城市环境设计与行为引导

对城市环境设计的内容、目的以及人与城市环境之间的关系进行了阐述,并提出城市环境的设计对人的行为有引导作用。     

集成人机交互仿真系统研制与应用

基于虚拟现实技术和人机工程学原理,综合应用多通道宽屏投影拼接、光学运动跟踪和数据手套手势跟踪、Vega和Creator等许多虚拟现实软、硬件技术,构造出一个可供人与计算机中的虚拟操控系统进行实时交互的虚拟仿真环境,可对人机交互绩效进行动态、客观的测量,继而评价操控面板系统的设计质量,亦可用于各类二维操控面板的操作培训。初步实验结果验证了系统的可行性。     

驾驶困倦预警系统中眼部状态识别的研究

为判断驾驶员是否处于疲劳驾驶状态,通过对人脸正面图像中的眼部状态的研究,提出了一种判断算法.首先基于灰度投影曲线和人脸几何特点提取驾驶员的眼部区域,然后利用事先提取的驾驶员睁眼时的瞳孔区域模板在该区域进行匹配,通过匹配初步判断出驾驶员是否属于疲劳驾驶.实验结果表明,该算法简单高效,在满足一定外部条件下,误判率较低.     

农业城市人居环境建设与经济发展的协调性分析

特色城市人居环境研究目前国内报道较少。以农业城市四平市为实证,运用主成分分析和回归分析方法,探讨其人居环境与经济发展的协调性及发展趋势。得到的主要结论如下:①四平市人居环境水平目前已高于系统平均水平,人居环境建设良好,这可能与四平市以农业为主导产业,对环境污染小有一定关联;②在人居环境—经济复合系统中,人居环境和经济发展呈现出交替上升的特点,二者的协调性经历了从不协调、初步协调到协调的发展过程,目前的协调是两个系统综合指数发展到较高水平上的协调。③近几年由于经济发展对环境产生一些负效应,使人居环境发展速度减慢。图2,表8,参7。     

巴马香猪无细胞真皮与人无细胞真皮动物移植实验效果的比较

目的:比较辐照巴马香猪无细胞真皮与辐照人无细胞真皮移植动物实验效果.方法:以机械去表皮法制备无细胞真皮与人无细胞真皮辐照(剂量30 KGy)处理后移植于W istar大鼠全厚皮肤缺损创面进行比较.结果:辐照处理的巴马香猪无细胞真皮与人无细胞真皮在大鼠创面愈合过程相似,愈合后创面收缩率差异不显著.结论:辐照处理的巴马香猪无细胞真皮与辐照处理的人无细胞真皮移植于W istar大鼠全厚皮肤缺损创面恢复效果无显著差异,可作为人无细胞真皮的替代品进一步用于烧伤治疗的研究.     

生态危机与可持续发展

分析了生态危机产生的原因,指出传统发展模式和科学技术的滥用是生态危机产生的主要原因.从哲学角度对生态危机进行了认真思考,并提出了实施可持续发展的措施.提出实现人与自然的和谐是前提,实现人与人之间的和谐是关键,实现生态、经济、社会的和谐是可持续发展的目标.     

我国农村人力资本现状分析

我国农村人力资本存量较小、质量较差，且存在着地域分布不均衡、产业分布不均衡、溢出效应比较明显等特点。改善农村人力资本现状是解决三农问题的重要手段。因此，必须增加对农村的人力资本投资，调节人力资本在不同地区和不同产业的分配，增强城市对农村人力资本的溢出效应，建立完整的人力资本产权，完善农村市场经济制度。     

Interaction of aloe-emodin with human serum albumin

The presence of several high affinity binding sites on human serum albumin (HSA) makes it a possible target for many drugs. This study is designed to examine the effect of aloe-emodin on HSA by fluo-rescence, CD spectroscopy and molecular modeling. The results of fluorescence measurements sug-gested that the hydrophobic interaction was the predominant intermolecular force stabilizing the AE-HSA complex, which was in good agreement with the result of molecular modeling study. And the enthalpy change ΔH0 and the entropy change ΔS0 were calculated to be -7.041 kJ·mol-1 and 76.619 J·mol-1·K-1 according to the Van't Hoff equation. The alterations of protein secondary structure in the presence of AE in aqueous solution were quantitatively calculated from CD spectra, and the content of α-helices obviously increased.     

Neural correlates of short-term perceptual learning in orientation discrimination indexed by event-related potentials

The current work investigated the neural correlates of visual perceptual learning in grating orientation discrimination by recording event-related potentials (ERPs) from human adults. Subjects were trained with a discrimination task of grating orientation in three consecutive training sessions within 2 h. While reaction times (RTs) were shortened gradually across training sessions, the N1 was decreased and the P2 was increased over the parietal and occipital areas. A broadly distributed P3 was increased along with more practices. In addition, the time course of learning reflected in the P2 and P3 amplitudes was in line with the changes of reaction times and exhibited a stable level during later training. The impli- cations of these results to the neural mechanisms subserving perceptual learning were discussed.     

Study on peptide-peptide interaction using high-performance affinity chromatography and quartz crystal microbalance biosensor

The specific interaction between sense and antisense peptides was studied by high-performance affinity chromatography （HPAC） and quartz crystal microbalance （QCM） biosensor. Fragment 1-14 of human interferon-β （hlFN-βwas chosen as sense peptide and its three antisense peptides （AS-IFN 1, AS-IFN 2, and AS-IFN 3） were designed according to the degeneracy of genetic codes. The affinity column was prepared with sense peptide as ligand and the affinity chromatographic behavior was evaluated. Glu-substituted antisense peptide （AS-IFN 3） showed the strongest binding to immobilized sense peptide at pH 7.5. A quartz crystal microbalance-flow injection analysis （QCM-FIA） system was introduced to investigate the recognition process in real-time. The equilibrium dissociation constants between sense peptide and AS-IFN 1, AS-IFN 2 and AS-IFN 3 measured 2.08×10^-4, 1.31×10^-4 and 2.22×10^-5 mol/L, respectively. The mechanism study indicated that the specific recognition between sense peptide and AS-IFN 3 was due to sequence-dependent and multi-modal affinity interaction.
