone to human plasma protein and to bovine serum, albumin was studied by three different methods, ultracentrifugation, equilibrium dialysis and fluorescence spectroscopy. The fraction of amiodarone bound to plasma protein amounted to 96.3%. The changes in the binding properties of 1-anilino-naphthalene-8-sulfonate for bovine serum albumin using warfarin and amiodarone as independent inhibitors were analyzed in terms of binding site specificity. The findings indicated that amiodarone and warfarin have two different binding sites on bovine serum albumin, so a noncompetitive inhibition mechanism was indicated. On the basis of our data we cannot exclude other mechanisms of interaction besides direct displacement of one drug by another; nevertheless, metabolite interference between amiodarone and coagulation cofactors may better explain the enhancement of warfarin's pharmacological action in association with amiodarone.This work was partially funded by the CNR (National Research Council, Rome, Italy), Program on Clinical Pharmacology and Rare Diseases. Loss of antibody production accompanied by chromosome loss in a cloned hybrid line secreting antibodies to sheep red blood cells

Summary Somatic cell hybrids between Sp2/O-Ag14 mouse myeloma cells and lymphocytes derived from BALB/c mice hyperimmunized with sheep red blood cells (SRBC) were produced. One hybrid producing IgG₁ antibody to SRBC was selected, cloned twice and subsequently transferred to BALB/c mice. After a number of transfers it was found that the antibody titer in ascitec fluid gradually decreased. Cytogenetic analysis revealed gradual chromosome loss in the hybrid clone, which produced progressively less antibody.
